Background
Instant Messaging (IM) is the most popular communication method at present, and various IM software is also developed. Some IM software uses different types of accounts to distinguish whether a user is an official inside a company or a general user outside the company, so as to conveniently control the authority of the user. In the operation process of some new products, a product communication IM group is required to be created for collecting feedback opinions of users, providing official technical support and the like. However, since the number of people in a group is usually large, and there are many users who send messages, many times, a large amount of reply opinion information is obtained from the questioning information sent by a common user, and it is difficult for the common user to distinguish which reply opinion information is the answer of the official.
In the group of the IM software, only the group owner, the administrator and the common user are generally divided, and the identity division can alleviate the problems to a certain extent. However, it is difficult and impractical to set all the company-inside personnel as administrators; moreover, even if the IM software expands the function of new identities such as 'officers' when developing the group function, the identity which can be set manually still has little credibility for the ordinary users. Instant messaging software, i.e. IM software, is an internet-based instant messaging software. The functions of the system are increasingly rich, and the system is not a simple chat tool at present, but is developed into a comprehensive information platform integrating communication, information, entertainment, electronic commerce, enterprise customer service and the like. Some new products will exchange IM groups by creating products during operation to collect feedback of users, provide official technical support, etc. However, since the number of people in a group is usually large, in the process of providing technical support by officers, ordinary users cannot confirm the identity of the other party, and therefore, the users cannot easily trust the sent messages. In the group of the IM software, generally, only the group owner, the administrator and the common user are divided, and this identity division can alleviate the above problems to some extent, but it is difficult and impractical to set all officers as administrators; even if the IM software expands the functions of new identities such as 'officers' when developing group functions, common users still lack trust for the identities which can be set manually. Therefore, when providing technical support, the official personnel often have difficulty in obtaining the trust of the ordinary user, which greatly affects the experience and the efficiency of solving the problem.
The following provides a detailed description of examples of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an instant messaging method shown in the present specification according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps:
in step 101, acquiring an account number of a user in a current session, and determining whether the account number is an account number with a specific identity or not according to a specified number segment of the account number;
in some examples, the specific identity mentioned in this step may refer to: official personnel. Some IM software uses different types of accounts to distinguish between users being officials inside the company and ordinary users outside the company to facilitate control of the user's rights. In other embodiments, the specific identity may refer to other identities as needed for a particular scenario, for example, when the IM software uses different types of accounts to distinguish between users of government personnel and common citizens, the specific identity may refer to government personnel at this time. The designated number segment mentioned in this step can be used to distinguish whether the account is an account of a specific identity or an account of a non-specific identity. For example, in the network voice chat software YY, the account number of the official is the account number at the beginning of "DW", but the account number of the ordinary user does not have the special number segment, and when the IM background server recognizes that the account number of a certain user has "DW", the account number is recognized as the account number of the official. The designated number segments may be in the form of letters, numbers, symbols, or a combination of the three, which is not limited by the illustrated embodiment.
In step 102, binding the account of the specific identity with a specific identity;
in some examples, the specific identifier mentioned in this step may be an icon identifier. When the account type of a certain user is determined to be the account number of an official person, an official person icon identification is bound for the user, so that in the chat, if one party is the official person, a common user of the other party can see the official person icon identification in a conversation window. In other embodiments, the specific identifier may also have other forms, such as a text identifier, a symbol identifier, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step 103, in a case that it is determined that both the account with the specific identity and the account with the non-specific identity exist in the current session, the client associated with the account with the non-specific identity is notified, so that the client displays the specific identity in the current session interface.
In some examples, in this step, in the case that it is determined that both the account with the specific identity and the account with the non-specific identity exist in the current session, when the current session interface is a session interface of a group or a group, the specific identity is displayed behind the nickname of the associated user; when the current conversation interface is a temporary conversation interface created by members in a group or a group, the specific identification is displayed in a menu bar of the temporary conversation interface. The conversation messages in the group are usually more, a specific identification is displayed behind a nickname of a user, and the specific identification is used for indicating that the user sending the conversation messages is a specific identification; in the temporary conversation interface, the conversation is in a one-to-one form, and the specific identity is displayed in a menu bar of the conversation interface, so that the temporary conversation interface is more attractive. When the account number of the official personnel and the account number of the ordinary user are determined to exist in the session at the same time, the client side related to the account number of the ordinary user is informed, so that the ordinary user can see the displayed identification indicating the identity of the account number of the official user in the session interface, and further trust is generated on the identity of the ordinary user.
In the embodiment of the description, whether the account of the user is the account with the specific identity is determined according to the specified number segment of the account, and when the determination result is yes, the user and the specific identity used for representing that the user is the specific identity are bound, so that the specific identity which has an identity authentication function and cannot be manually set is introduced, so that the ordinary user trusts the identity of the official personnel of the session object, and a trust relationship is established.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another instant messaging method shown in the present specification according to an exemplary embodiment, and after step 103 is completed, the method further includes the following steps:
in step 104, in the case that it is determined that both the account with the specific identity and the account with the non-specific identity exist in the current session, a prompting statement is inserted into the current session, and the prompting statement is used for indicating the account with the specific identity.
In some examples, the hint statements referred to in this step may be messages in a format different from that of the normal conversation messages, e.g., the font, color, etc. of the hint statements may be different from that of the normal conversation messages set at the time of software design. The prompt statement mentioned in this step may be inserted in the form of a session message or in the form of a pop-up message, and this embodiment of the present description does not limit the insertion form of the prompt statement. For example, when it is determined that the account number of a certain user is the account number of an official, the user creates a temporary conversation with a general user, insert "you are chatting with the official staff, please feel secure! "as a prompt statement. In other embodiments, it is also possible to insert "XX (the user name of the user) authenticated as the official staff in the session interface of the two parties of the session, please worry! "as a prompt statement.
In the embodiment of the description, when the account with the specific identity and the account with the non-specific identity exist in the session at the same time, the prompt statement indicating the account with the specific identity is inserted into the session interface, and the prompt statement is sent by the non-session user and has the description effect of official authentication to a certain extent, so that the problem of trust of the ordinary user on the identity of the official personnel is solved.
In some IM software, the account number of the official person and the account number of the ordinary user cannot mutually add friends. Therefore, even if the user is willing to cooperate with the official personnel to troubleshoot the problem, the user cannot send files such as pictures, video recordings, logs and the like of some faults each other because friends cannot be added to each other, and therefore the success rate and the efficiency of problem solving are reduced. To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another instant messaging method shown in the present specification according to an exemplary embodiment, and after step 103 is completed, the method further includes the following steps:
in step 105, in the case that the current session is a temporary session and it is determined that both the account with the specific identity and the account with the non-specific identity exist in the current session, the designated function module of the current session is unlocked.
In some examples, the specific functional module mentioned in this step may refer to a module for implementing any one of the following functions: file transmission function, remote assistance function, desktop sharing function and video conversation function. The file transmission function can be a function of transmitting files such as pictures, videos and logs to each other; the remote assistance function may be a function of requesting control of the other terminal or a function of inviting the other to control the own terminal. Normally, the designated function module in the temporary session is in a locked state and is not available. In this step, when it is determined that the account type of the user is an account with a specific identity, a designated function module in a temporary session interface created by the user and a general user may be unlocked, so as to activate one or more functions of file transmission, remote assistance, desktop sharing, and video conversation.
In the embodiment of the description, when it is determined that the temporary session has both the account with the specific identity and the account with the non-specific identity, the designated function module in the temporary session interface is unlocked, so that the operations of file mutual transmission, remote assistance and the like are performed on the common user under the condition that the common user cannot be added as a friend by an official, technical support is facilitated for the official, and efficiency for solving the problem is provided.
The method of instant messaging is described next with an application example:
in the process of developing and operating a new product, an IM group is established for product communication. Among the users of the IM group, plumet is the official engineer of the company, and the account number used by the plumet is the IM account number inside the company, namely the account number of the official personnel. As shown in fig. 4A, fig. 4A is a schematic diagram illustrating a session interface of the related art. In the session interface, the user name of the account of the plum is "engineer No. 1"; in the process of providing technical support, the plumes are difficult to obtain the trust of common users, which causes obstacles to the problem solving.
Fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of the present application example. In this example, the scheme of the embodiment is applied to an instant messaging system, which includes a server and a plurality of clients, and the first client and the second client are taken as illustrations in the figure. As shown in fig. 4B:
in step S401, the first client logs in the server through the first user account (the account of the duel);
in step S402, the second client logs in the server through the second user account (the account of a common user in the group);
in step 403, the server acquires a first user account and a second user account, and determines whether the acquired account is an account with a specific identity according to the designated number segment of the account;
in step 404, the server determines that the first user account is an account with a specific identity, and binds the first user account with the specific identity;
in step 405, the server notifies the second client to display the first user account and the specific identity in a session interface in an associated manner, in this application example, the effect of the associated display seen by the user of each client in the group can be shown in fig. 4C, and an icon with the specific identity is displayed in association with the account name of "engineer No. 1";
when other accounts need to communicate with the first user account separately, a temporary session may be created, and in step 406, the first client requests the server to create a temporary session with the second client, or the second client requests the server to create a temporary session with the first client;
in step 407, the server responds to the request for creating the temporary session and sends a prompt statement to the second client;
in step 408, the second client inserts a prompt statement into the session interface of the temporary session; fig. 4D shows a display effect of the cue sentence.
In step 409, the server unlocks the designated function module of the temporary session.
In step 410, the two clients can use the activated designated function module to perform file transfer, remote assistance, and the like.
