Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the LED lamp detection method of the present application is provided. In the embodiment, at least two LED lamps to be detected are determined;
step S100, respectively adjusting preset brightness control parameters corresponding to at least two LED lamps to be detected by adopting the LED lamp control parameter adjusting method;
step S200, respectively controlling the corresponding LED lamps to operate according to the adjusted preset brightness control parameters;
when the LED lamp is a three-color LED lamp, the light emission of each color channel is correspondingly controlled according to preset brightness control parameters corresponding to the three color channels.
Step S300, obtaining the luminous brightness value of each LED lamp;
the brightness value is the detected luminous intensity of the LED lamp when the LED lamp operates according to the preset brightness control parameter.
And step S400, judging whether the brightness of each LED lamp is consistent or not according to the brightness value.
When the acquired brightness values are all in a preset brightness interval (can emit light according to the requirements of the LED lamps), the light-emitting brightness of the LED lamps can be considered to be consistent, and when the acquired brightness values are outside the preset brightness interval, the light-emitting brightness of the LED lamps corresponding to the brightness values can be considered to be inconsistent with the light-emitting brightness of other lamps.
In addition, a brightness difference between the brightness values may also be determined; when the brightness difference is within a preset range, judging that the brightness of each LED lamp is consistent; and when the brightness difference is out of a preset range, judging that the brightness of the LED lamps is inconsistent. The preset range can be set according to actual requirements. When the number of the LED lamps to be detected is more than two, the difference value of the brightness values corresponding to two-two calculation is used as the brightness difference, when all the obtained brightness differences are within the preset range, the brightness of the LED lamps to be detected can be considered to be consistent, and when the brightness difference exists in the obtained brightness differences and exceeds the preset range, the brightness of the LED lamps to be detected can be considered to be inconsistent.
In this embodiment, after the preset brightness control parameters of at least two LED lamps to be detected are adjusted based on the LED lamp parameter adjustment method, the light emission consistency detection is performed, so as to effectively determine whether the preset brightness control parameters adjusted by the LED lamp parameter adjustment method are accurate, if the preset brightness control parameters are not adjusted accurately, the preset brightness control parameters are adjusted accurately, and if the preset brightness control parameters are adjusted accurately, the preset brightness control parameters are adjusted accurately. When the preset brightness control parameter is not accurately adjusted, the inaccurate LED lamp can be further adjusted, so that the brightness consistency of different LED lamps is further ensured.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. The method for adjusting the control parameters of the LED lamp is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
when the LED lamp is driven according to the preset current, acquiring the current luminous first brightness of the LED lamp;
determining a first current corresponding to the first brightness;
determining an adjusting parameter according to the preset current and the first current;
adjusting preset brightness control parameters of the LED lamp according to the adjusting parameters;
the LED lamp is a three-color LED lamp, the three-color LED lamp is provided with a first color channel, a second color channel and a third color channel, and the adjusting parameters comprise a first adjusting parameter corresponding to the first color channel, a second adjusting parameter corresponding to the second color channel and a third adjusting parameter corresponding to the third color channel;
after the step of determining the adjustment parameter according to the preset current and the first current, the method further includes:
acquiring a first preset brightness threshold corresponding to the first color channel, a second preset brightness threshold corresponding to the second color channel and a third preset brightness threshold corresponding to the third color channel;
determining a target adjustment parameter among the first adjustment parameter, the second adjustment parameter, and the third adjustment parameter;
determining a first adjustment value according to the target adjustment parameter and the first adjustment parameter, determining a second adjustment value according to the target adjustment parameter and the second adjustment parameter, and determining a third adjustment value according to the target adjustment parameter and the third adjustment parameter;
and adjusting the first preset brightness threshold according to the first adjustment value, adjusting the second preset brightness threshold according to the second adjustment value, and adjusting the third preset brightness threshold according to the third adjustment value.
2. The LED lamp control parameter adjusting method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the adjustment parameter based on the preset current and the first current comprises:
determining a difference between the preset current and the first current;
and determining the adjusting parameter according to the ratio of the difference value to the preset current.
3. The method for adjusting control parameters of an LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the LED lamp is a three-color LED lamp, the three-color LED lamp has a first color channel, a second color channel, and a third color channel, and the step of obtaining a first brightness of a current light emission of the LED lamp when the LED lamp is driven according to a preset current includes:
when the preset current is input into the first color channel, acquiring a first brightness parameter of the LED lamp;
when the preset current is input into the second color channel, acquiring a second brightness parameter of the LED lamp;
when the preset current is input into the third color channel, acquiring a third brightness parameter of the LED lamp;
determining a first current parameter, a second current parameter and a third current parameter corresponding to the first brightness parameter, the second brightness parameter and the third brightness parameter;
taking the first current parameter, the second current parameter, and the third current parameter as the first current;
the step of determining an adjustment parameter based on the preset current and the first current comprises:
determining the first adjusting parameter according to the first current parameter and the preset current, determining the second adjusting parameter according to the second current parameter and the preset current, and determining the third adjusting parameter according to the third current parameter and the preset current;
the step of adjusting the preset brightness control parameter of the LED lamp according to the adjustment parameter comprises the following steps:
and adjusting a first preset brightness control parameter corresponding to the first color channel according to the first adjustment parameter, adjusting a second preset brightness control parameter corresponding to the second color channel according to the second adjustment parameter, and adjusting a third preset brightness control parameter corresponding to the third color channel according to the third adjustment parameter.
4. The LED lamp control parameter adjustment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target adjustment parameter among the first adjustment parameter, the second adjustment parameter, and the third adjustment parameter includes:
and taking the parameter with the largest value in the first adjustment parameter, the second adjustment parameter and the third adjustment parameter as the target adjustment parameter.
5. An LED lamp detection method based on the LED lamp control parameter adjustment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the LED lamp detection method comprises the following steps:
respectively adjusting preset brightness control parameters corresponding to the LED lamps by adopting the LED lamp control parameter adjusting method;
respectively controlling the corresponding LED lamps to operate according to the adjusted preset brightness control parameters;
acquiring the luminous brightness value of each LED lamp;
and judging whether the brightness of the LED lamps is consistent or not according to the brightness value.
6. The method for detecting LED lamps according to claim 5, wherein said step of determining whether the light-emitting brightness of each of the LED lamps is consistent according to the brightness value comprises:
determining a brightness difference between the brightness values;
when the brightness difference is within a preset range, judging that the brightness of each LED lamp is consistent;
and when the brightness difference is out of a preset range, judging that the brightness of the LED lamps is inconsistent.
7. A parameter adjustment apparatus, characterized in that the parameter adjustment apparatus comprises: a memory, a processor and a parameter adjustment program stored on said memory and executable on said processor, said parameter adjustment program when executed by said processor implementing the steps of the LED lamp control parameter adjustment method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A detection device, characterized in that the detection device comprises: a memory, a processor and an LED lamp detection program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the LED lamp detection program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the LED lamp detection method of claim 5 or 6.
