The terminal device generally includes a housing and an electronic device disposed inside the housing, such as a display screen including the electronic device, a battery, a circuit board, and various connecting lines. The shell is used for protecting the electronic device. When the terminal equipment is used for watching videos, the videos can be watched by hands generally, and the users feel fatigue of the hands after long-time use; or the device is horizontally placed on a horizontal supporting surface, but the viewing angle of the viewing mode is not ideal, so that the viewing effect of a user is influenced; or use outside support frame to support and watch, but outside support frame is not necessarily matchd with mobile terminal in size, and outside support frame and terminal equipment both are in the state of separation moreover, have brought the inconvenient problem of carrying for the user to the use experience that brings for the user is relatively poor. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a terminal housing and a terminal device to improve the experience of the user using the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a terminal housing 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a cover 11, a bracket 12, and a rotating shaft 13. Wherein:
the cover 11 has a receiving cavity in a first direction for receiving the electronic device 20, such as a display screen, a circuit board, a battery, a circuit board, and a connecting circuit of the electronic device 20, and the electronic device is orderly arranged and received in the receiving cavity of the cover 11.
The material for making the lid 11 may be an alloy, such as magnesium aluminum alloy. The magnesium-aluminum alloy has the excellent characteristics of light weight, good rigidity, easiness in processing and stable property, is not easily oxidized when contacting water and oxygen in the air, is durable for a long time, and ensures the use attractiveness of terminal equipment. It can also be made of plastic injection molding, and is resistant to falling and not easy to break in use, such as high molecular organic materials like Polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), etc.
The bracket 12 is disposed on a second direction of the cover 11, i.e. a side opposite to the electronic device 20, and is used for supporting a user when using the terminal device, so as to provide a comfortable display viewing angle for the user and improve the viewing effect of the user. In this embodiment, the support 12 is rotatably connected to the cover 11 through the rotating shaft 13, so that the support 12 can be rotated and opened when needed, and the support 12 can be folded and attached to the cover 11 when not needed, thereby facilitating the carrying of the terminal device.
Specifically, the bracket 12 includes two portions: the flat plate portion 121 and a protrusion portion 122 protruding from one end of the flat plate portion 121, one end of the protrusion portion 122 is used for being rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 13, and the other end of the protrusion portion 122 is used for being rotatably connected to the housing 11. In this embodiment, the protruding portion 122 is disposed close to the electronic device 20 in the housing 11.
In this embodiment, the cover 11 has a receiving cavity 111, and when the bracket 12 is in the closed state, the bracket 12 is received in the receiving cavity 111. Therefore, when the support 12 is in a closed state, the support and the shell 11 can be located on the same plane in the second direction, and the problem that when the support 12 is in the closed state, the support 12 still protrudes out of the cover 11 to affect the attractive effect and the carrying is avoided.
It can be understood that, since the bracket 12 is located on the same plane as the back surface of the housing 11 when in the closed state, the position of the housing 11 corresponding to the protruding portion 122 of the bracket 12 also protrudes in the first direction, so that the protruding portion 122 is accommodated in the housing 11.
In other embodiments, the cover 11 may not have a receiving cavity, that is, the entire bracket 12 protrudes from the housing 11, and the bracket 12 still has a protrusion to connect with the housing 11. The design method can ensure that the part of the shell 11 corresponding to the convex part 122 does not need to protrude towards the direction of the electronic device 20, saves space for the installation of the electronic device 20, and is suitable for the original installation arrangement of the electronic device 20 without additional adjustment.
Further, the protruding portion 122 in the present embodiment is semicircular, and the position of the housing 11 corresponding to the protruding portion 122 of the bracket 12 is also semicircular, so that the protruding portion 122 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111 of the cover 11. Due to the semicircular arc design, the rotation of the bracket 12 is more convenient, and the rotation cannot be blocked.
Further, the material of the bracket 12 in this embodiment may be the same as the housing 11, such as an alloy, such as magnesium aluminum alloy. The magnesium-aluminum alloy has the excellent characteristics of light weight, good rigidity, easy processing and stable property, is not easy to be oxidized when contacting water and oxygen in the air, is durable for a long time, and ensures the use aesthetic property of the bracket 12. It can also be made of plastic injection molding, and is resistant to falling and not easy to break in use, such as high molecular organic materials like Polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), etc.
The rotating shaft 13 is connected between the cover 11 and the bracket 12, so that the bracket 12 can rotate relative to the cover 11 through the rotating shaft 13 to fold and unfold the bracket 12. In this embodiment, the shaft 13 is partially received in the bracket 12. Specifically, it is received in a cavity formed by the protrusion 122.
Further, in the present embodiment, the housing 11 has a rectangular shape having a width direction and a length direction, and the holder 12 also has a rectangular shape having a width direction and a length direction. When mounted, the longitudinal direction of the bracket 12 corresponds to the width direction of the housing 11, and the width direction of the bracket 12 corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the housing 11. In order to facilitate the opening and closing of the bracket 12, in the embodiment, the length of the bracket 12 in the length direction is smaller than the length of the accommodating cavity 111, so that the finger can be put in to facilitate the opening and closing of the bracket 12.
Furthermore, a buckle notch can be correspondingly arranged at the free end of the bracket 12, so that fingers can conveniently extend into the bracket. Corresponding to the buckle notch, the housing 11 is protruded toward the electronic device 20 for facilitating the finger inserting operation. The number of the gripping notches is not limited herein, such as one, two or other numbers. Preferably, when the number of the buckle notches is two or three, the operation of the hand is more convenient.
It will be appreciated that a support plate may also be provided at the free end of the support 12 in order to improve the support stability of the support 12. The supporting plate may be disposed toward the electronic device 20 or disposed away from the electronic device 20. Preferably, the support plate is disposed toward the electronic device 20 in this embodiment. Therefore, when the support 12 is in an open state, the support plate is abutted against the flat support surface, the contact area between the free end of the support 12 and the support surface is increased, the support 12 is supported more stably, and the phenomenon that sharp and harsh sound is generated when the free end of the support 12 with a smaller area is contacted with the flat support surface to slide is avoided. The support plate, the bracket 12 and the housing 11 form a triangle, so that the bracket 12 has stable support.
Further, when the bracket 12 is in the open state and forms an acute angle with the housing 11, the viewing angle of the user is comfortable, and thus it can be understood that the included angle between the support plate and the bracket 12 is also an acute angle.
In order to facilitate the storage of the bracket 12, the corresponding portion of the housing 11 corresponding to the supporting plate protrudes toward the electronic device 20, so that the supporting plate can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111 of the housing 11, and the bracket 12 is in the same plane with the back surface of the housing 11 when in the closed state, thereby facilitating the carrying of the terminal device.
To further facilitate opening and closing of the holder 12, another way is provided to facilitate opening and closing of the holder 12. A pull ring 123 is disposed on a side of the electronic device 20 away from the stand 12, so that when the stand 12 needs to be opened or closed, the stand 12 can be opened or closed conveniently by pulling the pull ring 123.
Specifically, the pull ring 123 is hinged relative to the bracket 12, so that the pull ring 123 can freely rotate relative to the bracket 12, and when the bracket 12 is in a closed state, the pull ring 123 can be parallel to the bracket 12, which is convenient for carrying the terminal device.
The rotating shaft 13 includes a main shaft 131, a positioning cam 132 disposed at one end of the main shaft 131, a rotating cam 133 engaged with the positioning cam 132, a sleeve 134 sleeved on the rotating cam 133 and a portion of the main shaft, and a torsion spring 135 disposed in the sleeve 134 and connected between the rotating cam 133 and one end of the sleeve 134. The main shaft 131 is connected between the bracket 12 and the housing 11, and the bracket 12 is sleeved outside the sleeve 134. Wherein:
the two ends of the main shaft 131 are respectively provided with a cutting sleeve 1311, one is used for limiting the falling off of the positioning cam 132, and the other is used for limiting the falling off of the sleeve 134. When the support 12 moves, the main shaft 131 is in a fixed state.
The positioning cam 132 includes a sleeve portion 1321 and a positioning portion 1322 connected to the sleeve portion 1321, and an outer diameter of the positioning portion 1322 is smaller than an outer diameter of the sleeve portion 1321, so that the positioning portion 1322 is adapted to the rotating cam 133. The engaging portion 1321 and the positioning portion 1322 have a through hole penetrating together, so that the positioning cam 132 engages with the main shaft 131. Wherein the sleeve portion 1321 is proximate to the sleeve 1311 on the end of the spindle 131.
The positioning portion 1322 is formed with a plurality of first latches 1323, and a first catching groove 1324 is formed between every two adjacent first latches 1323. Preferably, in this embodiment, the positioning portion 1322 forms 6 first latch teeth 1323, that is, 6 first latch grooves 1324 are correspondingly formed, so that the rotating cam 133 can be latched into the first latch groove 1324 every 60 degrees.
The rotating cam 133 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of second latches 1331, a second slot 1332 is formed between every two adjacent second latches 1331, when the rotating cam 133 rotates relative to the positioning cam 132, the first latch 1323 is clamped in the second slot 1332, and the second latch 1331 is clamped in the first slot 1324. Correspondingly, because the positioning portion 1322 of the positioning cam 132 forms 6 first latches 1323, in the embodiment, the rotating cam 133 is correspondingly provided with 6 second latches 1331, and when the rotating cam 133 rotates relative to the positioning cam 132, one second latch 1331 can be correspondingly clamped in one first slot 1324 every 60 degrees of rotation.
In other embodiments, the positioning portion 1322 of the positioning cam 132 may be formed with other numbers of first latches 1323 and first slots 1324, for example, 5, 8 or other numbers, and the rotating cam 133 is correspondingly provided with 5, 8 or other numbers of second latches 1331 and second slots 1332. At this time, the rotating cam 133 rotates 72 degrees, 45 degrees or other corresponding degrees, so that each second latch 1331 is correspondingly engaged with one first slot 1324. The number of different latch and draw-in groove is set up, makes support 12 rotate different angles and makes and to realize opening and closing, can realize fine adjustment or roughly adjust.
The sleeve 134 is sleeved on the rotating cam 133 and a part of the main shaft 131, the rotating cam 133 is clamped on the inner wall of the sleeve 134, and the rotating cam 133 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the sleeve 134. An end of the main shaft 131 remote from the positioning cam 132 extends outside the sleeve 134. A cavity is formed inside the sleeve 134, the first end 134a is an open end, and the inner wall of the second end 134b extends toward the center point, so that the second end 134b of the sleeve 134 is in a semi-closed state and forms a through hole coaxial with the sleeve 134.
The torsion spring 135 is accommodated in the cavity formed by the sleeve 134, and one end of the torsion spring 135 is connected to the rotating cam 133, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the inner wall of the second end 134b of the sleeve 134, so that when the bracket 12 rotates, the sleeve 134 is driven to rotate, the sleeve 134 rotates to drive the rotating cam 133 to rotate and drive the torsion spring 135 to deform, and the second latch 1331 of the rotating cam 133 is clamped in the first clamping slot 1324 of the positioning cam 132.
In this embodiment, the main shaft 131 is connected between the bracket 12 and the housing 11, the bracket 12 is sleeved outside the sleeve 134, and the sleeve 135 can rotate relative to the bracket 12.
Further, the rotating shaft 13 further includes a snap ring 136, and the snap ring 136 is sleeved on an end of the main shaft 131 far away from the positioning cam 132 and is clamped between an end of the sleeve 134 and an end of the main shaft 131. The snap ring 136 prevents the sleeve 134 from falling off.
After the sleeve 135 is fitted over the main shaft 131, the snap ring 136 is snapped onto the main shaft 131. It is understood that the snap ring 136 should have a gap and be elastically deformed so that the snap ring 136 can be clamped on the main shaft 131.
Specifically, the snap ring 136 has a notch 1361, a through hole 1362 is formed in the middle of the snap ring, and the notch 1361 is communicated with the through hole 1362. Further, a protrusion 1363 is formed by extending the snap ring 136 from the inner wall portion of the through hole 1362 to the center point of the snap ring, and when the snap ring 136 is clamped on the spindle 131, the protrusion 1363 abuts against the spindle 131 to prevent the snap ring 136 from rotating relative to the spindle 131.
The specific installation process of the rotating shaft 13 is as follows: firstly, the positioning cam 132 is sleeved on the main shaft 131, the sleeved portion 1321 of the positioning cam 132 is close to the end portion of the main shaft 131, the rotating cam 133, the torsion spring 135 and the sleeve 134 are installed into a whole, then the whole is sleeved on the main shaft 131, finally the snap ring 136 is clamped on the main shaft 131 through the notch 1361, so that the installation of the rotating shaft 13 is completed, and then the main shaft 131 is installed in the protruding portion 122 of the bracket 12.
It can be understood that, a baffle 137 is further fixedly disposed on the housing 11, and the baffle 137 is used to limit an included angle between the bracket 12 and the housing 11 when the bracket 12 is in the open state to be within a preset included angle range, so as to prevent the bracket 12 from rotating by an excessively large angle relative to the housing 11, so that the mass of the whole terminal device is concentrated on the bracket 12, and the bracket 12 is damaged. Meanwhile, when the stand 12 is in the open state, the restriction of the barrier 137 allows a comfortable viewing angle between the electronic device 20 and the user.
In this embodiment, the baffle 137 is mounted to the housing 11 by a mounting bracket. Specifically, the baffle 137 is mounted on the housing 11 by being provided with a mounting bracket on the left and right, and the mounting bracket is detachably connected to the housing 11 by bolts.
In other embodiments, the baffle 137 can be mounted on the housing 11 by only one mounting bracket, so that the weight of the whole housing 11 can be reduced, that is, the weight of the whole terminal device can be reduced, and the carrying by a user is facilitated.
When only one mounting bracket is provided, in order to improve the mounting and use stability of the baffle 137, it can be understood that the mounting bracket is provided at the middle of the baffle 137.
When the bracket 12 is extended outward, the bracket 12 contacts the baffle 137, and the bracket 12 cannot be extended outward due to the resistance of the baffle 137, so that the included angle between the bracket 12 and the housing 11 is within a preset included angle range. The damage of the bracket 12 or the uncomfortable watching of the user by using the terminal equipment caused by the large included angle between the bracket 12 and the shell 11 when the bracket 12 is continuously unfolded is avoided.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, when the bracket 12 and the housing 11 are in the fully opened state, the bracket 12 and the housing 11 form an angle of 33 degrees. The supporting angle can ensure that the user is in a comfortable angle in both sitting posture and eye watching. In other embodiments, other different opening angles may be devised.
Through being equipped with a baffle 137 on casing 11, when support 12 need expand outward, because the restriction effect of keeping out of baffle 137 prevents that support 12 from further expanding outward, makes terminal equipment can be supported and supplies the comfortable viewing angle of user, when also having avoided the contained angle between support 12 and the casing 11 great, the damage of terminal equipment's weight pressure to support 12.
The use of the above-described holder 12 is as follows: when the rack 12 is in the closed state, the rack 12 is tightly attached to the accommodating cavity 111 of the housing 11, when the rack 12 moves away from the housing 11, the rack 12 drives the sleeve 134 of the rotating shaft 13 to rotate, the sleeve 134 drives the relative positioning cam 132 of the rotating cam 133 to rotate, when the rotation of the second latch 1331 is blocked by the first latch 1323, because the torsion spring 135 is compressible, the rotating cam 133 compresses the torsion spring 135 at this time, so that the second latch 1331 passes through the first latch 1323, because the torsion spring 135 has a restoring force, after the second latch 1331 passes through the first latch 1323, the second latch 1331 can be clamped in the corresponding first latch 1324. The user can adjust the opening angle of the stand 12 with respect to the housing 11 according to the viewing angle that the user finds comfortable.
Above-mentioned terminal housing 10, through be equipped with support 12 on the casing 11 at the one side that carries on the back mutually with electronic terminal 20, support 12 rotates through the relative casing 11 of pivot 13, thereby when needs adjust terminal equipment to suitable viewing angle, can open support 12 relative casing 11 and be the supported state, can open electronic device 20 to viewing angle comfortable with the user, when not needing to use terminal equipment, can accomodate support 12 and close, support 12 is integrative with casing 11, do not need to carry the terminal support in addition, convenience of customers's use, promote user experience and feel.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, a terminal housing 10 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is provided, in which the terminal housing 10 in this embodiment is substantially the same as the terminal housing 10 in the first embodiment, except that:
when the bracket 12 and the cover 11 are in an open state, a first pre-pressing angle a is formed between the rotating shaft 13 and the bracket 12; when the bracket 12 and the cover 11 are closed, a second pre-pressing angle b is formed between the rotating shaft 13 and the bracket 12.
When the bracket 12 is in an open state, the bracket 12 can be kept at a fixed position and cannot shake due to the design of the first pre-pressing angle a with a certain size; at the moment, the terminal equipment is placed on the horizontal supporting surface, and a user can naturally obtain the best experience visual angle. At this time, the second latch 1331 of the rotating cam 133 in the rotating shaft 13 is reset only by a first pre-pressing angle a relative to the first latch 1324 of the positioning cam 132, so that a reset pressure is generated.
When the bracket 12 is in a closed state, the bracket 12 can be completely attached to the housing 11 due to the design of the second pre-pressing angle b with a certain size, and when the terminal device is held in the hand, the bracket 12 cannot fall off from the housing 11. At this time, the second latch 1331 of the rotating cam 133 in the rotating shaft 13 is reset only by a second pre-pressing angle b with respect to the first latch 1323 of the positioning cam 132, thereby generating a reset pressure.
It can be understood that the inner diameter of the sleeve 134 is not completely matched with the outer diameter of the protruding portion 122 of the bracket 12, and the inner diameter of the protruding portion 122 of the bracket 12 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the sleeve 134, so that when the rotating shaft 13 is installed in the protruding portion 122 of the bracket 12, the bracket 12 can rotate through a slight angle, and then the sleeve 134 of the rotating shaft 13 is driven to rotate, thereby enabling the rotation of the bracket 12 to be more flexible.
In this embodiment, when the bracket 12 is in the open state, the first pre-pressing angle a ranges from 8 degrees to 20 degrees. Preferably, in this embodiment, the magnitude of the first preload angle a is 10 degrees. The second pre-pressure angle b ranges from 10 to 20 degrees when the holder 12 is in the closed state. Preferably, in this embodiment, the magnitude of the second preload angle b is 17 degrees. Since the rotation of the rotating cam 133 is 60 degrees each time, when the bracket 12 is in the fully opened state relative to the housing 10, the included angle between the two is 33 degrees, thereby deducing that 60 degrees is subtracted by 17 degrees and then 33 degrees is subtracted, and 10 degrees (the pre-pressing angle in the opened state) can be obtained. The user's hands are now in the most labor-saving position for opening and closing the stand 12.
In the terminal housing 10, when the bracket 12 and the cover 11 are designed to be in an open state, the first pre-pressing angle a is formed between the rotating shaft 13 and the bracket 12, and the rotating cam 133 is reset relative to the positioning cam 132 by the first pre-pressing angle a, so as to provide a reset force for closing the bracket 12; when the bracket 12 is in the closed state, because the second pre-pressing angle b with a certain size is designed, the rotating cam 133 is reset relative to the positioning cam 132 by the second pre-pressing angle b, and a reset force for opening the bracket 12 is provided, so that a user can open and close the bracket 12 conveniently, and the user is in a labor-saving state.
