Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
At present, due to the convenience of network payment, more and more people choose to consume in a network payment mode. In a network payment scenario, a user generally needs to bind an application account related to network payment with a bank card for payment, and then draws funds from an account corresponding to the bank card when payment is needed. In the process of binding the bank card, the terminal needs to acquire bank card binding information (card number, identity information, etc.) of the user on a bank card binding page. When the user forgets the card number of the bank card and the bank card is not nearby, the user usually interrupts the bank card binding operation and exits the bank card binding page. Then, if the user does not need to perform network payment again, it is difficult to remember to access the bank card binding page again, so that the terminal cannot acquire the bank card binding information of the user within a long period of time, and the conversion rate of bank card binding is reduced.
In view of the above, an embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, and please refer to fig. 1, which shows a schematic diagram of an implementation environment of the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The implementation environment may include: a terminal 11 and a server 12.
The terminal 11 is installed with an application program or a web page capable of bank card binding, and when the terminal detects that the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page in the application program or the web page, an information processing request can be sent to the server 12. The server 12 may obtain the history data of the target user, obtain the target address of the target user based on the history data analysis, and send the prompt message to the terminal 11 when determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address. The terminal 11 may display the prompt information, and may also display the bank card binding page based on a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information.
Alternatively, the terminal 11 may be any electronic product capable of performing man-machine interaction with a user through one or more modes of a keyboard, a touch pad, a touch screen, a remote controller, voice interaction or handwriting equipment, such as a PC (Personal computer), a mobile phone, a smart phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a wearable device, a pocket PC (pocket PC), a tablet computer, a smart car, a smart television, a smart speaker, and the like. The server 12 may be a server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center. The terminal 11 establishes a communication connection with the server 12 through a wired or wireless network.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned terminal 11 and server 12 are only examples, and other existing or future terminals or servers may be suitable for the present application and are included within the scope of the present application and are herein incorporated by reference.
Based on the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, which is applied to an interaction process between a terminal and a server as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
in step 201, in response to detecting a target instruction of a target user in a bank card binding page, the terminal sends an information processing request to the server.
The target user refers to any user needing to bind the bank card in an application program or a webpage of the terminal. The bank card binding page is a page for the target user to fill in information to bind the bank card. The target instruction is used for indicating the target user to abnormally quit the bank card binding page. The abnormal exit of the bank card binding page means that the target user exits the bank card binding page before the information filling process of the bank card binding page is completed.
Optionally, before detecting a target instruction of a target user for binding a page in a bank card, the method further includes: the terminal acquires a bank card binding request and displays a bank card binding page based on the bank card binding request.
On the interface of the terminal, an entrance for binding the bank card can be provided, and when the target user triggers the entrance for binding the bank card, the terminal obtains the bank card binding request. The form of the entrance for binding the bank card may be a button or an icon, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. After the terminal acquires the bank card binding request, the bank card binding page can be displayed based on the bank card binding request.
And displaying at least one information input box on the bank card binding page to acquire the information of the bank card to be bound, which is input by a target user, wherein the at least one input box comprises but is not limited to a card number input box, a name input box, an identity card number input box, a communication number input box and the like. It should be noted that the bank card binding page may be one page, or may be a page composed of multiple sub-pages, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For the condition that the bank card binding page is one page, all information input boxes needing to be filled in can be displayed in the page. For example, as shown in fig. 3, assuming that the information to be filled in the bank card binding process is a card number, a name, an identity document number, and a communication number, information input boxes corresponding to the four kinds of information are simultaneously displayed on the bank card binding page, so that the target user can fill in the four kinds of information.
For the condition that the bank card binding page is a page formed by a plurality of sub-pages, different information input frames can be displayed on different sub-pages so as to obtain different information on different sub-pages. Optionally, the bank card binding page may be composed of a card number input page and an identity information input page, where the card number input page displays a card number input box and the identity information input page displays an identity information input box. The identity information input box includes, but is not limited to, a name input box, an identity document number input box, and a communication number input box. In this case, the terminal displays the identity information input page after acquiring the card number input by the target user on the card number input page. The type of the input box displayed on the identity information input page can be determined according to the card number input by the target user. Different banks may have different requirements for binding cards, that is, different identity information to be verified. Therefore, the terminal can determine the bank corresponding to the card number according to the card number input by the target user, then obtain the card binding requirement corresponding to the bank, and display the input box according to the card binding requirement.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the bank card binding page is composed of a card number input page ((1) in fig. 4) and an identity information input page ((2) in fig. 4), and a card number input box is displayed on the card number input page shown in (1) in fig. 4. After the terminal obtains the card number input by the target user, the bank corresponding to the card number is assumed to be a Chinese bank. The terminal can acquire the binding requirement corresponding to the bank of china in the local storage, and if the binding requirement indicates that the name, the identity document number and the communication number need to be verified in the card binding process, the terminal displays the name input box, the identity document number input box and the communication number input box in the identity information input box shown in (2) in fig. 4.
After the terminal displays the bank card binding page, the target user needs to fill and write corresponding information in an input frame of the bank card binding page. When the target user fills corresponding information in all input frames of the bank card binding page, the terminal can send the acquired information to a server of a bank corresponding to the card number, the server of the bank verifies the information, after the verification is successful, the terminal can jump from the bank card binding page to the binding success page, and at the moment, the target user normally exits the bank card binding page. It should be noted that, when the target user forgets the information such as the card number during the information filling process of the bank card binding page and cannot acquire the information immediately, the target user interrupts the bank card binding process, and at this time, the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page. Therefore, the terminal detects a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page. As an example. When the terminal detects that the target user triggers the 'return' option in fig. 3 or fig. 4, it can be considered that the target instruction of the target user on the bank card binding page is detected.
When the terminal detects a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page, the target user can be considered to have a willingness to bind the bank card, but the bank card binding process cannot be completed due to reasons such as forgetting information. At the moment, in response to detecting a target instruction of a target user for binding a page in a bank card, the terminal sends an information processing request to the server. The information processing request comprises identification information of a target user, and the information processing request is used for indicating that the bank card binding process of the target user fails. The identification information of the target user is used to uniquely identify the target user, for example, a login account of the target user. And the information processing request is used for informing the server that the target user is the user interrupting the bank card binding process, so that the server records the target user and processes the information of the target user.
Optionally, before sending the information processing request to the server, the terminal may further obtain filled information of the target user on the bank card binding page, so that when the target user accesses the bank card binding page again, the filled information is displayed on the bank card binding page, the information filling amount of the target user is reduced, and the experience of the target user is improved. Optionally, the filled-in information includes, but is not limited to, a name, communication number information, identity document number information of the target user.
In step 202, the server receives an information processing request sent when the terminal detects that the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page.
After the terminal sends the information processing request to the server, the server receives the information processing request sent when the terminal detects that the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page, and then step 203 is executed.
Optionally, after receiving the information processing request sent by the terminal, the server may invoke the intelligent card signing and binding system to create a task of intelligently notifying the target user of card binding, so as to send the prompt information to the terminal of the target user at a suitable time.
In step 203, the server obtains the history data of the target user based on the identification information of the target user.
After receiving the information processing request sent by the terminal, the server can acquire the historical data of the target user according to the identification information of the target user included in the information processing request, so as to analyze the historical data of the target user.
Optionally, the server stores a correspondence between the identity information of each user and the identification information, and a correspondence between the identity information of each user and the history data. It should be noted that, the identity information of the user and the identification information are in a one-to-many relationship, that is, for any user, the identity information of the user is unique, and the identification information of the user may be multiple, but any one of the multiple identification information can uniquely identify the user. For example, the identity information of the user is an identity document number of the user, and the identification information of the user is a login account of the user in each application program. The historical data refers to data corresponding to historical behaviors and operations generated by a user in each application program or webpage, and the historical data includes but is not limited to data for indicating positions, data for indicating behaviors and the like. The server can acquire data generated by each user in real time and then store the acquired data and the identity information of the user in an associated manner.
Optionally, the process of acquiring, by the server, the historical data of the target user based on the identification information of the target user is as follows: the server determines the identity information of the target user in the corresponding relation between the identity information of each user and the identification information according to the identification information of the target user; determining all historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user based on the corresponding relation between the identity information of each user and the historical data; and acquiring historical data of the target user based on all historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user.
Optionally, the manner of obtaining the history data of the target user based on the entire history data corresponding to the identity information of the target user includes, but is not limited to, the following two manners:
the first method is as follows: and directly taking all historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user as the historical data of the target user.
In this way, the history data of the target user is all the history data of the target user stored in the server.
The second method comprises the following steps: and taking the history data meeting the target condition in all the history data corresponding to the identity information of the target user as the history data of the target user.
The target condition may be set empirically or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the target condition may be that the generation date of the history data is within a target date range, wherein the target date range is a date range from a date one year from the current date to the current date. For example, assuming that the current date is 2019, 10, month, 1, the target date ranges from 2018, 10, month, 1, to 2019, 10, month, 1.
After obtaining the history data of the target user, the server may perform step 204 based on the history data of the target user.
In step 204, the server determines the target address of the target user based on the target user's historical data.
After the server acquires the historical data of the target user, the server can analyze the historical data so as to determine the target address of the target user. The destination address is an address for facilitating the destination user to obtain information such as a bank card number, for example, a residential address of the destination user.
Optionally, the process of determining the target address of the target user by the server includes the following two steps:
step 1: and acquiring target data corresponding to the target user from the historical data of the target user.
The target data is data indicating a position. The target data may include one or more of location coordinates and addresses. A timestamp carried by any one of the target data. The time stamp is used to indicate the generation time of the data. The same location coordinates may correspond to multiple timestamps and the same address may correspond to multiple timestamps.
The location coordinates may consist of longitude and latitude. In an actual map, each position coordinate corresponds to a point. The address refers to a specific address filled or selected by the target user, and the address may be composed of information of a city, a county, a district, a street, and the like, and each address corresponds to a region in an actual map. Each address may carry functional information. The function information is used to indicate functions of the address, for example, a navigation function, a distribution function, etc., and one address may correspond to a plurality of function information.
The server extracts data indicating the location in the history data of the target user as target data, and then performs step 2.
Step 2: and analyzing the target data to determine the target address of the target user.
Since the target data is data indicating a location, a target address of a target user can be determined by analyzing the target data. Optionally, the target data is analyzed, and the method for determining the target address of the target user is as follows: the server marks each position indicated by the target data in the map, determines the area with the most dense marks in the map, and takes the address corresponding to the area as the target address of the target user.
Optionally, the target data may include at least one address, and for any address in the at least one address, the address may or may not have a tag. Wherein the tag is used to indicate the type of address. For example, tags include, but are not limited to, home, company, school, and the like. Optionally, in the case that the target data includes at least one address, the server analyzes the target data, and the manner of determining the target address of the target user includes, but is not limited to, the following two manners:
mode 1: and in response to the address with the target label existing in the at least one address, determining the target address of the target user based on the address with the target label.
The target tag is used to indicate the type of address as a target address. When there is an address having a target tag in at least one address, the number of addresses having the target tag may be one or more.
When the number of addresses with target tags is one, the target address of the target user is determined based on the addresses with target tags in the following manner: and directly taking the address with the target label as the target address of the target user.
When the number of the addresses having the target tags is plural, based on the addresses having the target tags, the manner of determining the target address of the target user may be: and acquiring the use frequency of each address with the target label, and taking the address with the target label with the highest use frequency as the target address of the target user. The use frequency is the ratio of the number of times that the address with the target label is used by the target user to the total number of times that all the addresses with the target label are used by the target user. The higher the usage frequency, the more times the target user uses the address with the target tag, the higher the possibility that the address with the target tag is the actual target address of the target user. The target user may use the address with the target tag as a navigation address, or use the address with the target tag as an article delivery address, or the like.
It should be noted that, in the case of the mode 1, when there is an address having a target tag in at least one address, and there is no address having a target tag in at least one address, the target address of the target user may be determined according to the following mode 2.
Mode 2: and in response to the fact that the address with the target label does not exist in the at least one address, acquiring at least one address meeting a reference condition from the at least one address, and determining the target address of the target user based on the at least one address meeting the reference condition.
When the address with the target label does not exist in the at least one address, the fact that the address which explicitly indicates the target address of the target user does not exist in the at least one address is explained. The case that the address with the target tag does not exist in the at least one address may include the following two types:
case 1: all of the at least one address do not have a tag.
Case 2: all addresses in at least one address have tags, but none of the tags of the respective addresses are target tags.
In either case, when there is no address having the target tag in the at least one address, the server obtains at least one address satisfying the reference condition from the at least one address to determine the target address of the target user based on the address satisfying the reference condition. Optionally, the obtaining, by the server, at least one address satisfying the reference condition from the at least one address includes: and for any address in the at least one address, in response to any address being an item delivery address in the reference time period, taking any address as any address meeting the reference condition.
The reference time period refers to a time period when a general user is predicted to be at home. The reference time period includes a full-day time period of the non-working day and a specified time period of the working day. It should be noted that the working day in the embodiment of the present application refers to a standard working day, that is, a working day that is specified by law and is normally performed by a general worker. Non-workdays refer to days other than workdays, including public holidays and legal holidays. The whole day time period of the non-working day is a time period of 00:00-24: 00. The specified time period of the working day refers to a predicted time period when a general employee returns home in the working day, and the specified time period may be set according to experience or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the specified period may be set to a period of 21:00-6:00, or the like.
And for any address in the at least one address, when the any address is an item delivery address in the reference time period, the possibility that the any address is a target address of a target user is high, and the any address is taken as any address meeting the reference condition. The articles include, but are not limited to, take-away articles, express delivery articles, and the like.
After the server acquires at least one address meeting the reference condition, the target address of the target user is determined based on the at least one address meeting the reference condition. The process comprises the following steps: and acquiring the reliability degree of each address meeting the reference condition as the target address of the target user, and taking the address meeting the reference condition with the highest reliability degree in each address meeting the reference condition as the target address of the target user.
The method for obtaining the reliability degree of each address meeting the reference condition as the target address of the target user may be: for any address meeting the reference condition, counting the times that the address meeting the reference condition is taken as an article delivery address in a reference time period in a reference time range, and taking the times as the reliability degree of the address meeting the reference condition. Here, the reference time range may be set empirically, for example, the reference time range may refer to a time range from a time stamp 30 days from the current time stamp to the current time stamp. The higher the number of times of the item delivery addresses within the reference time range as the reference time period is, the higher the possibility that the address satisfying the reference condition is the target address of the target user is indicated. In this case, the step of setting, as the target address of the target user, the address satisfying the reference condition with the highest degree of reliability among the addresses satisfying the reference condition includes: and taking the address which meets the reference condition and has the highest frequency of being taken as the goods delivery address in the reference time period in the reference time range as the target address of the target user.
According to the step 1 and the step 2, the target address of the target user can be determined. Optionally, after determining the target address of the target user, the server may further analyze historical data of the target user to determine the target time period. And the target time period is a predicted time period when the target user is in the area indicated by the target address. Analyzing the historical data of the target user, and determining the target time period may be: acquiring target data corresponding to a target user from historical data of the target user, wherein the target data carries a timestamp; and taking the target data of which the indicated position is in the area indicated by the target address as target data to be analyzed, and determining a target time period according to a timestamp corresponding to the target data to be analyzed. The target time period may be divided into a first target time period corresponding to a non-working day, a second target time period corresponding to a working day, and the like. Taking the example of determining the second target time period according to the timestamp corresponding to the target data to be analyzed, 00:00-24:00 of a working day is divided into a reference number of time periods, for example, into 24 time periods. Counting the number of time stamps corresponding to the target data to be analyzed falling in each time period, taking the time period of which the number exceeds the threshold value as a candidate time period, and determining a second target time period based on the candidate time period. For example, assuming that the candidate time periods are 21:00-22:00, 22:00-23:00, and 06:00-07:00, 21:00-24:00 and 00:00-07:00 may be taken as the second target time periods.
In step 205, the terminal obtains the real-time location information of the target user and sends the real-time location information of the target user to the server.
The real-time position information is used for indicating the real-time position of the target user. Alternatively, the terminal may acquire real-time location information of the target user based on a GPS (Global Positioning System). The terminal can acquire the real-time position information of the target user once every reference time interval, the reference time interval can be set according to experience, and can also be freely adjusted according to an application scene, and the embodiment of the application is not limited. For example, the reference time interval may be set to 10 seconds.
It should be noted that, after the terminal executes step 201, step 205 may be executed, and the sequence of executing step 205 by the terminal and executing steps 202 to 204 by the server is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In step 206, the server receives the real-time location information of the target user sent by the terminal; and in response to the real-time position information of the target user being matched with the target address, determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address.
After the terminal sends the real-time position information of the target user to the server, the server receives the real-time position information of the target user sent by the terminal. And then judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address or not based on the real-time position information of the target user.
Optionally, the server determines whether the target user is located in the area indicated by the target address based on the real-time location information of the target user in a manner that: and judging whether the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address, and determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address when the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user in response to the fact that the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user, namely when the real-time position of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user.
Optionally, the process of determining whether the real-time location information of the target user matches the target address may be: and judging whether the real-time position information sent by the terminal is in the area indicated by the target address. If the real-time position information sent by the terminal is in the area indicated by the target address, the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user; and if the real-time position information sent by the terminal is not in the area indicated by the target address, indicating that the real-time position information of the target user is not matched with the target address of the target user.
Optionally, for a case that the server determines the target time period after determining the target address of the target user, the manner of the server determining whether the target user is located in the area indicated by the target address may be: and judging whether the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address or not and whether the current timestamp is any timestamp in the target time period or not. And in response to that the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address and the current timestamp is any timestamp in the target time period, namely when the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address and the current timestamp is any timestamp in the target time period, determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address. By the method, the accuracy of the judgment result of judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address can be improved.
In step 207, in response to determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address, the server sends a prompt message to the terminal.
When the server determines that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address, the target user can conveniently acquire the card number and other information required by the bank card binding process. At this time, the server sends prompt information to the terminal so that the terminal can display the prompt information. And the prompt message is used for guiding the target user to visit the Bank binding page again.
In step 208, the terminal displays the prompt message sent by the server.
After the server sends the prompt information to the terminal, the terminal receives the prompt information sent by the server and then displays the prompt information. The prompt message is used for guiding the target user to access the bank card binding page again.
Optionally, the prompt information includes recommendation information, and the recommendation information may be the coupon information after the bank card is bound. For example, the interface of the terminal may be as shown in fig. 5, the target user is prompted to access the bank card bound page again by clicking the prompt message in the form of "click to access the bank card bound page again". In addition, recommendation information that the user can enjoy more offers after binding the bank card is also displayed in fig. 5, so as to increase the possibility that the target user accesses the bank card binding page again.
After the terminal displays the prompt message, the terminal can prompt the target user to carry out card binding operation again by triggering the prompt message. When the terminal detects the trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt message, step 209 is executed.
In step 209, the terminal displays the bank card binding page based on the trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt message.
The trigger instruction of the target user for the prompt information may refer to that the target user clicks or touches the prompt information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The prompt message can include a link address of the bank card binding page, and after the terminal detects a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt message, the terminal can directly jump to the bank card binding page indicated by the link address, so that the target user can fill information in the bank card binding page.
Optionally, before sending the information processing request to the server, the terminal further obtains information already filled in the bank card binding page of the target user, and the terminal displays the bank card binding page based on a trigger instruction of the target user for the prompt information in a manner that: and the terminal displays the bank card binding page containing the filled information based on the trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information. By the method, the information filling amount of the target user on the bank card binding page can be reduced, the bank card binding efficiency is improved, and the card binding experience of the target user is improved.
Optionally, when the terminal does not detect the trigger instruction of the target user after displaying the prompt information, it indicates that the target address of the target user determined by the server is incorrect, and/or that the determination result that the server determines whether the target user is located in the area indicated by the target address is incorrect. At the moment, the terminal feeds back the information which is not triggered to the server, so that the server adjusts the mode of subsequently determining the target address according to the information which is not triggered, and/or adjusts the mode of subsequently judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address, so as to improve the accuracy of the determined target address, and/or improve the accuracy of the judgment result of judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address. Optionally, the fact that the terminal does not detect the trigger instruction of the target user after displaying the prompt information may mean that the terminal does not detect the trigger instruction of the target user within a reference time period after displaying the prompt information, or may mean that the terminal detects the close instruction of the target user after displaying the prompt information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The closing instruction of the target user may refer to that the target user clicks a closing button of the prompt message, and the like.
As shown in fig. 6, the information processing process in the bank card binding process may be that a target user initiates a bank card binding request; the terminal displays a bank card binding page based on the bank card binding request; the terminal judges whether a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page is detected; when a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page is not detected, the terminal acquires all information input by the target user on the bank card binding page, and the bank card binding process is completed based on all the information; when a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page is detected, the terminal sends an information processing request to the server so as to create an asynchronous task for processing information by the server. The server receives an information processing request; acquiring historical data of a target user based on identification information of the target user in the information processing request; determining a target address of a target user based on historical data; and when the target user is determined to be in the area indicated by the target address based on the real-time position information of the target user, sending prompt information to the terminal. And the terminal displays the prompt information, and displays the bank card binding page again for the target user to fill in the information based on a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information.
In the embodiment of the application, after detecting a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page, the terminal sends an information processing request to a server; the server determines a target address of a target user based on the information processing request, when the target user is determined to be in an area indicated by the target address based on real-time position information of the target user, prompt information is sent to the terminal, and the terminal displays a bank card binding page based on a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information. The information processing process can send prompt information to the terminal at a proper time after the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page, and guide the target user to access the bank card binding page again, so that the terminal can acquire the bank card binding information of the target user in time, and the conversion rate of bank card binding is improved.
