Abstract
The application provides debt clearing management platform, includes: the case management module comprises a data acquisition unit, a data management unit and a case database; receiving original data of a case, converting the data format, cleaning and mining the data after format conversion, and sending the data to a case database for storage; the collection urging management module is connected with the case management module and used for distributing the data to be sent out and collected which reaches the preset condition threshold; and the telephone collection prompting module is connected with the collection prompting management module and comprises an operation unit, an encryption service unit and a communication processor. The invention realizes the standardization of electrocatalysis business process and the real-time data, and improves the operation efficiency of related businesses; case information from different clients is managed in a unified manner; the whole electrocatalysis process function is completed, and a debt clearing platform which accords with the future development trend is created.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic information, in particular to a debt clearing and collecting management platform.
Background
Since 2010, the network technology has a rapid development, and the feasibility of the cloud technology in simultaneously bearing large-scale remote concurrency requirements has been verified by the market in the actual case demonstration of the internet enterprises in China represented by BAT (Baidu, Ali, Tencent).
According to survey data, in recent years, hundreds of thousands of loss-of-contact cases are generated by Union groups and workshops every year, and more than 2 thousands of cases are generated by Taobao, so that the following problems of debt clearing obstacle exist: (1) if the debtor is lost, the debtor is difficult to find the debtor after the loan, and how to find the debtor is the biggest obstacle to the collection acceleration after the loan; (2) legal compliance, which is how to establish an electrocatalytic service product on the premise of legal compliance to realize the telephone access of the lost debtor; (3) the telephone collection is a necessary path for collecting bad assets, and the telephone contact is a key path for collecting work; (4) the existing mode has low efficiency, low success rate of data companies, high cost of home contact and social channel (compliance risk).
Therefore, how to conveniently solve the problem of clearing debts in different regions and under different conditions becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the application is to provide a debt clearing management platform, which aims to solve the problems of debt person loss of contact and the like in the debt clearing process, establish a legal compliance system to realize the telephone call collection of the debt person, and reduce the cost in the debt clearing process.

the data mining is carried out, a regression model is constructed on sample data after data cleaning, the probability that the known case original data belongs to the sample data after data cleaning is calculated according to the feature vector corresponding to the known case original data based on the regression model, and if the calculated probability is larger than a preset classification threshold value, the case original data is judged to potentially belong to the sample data after data cleaning;
the collection urging management module is connected with the case management module and used for comparing the data to be sent out and collected urging data in the case database with the overdue data and distributing the data to be sent out and collected urging data reaching a preset condition threshold;
the telephone collection prompting module is connected with the collection prompting management module and comprises an operation unit, an encryption service unit and a communication processor, wherein,
the operation unit is used for starting a preset encryption service after receiving a telephone call request reported by the communication processor and connecting a telephone after receiving a connecting instruction of a user;
the encryption service unit is used for reporting a secret key to the communication processor when judging that the current call is in an encryption state; when the operating system passes through a proxy server preset in the operating system where the encryption service unit is located, starting the encryption service unit;
and the communication processor is used for decrypting the audio data in the current call according to the received secret key and a built-in encryption algorithm after receiving the secret key reported by the encryption service unit.
Preferably, the case management module includes a case information storage unit, and the case information stored in the case information storage unit includes: the batch number of the case, the committee client, the committee date, the type of the case, the account age of the case, the effectiveness, the background operator and the last update time.
Preferably, the collection urging management module comprises an obtaining unit, which is used for setting a timing task through a timing module of the debt collection management system, obtaining overdue data pushed by the overdue data processing module when the set time of the timing task is reached, and obtaining to-be-sent collection urging data stored in the case database.

The method comprises the steps that a timed task in a collection management module calls case data to be sent out in a case database to be compared with overdue data pushed by an overdue data processing system so as to search whether collection data are not sent out or not, if the overdue data processing system does not push, the existing collection data which are not sent out are stored in a data list, the collection data which are not sent out in the data list are sent into a decision system, a program is called by the decision system, the collection data which are not sent out are matched into data groups, and a collection subsystem distributes the collection data which are not sent out in the data groups; when the collection prompting submodule receives the data which is not sent out in the data packet, the collection prompting submodule is distributed to specific business personnel, so that the cases can be continuously, accurately and efficiently circulated and discharged for prompting, and the condition that the system data is loaded in a missing mode is avoided.

Claims (10)
1. A debt clearance management platform, comprising:
the case management module comprises a data acquisition unit, a data management unit and a case database; the data acquisition unit is used for receiving the original data of the case, converting the data format and sending the data after format conversion to the data management unit; the data management unit is used for receiving the data sent by the data acquisition unit, cleaning the data, mining the data and sending the data to a case database for storage;
the data cleaning is to set a screening value for the data screening mechanism data, analyze the case original data to obtain at least one sample characteristic value and sample data corresponding to the sample characteristic value, take the sample data corresponding to the screening value as screened sample data, and delete other sample data in the case original data;

the encryption service unit is used for reporting a secret key to the communication processor when judging that the current call is in an encryption state; when the operating system passes through a proxy server preset in the operating system where the encryption service unit is located, starting the encryption service unit;
and the communication processor is used for decrypting the audio data in the current call according to the received secret key and a built-in encryption algorithm after receiving the secret key reported by the encryption service unit.

The debt clearing management platform according to claim 1, wherein the case management module comprises a case information storage unit, and the case information stored in the case management module comprises: the batch number of the case, the committee client, the committee date, the type of the case, the account age of the case, the effectiveness, the background operator and the last update time.

The debt clearing management platform according to claim 1, wherein the debt clearing management module comprises an obtaining unit, configured to set a timing task through a timing module of the debt clearing management system, and when the set time of the timing task is reached, obtain the overdue data pushed by the overdue data processing module, and obtain the to-be-sent clearing data stored in the case database.
