s410: a transparent paint layer 61 is formed on the surface of the whole transparent paint layer 31 far away from the plastic substrate 10, and the structural schematic diagram refers to fig. 10.
The transparent paint layer 61 is made of a UV type transparent intermediate paint, and the transparent paint layer 61 with stable performance and structure can be obtained by heating and curing after the UV type transparent intermediate paint is sprayed on the surface of the whole transparent colored paint layer 31. In UV curing, the UV energy is 500mj/cm2~700mj/cm2The baking temperature is 50-60 ℃. In this way, a second transparent basecoat layer 60 can be produced that is stable in terms of properties and structure.
S420: the portion of the transparent paint layer 61 corresponding to the second segment S2 is removed by laser etching (i.e. the orthographic projection of the portion of the transparent paint layer to be removed on the plastic substrate overlaps the second segment), so as to obtain the second transparent middle paint layer 60, and the orthographic projection of the second transparent middle paint layer 60 on the plastic substrate 10 overlaps the first segment S1, which is shown in fig. 10. Therefore, the second transparent intermediate paint layer 60 is UV type, and has a high crosslinking density and a high organic solvent resistance, and is not swelled by an organic solvent, so the arrangement of the second transparent intermediate paint layer 60 can prevent the organic swelling solution from contacting the entire transparent paint layer 31 corresponding to the first segment S1, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the transparent paint 30.
After the second transparent intermediate paint layer is obtained through laser etching, the partial entire transparent paint layer 31 (i.e., the partial entire transparent paint layer not covered by the second transparent intermediate paint layer) corresponding to the second segment S2 is contacted with the organic swelling solution, so as to obtain the transparent paint layer 30, where the structural schematic diagram refers to fig. 10.
Further, after removing the partial whole transparent color paint layer corresponding to the second section area, the method further comprises the following steps: a transparent topcoat layer 70 is formed on the surface of the second transparent basecoat layer 60 remote from the plastic substrate 10 and on the surface of the first transparent basecoat layer 50 not covered by the transparent basecoat layer 30, the structural schematic being shown in fig. 4. The arrangement of the transparent finish paint layer can improve the performances of scratch resistance, falling resistance and the like of the middle frame.
According to the embodiment of the application, the transparency of the transparent paint layer is higher in the middle frame prepared by the method, and the metallic luster of the metal coating layer can not be covered, so that the color of the first section area of the middle frame is more gorgeous, the metallic texture of the middle frame is stronger, and the appearance texture of the middle frame is greatly improved; moreover, the region corresponding to the second section of area is not provided with transparent colored paint, and the color of the metal coating is directly expressed on the appearance of the middle frame, so that the appearance of the middle frame is expressed into two colors, namely the color of the transparent colored paint corresponding to the first section of area and the metal color of the metal coating corresponding to the second section of area, wherein the metal color can not only decorate the appearance of the middle frame and make the middle frame more beautiful, but also make the middle frame thinner visually, namely the thickness of the middle frame can be thinned visually, and the whole appearance of the middle frame is more delicate; moreover, the preparation method is simple, the process is mature, and the industrial production is facilitated.
According to an embodiment of the application, the method for manufacturing the middle frame can be used for manufacturing the middle frame, wherein the requirements for the materials, the thicknesses, the setting positions and the like of the structures such as the plastic substrate, the metal plating layer, the transparent colored paint layer, the first transparent middle paint layer, the second transparent middle paint layer, the transparent primer layer, the transparent finish paint layer and the like in the manufacturing method are consistent with the requirements in the middle frame, and the description is omitted here.
In yet another aspect of the present application, an electronic device is provided. According to an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 11, the electronic device 1000 includes: a rear cover 200; the middle frame 100 is described above, the middle frame 100 surrounds the edge of the rear cover 200 and is connected to the rear cover 200, and the second section S2 of the plastic substrate 10 in the middle frame 100 is located away from the rear cover 200; the display screen assembly 300 is connected with one side of the middle frame 100, which is far away from the rear cover 200, and an installation space is defined between the display screen assembly 300 and the rear cover 200; and a main board (not shown in the figure) disposed in the installation space and electrically connected to the display screen assembly. Therefore, the middle frame of the electronic equipment has bright and transparent appearance color and strong metal texture; moreover, the edge of the middle frame is provided with a metal color (such as bright silver), so that the middle frame is lighter and thinner visually, the appearance is more delicate, and the overall expressive force of the appearance of the electronic product can be improved. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device has all the features and advantages of the foregoing middle frame, and thus, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
In this application, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "connected" and "coupled" are to be construed broadly, as they may be, for example, fixedly coupled, detachably coupled, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
The specific type of the electronic device is not particularly required, and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the electronic device according to actual situations, and in some embodiments, the electronic device may be a mobile phone (see fig. 11), a kindle, an iPad, a notebook, a game console, or other electronic devices.

Claims (15)

1. An intermediate frame, comprising:
the plastic substrate is sequentially divided into a first section area and a second section area in the width direction;
the metal coating is arranged on one side of the outer surface of the plastic base material, and the orthographic projection of the metal coating on the plastic base material covers the first section area and the second section area; and
transparent color paint layer, transparent color paint layer sets up metal coating keeps away from one side of plastic substrate, just transparent color paint layer is in orthographic projection on the plastic substrate with first section district overlaps.
2. The middle frame of claim 1, wherein the transparent colored paint layer is made of nano colored paint.
3. The middle frame of claim 1, further comprising:
the transparent primer layer is arranged on the whole surface of the plastic substrate close to the metal coating;
the first transparent middle paint layer is arranged on the whole surface of the plastic base material, and the metal coating is far away from the whole surface of the plastic base material.
4. The middle frame of claim 3, further comprising:
the second transparent intermediate paint layer is only arranged on the surface of the transparent color paint layer away from the plastic base material;
the transparent finish paint layer is arranged on the surface of the first transparent middle paint layer, the second transparent middle paint layer is far away from the plastic base material, and the transparent finish paint layer does not cover the surface of the first transparent middle paint layer.
5. The middle frame according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the thickness of the transparent color paint layer is 5 to 10 micrometers, and the thickness of the metal plating layer is 100 to 200 nanometers.
6. The middle frame according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the width of the second segment region is 1 to 3 mm.
7. The middle frame according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first transparent middle paint layer has a color different from that of the transparent color paint layer.
8. The middle frame according to claim 7, wherein the first transparent middle paint layer comprises a colorless transparent paint base and a nano-mill base dispersed in the colorless transparent paint base.
9. A method of making a bezel comprising:
providing a plastic substrate, wherein the plastic substrate is sequentially divided into a first section area and a second section area in the width direction;
forming a metal coating on one side of the outer surface of the plastic substrate, wherein the orthographic projection of the metal coating on the plastic substrate covers the first section area and the second section area;
forming a whole transparent color paint layer on one side of the metal coating layer away from the plastic substrate;
and removing the part of the whole transparent colored paint layer corresponding to the second section area so as to form the transparent colored paint layer, wherein the orthographic projection of the transparent colored paint layer on the plastic substrate is overlapped with the first section area.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the whole transparent color paint layer is of a heat-curing type, wherein the curing temperature is 60 to 70 ℃ and the curing time is 5 to 10 min.
11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the removing of the portion of the transparent full-surface paint layer corresponding to the second section area is performed by contacting with an organic swelling solution, wherein the organic swelling solution comprises ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and acetone in a volume ratio of 6-8: 2-4.
12. The method of any one of claims 9-10, further comprising:
forming a transparent primer layer on the whole surface of the plastic substrate close to the metal coating;
and forming a first transparent intermediate paint layer on the whole surface of the metal coating layer far away from the plastic base material.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising, prior to removing the portion of the full-face transparent paint layer directly corresponding to the second segment region:
forming a transparent paint layer on the surface of the whole transparent paint layer far away from the plastic base material;
and removing the part of the transparent paint layer which is just corresponding to the second section area through laser engraving so as to obtain a second transparent intermediate paint layer, wherein the orthographic projection of the second transparent intermediate paint layer on the plastic substrate is overlapped with the first section area.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising, after removing the portion of the full-face transparent paint layer directly corresponding to the second segment region:
and forming a transparent finish paint layer on the surface of the first transparent middle paint layer, which is far away from the plastic base material and is not covered by the transparent color paint layer, of the second transparent middle paint layer.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
a rear cover;
the middle frame of any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the middle frame is arranged around the edge of the rear cover and is connected with the rear cover, and the second section of the plastic substrate in the middle frame is arranged far away from the rear cover;
the display screen assembly is connected with one side, far away from the rear cover, of the middle frame, and an installation space is defined between the display screen assembly and the rear cover; and
the mainboard is arranged in the installation space and electrically connected with the display screen assembly.
