Technical Field
The invention relates to health check of processes and threads, in particular to a method and a system for RSU health detection.
Background
Currently, the RSU has several processes, and each process is composed of several threads. During the running process of the RSU, whether each thread and process run normally needs to be detected. The existing realization only detects whether each main process normally operates, and does not detect whether all threads in the process normally operate.
Patent document CN104574533A discloses a concurrent processing method for an on-board unit (OBU) of a free flow, where a Road Side Unit (RSU) located at a path identification point executes transaction processes of each OBU in a coverage area thereof in a time-sharing concurrent manner, where the transaction processes include: A. the RSU sends an OBU searching command to the RSU coverage area at preset intervals, and if the transaction process of the RSU and any one OBU is not released and completed before the OBU searching command is sent each time, the RSU also sends a transaction command corresponding to the current transaction state of the RSU to the OBU; B. and the RSU waits for receiving feedback information aiming at the transaction command and/or feedback information aiming at the search OBU command, and if the correct feedback information is received, the RSU updates the transaction state of the corresponding OBU according to the feedback information. The patent does not detect well whether each thread and process is running properly.

step S3: the pm process receives the power-on notice of other RSU processes and starts health check; if the power-on information of other processes is not received for two minutes, the state of the default RSU is abnormal, and the system is restarted to try to recover;
step S4: after all the processes are electrified, pm starts a periodic timer with the duration of 1 s; then sending health detection information with 1s as a period;
step S5: the non-pm process receives the health detection message, detects whether all internal threads are normal, and sends a health detection response message if all internal threads are normal; otherwise, no response message is sent;
the update process has three threads, including a main thread, pthread1, pthread2, pthread1 receives pm health check message and sends it to pthread2, pthread2 receives it and forwards it to the main thread, and the main thread receives the health check message and sends health check response to pm.
The v2x process is used for processing messages from radio (wireless), cloud (cloud server) side and ecu (electronic control unit) side, the v2x mainly comprises a main thread, pthread1, pthread2, pthread3 and pthread4, wherein pthread1 is used for communicating with other processes of the RSU, pthread2 is used for communicating with ecu, pthread3 is used for communicating with kud, and pthread4 is used for processing messages received wirelessly.
When pthread1 is powered on, recording the statistics of transceiving on the ecu, cloud and radio at the moment;
the pthread1 checks whether the message statistics of the ecu/close/radio are updated or not when receiving the health detection message, if the statistics is updated or sending the statistics is updated, the corresponding thread is considered to run normally, otherwise, the health detection message is sent to the corresponding thread, and the thread is considered to be normal after receiving the health detection response;
pthread1 considers that pthread 2-4 works normally, and sends a health detection message to the main thread, and after receiving the health detection message, the main thread sends a health detection response to the pm;
pm lines up the health check responses of other processes and considers the system to be normal. If no response message is received for the update or v2x process for 10 consecutive cycles, the RSU state is considered abnormal, and the system will be restarted to attempt recovery.
Specifically, in one embodiment, a method of RSU health detection follows the steps of:
1. judging whether one process manages other processes to work normally or not;
2. each process receives the health check information of the management process and detects the health state of all threads in the process;
1) and the thread which receives the health check sends the message to the other thread, the other thread receives the message and then sends the message to other threads in sequence, and the health check response message is sent to the management process until the last thread.
2) For the threads which are possibly always busy, other threads judge whether the threads run normally or not by detecting corresponding statistics.
3. If the management process receives the health detection response of all the monitoring processes, the system is considered to be normal; if no response message is received for the update or v2x process for 10 consecutive cycles, the RSU state is considered abnormal, and the system will be restarted to attempt recovery.
