Description

Technical Field
The present invention relates to wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a data transmission method and device.
Background
In an existing wireless communication system, when User Equipment (UE) needs to send data, the UE first needs to acquire a resource capable of sending the data through a Random Access process, which is exemplified by a UMTS system, where the UE sends Access preamble information to a network side through a Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH), and when an available resource is allocated to the UE for use, the network side indicates the available resource to the UE through an Acquisition Indicator Channel (AICH), and the UE sends the data using the acquired resource.
However, in this process, there may be a plurality of UEs requesting resources from the network side at the same time, and the available resources are limited or there is a conflict of random accesses of a plurality of UEs, so the UEs may need multiple random accesses to obtain the available resources, which increases power consumption of the UEs.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to a wireless system, for example: a Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), a Long Term Evolution (LTE), or a subsequent evolution System of LTE, and the like, where a main scenario is how to obtain resources more accurately when a UE without dedicated resources sends data to a network device. The embodiment of the invention takes a UMTS system as an example.
The user equipment UE refers to a device capable of sending data to a network side, and includes machine type devices; the Network side device refers to a device that performs resource allocation and data reception, for example, a base station NodeB and a Radio Network Controller (RNC) in a UMTS system, and an evolved NodeB (eNB) in an LTE system.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a data transmission method provided by the present invention, in which an execution subject is a network side device.
Step 101: the network side equipment sends a resource allocation instruction to the user equipment UE, wherein the resource allocation instruction comprises: and allowing the UE to use the uplink resource information currently.
In this step, the network side device first sends a resource allocation indication to the UE, indicating the resource used by the UE for sending uplink data, and taking the UMTS system as an example, the network side may indicate the resource through a Shared Control Channel for HS-DSCH (High-speed downlink Shared Channel, HS-SCCH for short) of a High-speed downlink Shared Channel (High-speed downlink Shared Channel, HS-DSCH for short), or may indicate the resource through a paging message. The resource allocation indication includes information of uplink resources available to the UE in a preset time period, for example, a number of the resource or configuration information of the resource; a timer can be set on the network side equipment and/or the UE side, so that the network side equipment and the UE can detect whether data is transmitted within a time period set by the timer; the uplink resource is a resource required by the UE to transmit data and is specified by the network side device. Or, the resource may also be a time-frequency resource block that the UE may use for uplink data transmission, and further, the resource may also include timing adjustment information.
Step 102: and the network side equipment receives the feedback information of the UE.
In this step, after allocating uplink resources to the UE, the network side device receives feedback information of the UE, where the feedback information may be uplink data sent by the UE or resource request information sent by the UE.
If the feedback information is that the UE does not have data to send at this time, optionally, the UE does not send any uplink indication to the network side device, and the network side device may determine that the UE does not have uplink data to send by not detecting the uplink data of the UE in a predetermined time period.
Further, when the UE sends the feedback information or the uplink data, the UE sends synchronization information at the same time to complete uplink synchronization with the network side device.
Step 103: and the network side equipment processes the uplink resource according to the feedback information of the UE.
In this step, the network side device processes the uplink resource according to the feedback information of the UE, for example: if the feedback information is that the UE does not have data to send at this time, the network side device releases the uplink resource for use by other UEs. Or if the feedback information is uplink data sent by the UE, when the UE data is sent, the network side device releases the uplink resource, so as to facilitate quick resource recycling. Or if the feedback information is a continuous use instruction sent by the UE, that is, the UE continues to request resources from the network side equipment when not sending the completion data, and when the network side equipment receives the continuous use instruction of the UE, the network side equipment determines whether to allow the UE to continue using the uplink resources, and sends indication information whether to allow the UE to continue using the uplink resources to the UE, and meanwhile, if the UE is allowed to continue using, the uplink resources are continuously allocated to the UE, otherwise, the uplink resources are released.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data transmission method, wherein network side equipment transmits a resource allocation instruction to User Equipment (UE), and the resource allocation instruction comprises the following steps: and allowing the UE to use the uplink resource information currently, and the network side equipment receives the feedback information of the UE and processes the uplink resource according to the feedback information of the UE. The UE sends data after the network side equipment indicates the uplink resources to the UE, so that the process that the UE performs random access through a random access channel in the prior art is avoided, the electric quantity consumption of the UE is reduced, meanwhile, the network side equipment receives feedback information of the UE in real time, and the resources are processed according to the feedback information, so that the use condition of the uplink resources used by the UE is updated in real time.
Optionally, the uplink resource includes at least one uplink resource. Preferably, in the UMTS system, the network side indicated resource channel may be a High Speed Physical Downlink shared channel (HS-PDSCH) or a Secondary Common Control Physical channel (S-CCPCH), and indicates availability and unavailability of a certain resource through 1 and 0, respectively. In an LTE system, a network device may specify one or a set of available time-frequency resource blocks and allocate the resource blocks to a UE. The network side equipment can appoint a group of uplink resources which can be used for data transmission to the UE in a mode of system broadcast messages and the like, the uplink resources comprise two or more uplink resources for the UE to select, the use condition of the uplink resources is determined by continuously receiving feedback information of the UE, and the group of uplink resources are updated in real time.
Optionally, the sending, by the network side device, the resource allocation indication to the UE includes: the method includes that a network side device sends resource allocation instructions to a certain UE periodically, specifically, a time period of 10 minutes can be set, and the resource allocation instructions are sent to the certain UE every 10 minutes; or the network side device sends the resource allocation indication to the UE according to a preset rule, where the preset rule includes that the network side device calculates a time for the UE to send data according to a service type of the UE and/or a device type of the UE, and specifically, calculates the time for the UE to send data, for example, according to a previous service type of the UE and/or a device type of the UE, where the previous service type or device type is, for example, that the UE sends data once at a cycle frequency of 10 minutes, calculates the time for the UE to send data according to the service and the device type, and sends the resource allocation indication to the UE according to the calculated time for the UE to send data, where the service type or device type may be reported by the UE to the network side device or acquired by the network side device itself; or the network side equipment determines that the UE needs to send data by receiving the request information sent by the UE.
Optionally, the information of the uplink resource allowed to be currently used by the UE includes at least one of: the time period of allowing the UE to use the uplink resource, the amount of data allowed to be sent by the UE using the uplink resource, the amount of uplink time-frequency resources allowed to be used by the UE, and the uplink code information allowed to be used by the UE. Specifically, the network side device may also designate the threshold value of the uplink resource used by the UE to determine whether the uplink resource can be continuously used while indicating the uplink resource. Wherein the threshold value may be: the service time of the resource, the number of time-frequency resources, the amount of data that can be sent by the UE, and the like. Such as: when the threshold is the use time of the resource and the use time is 10ms, the UE can only send uplink data of 10ms at most, if the UE needs to continue to use, the UE needs to send a continuous use request, otherwise, after 10ms, both the network side device and the UE need to release the uplink resource.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the network side device may further indicate two or more uplink resources to the UE. At this time, when the UE has data to send in the preset time period, the UE needs to select one resource from the group of resources, and the method of this embodiment may further include: the UE selects a resource from the resources indicated by the network side and indicates the selected resource to the network side equipment through the resource request message, and the network side equipment receives the resource request message of the UE and judges whether the uplink resource requested by the UE is occupied or not; if the uplink resource requested to be selected by the UE is not occupied, transmitting authorization information to the UE; and if the uplink resource requested to be selected by the UE is occupied, sending rejection information to the UE.
Specifically, the network side device receives a resource request message of the UE, where the resource request message is that the UE selects one uplink resource from the group of uplink resources and requests to use the selected uplink resource, the network side device receives the resource request message and determines whether the requested uplink resource is occupied by other UEs, and if the uplink resource requested to be selected by the UE is not occupied by other UEs, the network side device sends authorization information available for the uplink resource to the UE. And if the uplink resource requested to be selected by the UE is occupied by other UEs, the network side equipment sends rejection information that the uplink resource is unavailable to the UE. Since the uplink resource requested by the UE is also in a set of available uplink resources allocated to other UEs by the network side device, the selected uplink resource may be temporarily unavailable due to the fact that the uplink resource is preempted by other UEs, and at this time, the network side device sends rejection information to the UE. Further, the network side may indicate to the ue an additional available resource.
In this embodiment, when the number of the uplink resources is two or more, the network side device receives request resource information from the UE selecting one uplink resource, and detects whether the uplink resource selected by the request is occupied, and if not, sends authorization information to the UE, otherwise, sends rejection information, and since the network side device designates a group of available uplink resource information and updates the group of uplink resources in real time according to feedback of the UE, the UE narrows a selection range, reduces a probability of random access failure in the prior art, and reduces power consumption of the UE.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the processing, by the network side device, the uplink resource according to the feedback information of the UE includes: if the feedback information of the UE is an instruction of no data transmission fed back by the UE, releasing uplink resources; or if the feedback information of the UE is a data transmission completion indication fed back by the UE, releasing the uplink resource; or if the feedback information of the UE is a continuous use indication fed back by the UE, determining whether to allow the UE to continuously use, and sending indication information to the UE, wherein the indication information is used for indicating whether to allow the UE to continuously use the uplink resource. Specifically, the network side device processes the uplink resource according to the feedback information of the UE, for example: if the feedback information is that the UE does not have data to send at this time, the network side device releases the uplink resource for use by other UEs. Or if the feedback information is uplink data sent by the UE, when the UE data is sent, the network side device releases the uplink resource, so as to facilitate quick resource recycling. Or if the UE does not send the completion data, the network side equipment receives the resource continuous use indication fed back by the UE, the network side equipment determines whether to allow the UE to continuously use the uplink resource, and sends indication information to the UE, wherein the indication information indicates whether to allow the UE to continuously use the uplink resource for the network side equipment. In the LTE system, the resource allocation method may be used to allocate a period of resource to the UE by the network side device, so as to reduce the scheduling process of the network side.
Optionally, the processing, by the network side device, the uplink resource according to the feedback information of the UE includes: and the network side equipment updates the resource allocation indication. The updating operation is specifically to add or delete uplink resources in the resource allocation indication sent to the UE. For example, if the UE feeds back the indication information indicating that there is no data transmission or data transmission is completed, the network side device releases the uplink resource, and at this time, the network side device may add the uplink resource in the resource allocation indication sent to the UE; if the continuous use indication fed back by the UE is that the current uplink resource is occupied, the network side equipment deletes the uplink resource in the resource allocation indication sent to the UE so as to ensure that the uplink resource allocated to the UE is an available resource which is continuously updated.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of a data transmission method provided by the present invention, and the present embodiment provides a data transmission method, taking a UMTS system as an example, in which an execution subject is user equipment UE. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes:
step 201: user Equipment (UE) receives a resource allocation instruction sent by network side equipment, wherein the resource allocation instruction comprises: and allowing the UE to use the uplink resource information currently.
In this step, the UE receives a resource allocation indication sent by the network side device, where the network side device may indicate a resource through a shared control channel HS-SCCH of the HS-DSCH, or may indicate the resource through a paging message, where the resource allocation indication includes information of an uplink resource currently available to the UE, such as a number of the resource or configuration information of the resource; specifically, a timer may be set at the UE side and/or the network side device, so that the UE and the network side device detect whether data transmission is performed or not and whether data transmission is completed within a time period set by the timer, and the uplink resource is a resource required by the UE to transmit data and is specified by the network side device.
Further, the network side device may further indicate the use time or preset time of the resource, and specifically, the network side device may set the use time according to a service type or a device type of the UE. The network side device may indicate the resource usage time and indicate the currently used uplink resource information through one piece of information, and may also indicate through different signaling or manners, which is not limited herein.
Step 202: and the UE sends feedback information to the network side equipment according to the requirement of sending data so that the network side equipment processes the uplink resource according to the feedback information.
In this step, after the UE acquires the uplink resource indicated by the network side device, the UE sends feedback information to the network side device according to the data sending requirement. If the UE has data to send, the UE sends the uplink data by using the specified uplink resource, and optionally sends feedback information that the sending is completed to the network side device after the sending is completed so that the network side device releases the uplink resource. If the UE has no data to send, the UE sends feedback information of no data to the network side equipment so that the network side equipment releases uplink resources according to the information, and if a resource using continuing request indication of the UE is received, the resources are continuously allocated to the UE for use. Optionally, the feedback information without data transmission may also be that the UE does not transmit any indication information to the network side device, and determines that the UE does not need to use the resource indicated by the network side through detection or judgment of the network side.
Optionally, the receiving, by the UE, the resource allocation indication sent by the network side device includes: the method includes the steps of periodically receiving a resource allocation indication, specifically, setting a time period of 10 minutes, and detecting whether a network side device sends the resource allocation indication every 10 minutes by a UE; or the UE detects whether the network side device sends the resource allocation indication within a period of time when uplink data needs to be sent, where the network side device needs to send the resource allocation indication to the UE according to a preset rule, where the preset rule includes calculating a time for the UE to send data according to a service type of the UE and/or a device type of the UE, where the service type or the device type may be reported to the network side device by the UE or may be obtained by the network side device itself; or the UE sends request information to the network side equipment to inform the network side equipment that the UE needs to send data.
Optionally, the information of the uplink resource allowed to be used by the UE includes at least one of: and the time period for allowing the UE to use the uplink resource allows the UE to use the data volume transmitted by the uplink resource. Specifically, the network side device may specify, while indicating the uplink resource, that the UE uses the threshold of the uplink resource to determine the time when the UE can use the uplink resource, for example, the UE can only use 10ms, and if the UE needs to continue to use, the UE sends a request for continuing to use to the network side device, otherwise, after 10ms, both the network side device and the UE release the uplink resource.
In this embodiment, the UE does not need to perform a random access process, waits for the resource indicated by the network side to transmit uplink data, and is suitable for a service with a low delay requirement. The UE may perform a random access procedure if the UE has a high latency requirement or if an emergency service needs to be transmitted. At this time, the resource contended by the UE random access and the resource designated by the network side come from different resource pools.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data transmission method, wherein User Equipment (UE) receives a resource allocation instruction sent by network side equipment, and the resource allocation instruction comprises the following steps: and the UE sends feedback information to the network side equipment according to the requirement of sending data so that the network side equipment processes the uplink resource according to the feedback information. The UE sends data after indicating resources to the UE through the network side equipment, so that the process that the UE carries out random access through a random access channel in the prior art is avoided, the electric quantity consumption of the UE and the interference to other users are reduced, and meanwhile, the UE sends feedback information to the network side equipment, so that the network side equipment processes uplink resources according to the feedback information, and the uplink resources are updated in real time.
Optionally, the uplink resource includes an uplink resource. In another possible implementation, the uplink resources indicated to the UE by the network side may further include two or more uplink resources for the UE to select from, and the uplink resources are updated in real time.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a data transmission method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, when the uplink resource includes two or more uplink resources, the data transmission method according to this embodiment includes:
step 301: the method comprises the following steps that network side equipment sends a resource allocation instruction to User Equipment (UE), wherein the resource allocation instruction comprises: and allowing the UE to use the uplink resource information currently.
Step 302: and the UE receives a resource allocation indication sent by the network side equipment.
In the above step, the resource allocation indication sent by the network side device to the UE includes two or more uplink resources. Other definitions are the same as step 201, and are not further described here.
Step 303: and if data needs to be sent, the UE selects one uplink resource from at least two uplink resources.
Before the UE sends data, it needs to determine whether the resource allocation indication obtained by the UE from the network side is valid, and if so, selects an uplink resource from a group of uplink resources indicated by the network side device.
If the resource allocation indication obtained by the UE is invalid, the UE needs to obtain the latest resource allocation indication of the network side, and select one uplink resource from the latest resource allocation indication to transmit uplink data.
Step 304: the UE sends a resource request to the network side equipment to request to use a first uplink resource, wherein the first uplink resource is one uplink resource selected by the UE from at least two uplink resources.
And after the UE selects the uplink resource, the UE sends a resource request message to the network side equipment to request to use the selected uplink resource. The method for sending the request information may be random access, or the UE directly sends a code sequence agreed with the network side by using the selected resource.
Step 305: if the UE receives the rejection information of the network side equipment, the UE determines whether the resource allocation indication sent by the network side equipment is effective.
Alternatively, the UE may receive an allocation indication from the network side device, wherein the UE is assigned an available resource. In this case, the UE may transmit uplink data using the resource specified in this step by the network side.
Step 306: and if the UE determines that the resource allocation indication sent by the network side equipment is valid, the UE sends request information to the network side equipment to request to use a second uplink resource, wherein the second uplink resource is one uplink resource selected by the UE from at least two uplink resources.
Preferably, the second uplink resource and the first uplink resource of the previous step are not the same uplink resource.
Step 307: if the UE determines that the resource allocation indication sent by the network side equipment is invalid, the UE acquires the valid resource allocation indication from the network side equipment, sends request information to the network side equipment and requests to use one resource indicated in the valid resource allocation indication.
If the UE receives the reject message from the network side device, the UE needs to verify whether the resource allocation indication sent by the network side in step 301 is valid; if the UE determines that the resource allocation indication sent by the network side is effective, the UE selects one resource again, sends request information to the network side equipment again and requests to use the selected uplink resource; and if the UE determines that the resource allocation indication sent by the network side is invalid, the UE acquires the effective resource allocation indication again, selects an uplink resource from the effective resource allocation indication and sends request information to the network side equipment.
In this embodiment, when two or more uplink resources indicated to the UE by the network side device are available, the UE needs to select one uplink resource from the available uplink resources and send resource request information to the network side device, if reject information of the network side device is received, the UE needs to determine whether a resource allocation indication sent by the network side device is valid, and if the UE determines that the resource allocation indication sent by the network side device is valid, the UE selects one resource again, resends the request information to the network side device, and requests to use the selected uplink resource; and if the UE determines that the resource allocation indication sent by the network side is invalid, the UE acquires the effective resource allocation indication again, selects an uplink resource from the effective resource allocation indication and sends request information to the network side equipment. In the embodiment, the network side equipment designates a group of available uplink resources for the UE to select, and updates the resource group in real time, so that the UE is prevented from requesting occupied resources from the network side equipment, the selection range of the UE is narrowed, the probability of random access failure in the prior art is reduced, and the electric quantity consumption of the UE is reduced.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, if the UE does not send data, the UE sends feedback information of no data sending to the network side device, and if the UE completes sending data, sends feedback information of data sending completion to the network side device; or, if the UE needs to continue sending data, sending a resource continuous occupation indication to the network side device.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, if the UE has no data transmission or completes data transmission, the UE releases the uplink resource, or after a preset time period, if the resource holding indication information on the network side is not received, the UE releases the uplink resource. The preset time period is a period of time specified by the network side device, or a period of time agreed by the UE and the network side device, and the unit may be ms, s, and the like.
Optionally, if the UE cannot complete data transmission within a resource threshold value specified by the network side, that is, the time within which the UE specified in the resource allocation indication can use the uplink resource, the UE continues to request the network side device for resources in the resource use phase to complete data transmission.
