In the embodiments of the present invention, words such as "exemplary" or "for example" are used to mean serving as examples, illustrations or descriptions. Any embodiment or design described as "exemplary" or "e.g.," an embodiment of the present invention is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for disabling an abnormal cell according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method is applied to the electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
step 11: acquiring an abnormal cell list, wherein the abnormal cell list comprises at least one abnormal cell;
step 12: if the cell reselection condition or the cell switching condition is met, acquiring a reselected or switched target cell;
step 13: determining whether the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell according to the abnormal cell list:
if the target cell is determined not to belong to the abnormal cell, accessing the target cell;
and if the target cell is determined to belong to the abnormal cell, continuing to reside the serving cell or accessing the target cell.
By adopting the method for forbidding the abnormal cell provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electronic equipment can determine whether the target cell belongs to the abnormal cell or not when the cell reselection or the cell switching is carried out through the acquired abnormal cell list, and for the abnormal cell, the electronic equipment can select not to access the abnormal cell, so that the abnormal risk of the ground network caused by accessing the abnormal cell is avoided in time.
The abnormal cell is a cell in which the electronic device accesses the cell, and situations such as timeout of a DNS request, only uplink traffic without downlink traffic, refusal of access by a network and the like affecting user internet experience may or must occur.
The target cell is a cell satisfying a cell reselection condition or a cell handover condition, and the electronic device may reselect or handover from a current serving cell to the target cell to obtain better signal quality and network service. The target cell for reselection or handover is the cell before the completion of reselection or handover, i.e. the cell that will attempt reselection or handover.
The determining whether the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell: if the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell, the electronic equipment can access the target cell, and the target cell has no risk of abnormal internet surfing; if the target cell belongs to the abnormal cell, the electronic device may select to continue to camp on the serving cell or select to access the target cell.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the determining, according to the abnormal cell list, whether the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell includes: and if the target cell is not in the abnormal cell list, determining that the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell. At this time, the electronic device may access the target cell, and the target cell does not have the network anomaly problem.
And the safe reselection or switching of the target cell is realized, and the condition that the user cannot use the target cell after accessing is avoided.
Optionally, the determining, according to the abnormal cell list, whether the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell further includes: if the target cell is in an abnormal cell list and the model of the electronic equipment is also in the abnormal cell list, determining that the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell; if the target cell is in an abnormal cell list and the model of the electronic equipment is not in the abnormal cell list, determining that the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell; the abnormal cell list includes the model of the electronic device corresponding to the abnormal cell.
The type of the electronic equipment reporting the abnormal cell information is that the electronic equipment reporting the abnormal cell reports the model of the electronic equipment to a server, and the server stores the model into an abnormal cell list.
Optionally, if the target cell is in an abnormal cell list and the model of the electronic device is also in the abnormal cell list, it is determined that the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell.
Optionally, if the target cell is in the abnormal cell list but the model of the electronic device is not in the abnormal cell list, it is determined that the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell. The model determining step is added in the determination to eliminate the factor of the model, because the internet access problem may not be caused by the abnormal cell of the base station, but due to the fault of the model.
The problem of surfing the Internet due to the machine type fault but not the network fault of the cell is solved, and whether the cell is an abnormal cell of the network or not can be accurately determined.
In the embodiment of the present invention, each abnormal cell in the abnormal cell list corresponds to a timer. And beyond the timing period range of the fixed period, the abnormal cell exits the abnormal cell list, namely the abnormal cell is not considered as the abnormal cell by the electronic equipment.
Preferably, the determining whether the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell according to the abnormal cell list further includes: if the target cell is in the abnormal cell list and the timer corresponding to the target cell in the abnormal cell list is not overtime currently, determining that the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell; and if the target cell is in the abnormal cell list but the timer corresponding to the target cell in the abnormal cell list is overtime currently, determining that the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell. Specifically, when the target cell is in the abnormal cell list, and when the electronic device attempts to access the target cell, the timer is still within the timing range, the electronic device considers that the target cell belongs to the abnormal cell, and once the timing range of the timer is exceeded, the electronic device considers that the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell any more, and further, if it is determined that the target cell does not belong to the abnormal cell, the target cell is accessed.
Increasing the abnormal cell timeout exit timer can prevent the cell from being in the abnormal cell list all the time, since there may be a situation where the abnormal cell has been repaired.
In another embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell, continuing to camp on the serving cell or access the target cell includes: if the target cell belongs to the abnormal cell, the serving cell can still reside, and the target cell continues to reside in the serving cell; and if the target cell belongs to the abnormal cell, the serving cell cannot reside and is accessed to the target cell. If the target cell belongs to an abnormal cell, the electronic equipment only accesses the abnormal cell under the condition that the serving cell can not reside. However, if the serving cell can still reside, the electronic device continues to reside in the serving cell without accessing an abnormal target cell.
The electronic equipment may access the abnormal cell, if the current serving cell cannot be resided, the electronic equipment is necessary to be switched to the abnormal target cell, and the electronic equipment still can access the abnormal cell, and meanwhile, the user can be prompted that the network is abnormal, the user is requested to move the position, and other networks with better signals are obtained.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for forbidding the abnormal cell, so that the electronic equipment can avoid accessing the abnormal cell during cell selection and avoid risks brought by accessing the abnormal cell in advance.
Referring to fig. 2, optionally, if the electronic device accesses an abnormal cell, the electronic device displays that the target cell is abnormal, prompts a user of a possible risk and measures for dealing with the risk, and the user can know whether the reason for the abnormality is the electronic device itself or a network failure according to the displayed content, so as to improve the experience of the user.
Optionally, the obtaining the abnormal cell list includes: and acquiring the abnormal cell list through an access network, or receiving the abnormal cell list shared by other electronic equipment. Preferably, the obtaining of the abnormal cell list through the access network includes that the electronic device is connected to the network, the tracking area update is triggered, and the abnormal cell list updated by the server is further obtained.
When the electronic Device checks that there is a shared connection between devices such as a D2D (Device to Device) connection and bluetooth, the electronic Device shares the abnormal cell list with another electronic Device.
Referring to fig. 3, abnormal cell information is reported to a server for an electronic device.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the service cell is abnormal, reporting abnormal cell information to a server, wherein the abnormal cell information comprises: at least one of event type information triggering an exception, basic information of the serving cell, timer information of the serving cell as an exception cell, or model information of the electronic device.

step 42: generating an abnormal cell list of the specified area according to the reported abnormal cell information;
step 43: and sending the abnormal cell list to the electronic equipment in the specified area.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server receives abnormal cell information reported by one or more electronic devices in the abnormal cell, and when enough information data are transmitted to the server, the server can generate an abnormal cell list of the current area according to the abnormal cell information reported by a user. The abnormal cell list generated by accumulation of the big data has the advantages of accuracy and timeliness, and can better cope with complex and variable network conditions.
Optionally, the abnormal cell list includes: triggering at least one of the type of an abnormal event, the basic information of the abnormal cell, the timer of the abnormal cell or the model of the electronic equipment reporting the information of the abnormal cell.
The type of event that triggers an exception is, for example: the event types affecting the user internet experience, such as DNS request overtime, only uplink flow without downlink flow, refused access by the network, and the like. The basic information of the abnormal cell comprises: the current network type and base station information of the abnormal cell, for example: the identification number of the base station. The electronic equipment also stores the event type triggering the abnormity and the basic information of the abnormal cell into a local database of the electronic equipment, so that the electronic equipment is convenient for users to share. The timer of the abnormal cell is that the electronic equipment configures a timer for the abnormal cell, and when the timer exceeds a timing range, the abnormal cell exits the abnormal cell list.

By adopting the method for forbidding the abnormal cell provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electronic equipment can determine whether the target cell belongs to the abnormal cell or not when the cell reselection or the cell switching is carried out through the acquired abnormal cell list, and for the abnormal cell, the electronic equipment can choose not to be accessed, so that the abnormal risk of the ground network caused by accessing the abnormal cell is avoided in time.
The type of the electronic equipment reporting the abnormal cell information is that the electronic equipment reporting the abnormal cell reports the model of the electronic equipment to a server, and the server stores the model into an abnormal cell list.
