For a data collection subsystem 101 (front-end resource layer) without a heterogeneous system, the corresponding service data needs to be manually maintained. All business data at the front end, whether internal or external, are automatically registered as single-type accounting vouchers by virtue of document conversion rules defined by the data primary processing subsystem 200 (component layer). Meanwhile, the single type accounting voucher can be used for looking up and tracing the service source.
Manage accounting bill voucher registration 303: unitary billing based on department business occurrences and managing accounting rules. The management accounting business document management module 302, the data conversion rule module 202 and the management accounting subject setting and management module 301 are input. If the data collection subsystem 101 (front-end resource layer) has a heterogeneous service system, a single-type accounting voucher can be automatically registered depending on the automatically-butted service document according to the rule formulated by the component layer; if the data collection subsystem 101 (front-end resource layer) does not have a heterogeneous business system, business documents can be manually registered according to the management accounting rules established inside the company along with the business, and document conversion rules defined by the component layer are used for automatically registering document accounting vouchers. For business processes which are not expected to be recorded or conversion rules are ambiguous, the simple accounting voucher can be directly and manually added. The single type bookkeeping voucher is used as data input of the management accounting and accounting management module, and account information is output for the single type bookkeeping voucher.
Manage accounting administration module 304: the data input end is a management accounting bill type bookkeeping voucher registering module 303. Based on single-type accounting voucher registration, understanding of people is automatically formed, accounting of home-type accounting based on business is embodied, data is timely and traceable, and cash flow balance can be tracked in real time. The account can trace the voucher, and the voucher can trace the business document. On the premise that the enterprise has corresponding management requirements, the accounting result of the management accounting can be used for controlling the occurrence of services such as expenditure, reimbursement and the like of departments. The detail account is a data source for managing accounting analysis reports and outputting statistical data sources for the accounting analysis reports.
Manage accounting report management 305: according to the data source of the detailed account in the management accounting and accounting management module 304, the system performs fine accounting of income, expenditure and profit of departments according to the dimension of the operation and analysis of the company and the accounting aperture of the management accounting subject, provides multi-dimensional operation and analysis such as the same-proportion ring ratio and the like, helps each department principal to know the operation condition of the department in time and improve the operation condition.
The interaction subsystem 400: the relevant data is provided to the user through the user interface of the interaction subsystem 400 (user layer). And transmitting the request to the server according to the instruction input by the user, calling corresponding data from the resource layer for correspondence, and returning the data to the user layer for display. The flow of data in the system is basically circulated from the logic of a user, namely a background reading and writing database of the system, feeding back the user in operation. For example, as shown in fig. 4, in the user maintenance management accounting subject system, a user logs in the system, adds a subject under the premise of having authority, maintains subject information, and stores the subject information into a background database (i.e., a read-write database of a resource layer). When a user inquires information, the full-text retrieval condition is maintained, the user clicks for inquiry, the server screens data meeting the retrieval condition from a background database according to instruction information, the inquiry result is packaged, and the user is exhibited according to the data by a user interface of a user layer in a foreground specified style and sequencing mode.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart showing the use of the system, in which the system is configured after logging in the system by using the identity of an administrator, and the configured information includes, but is not limited to, user information, role information, authority assignment, workflow configuration, and the like; after the system configuration is completed, related users log in the system by using user names and passwords, and management accounting basic data maintenance, public basic data maintenance and business document basic data maintenance operation can be performed after logging in the system, wherein the management accounting basic data maintenance comprises but is not limited to management of accounting management subjects, management of accounting analysis dimensionality, conversion rules and the like, the public basic data maintenance comprises but is not limited to organization and architecture, employee information, material information and the like, and the business document basic data maintenance comprises but is not limited to supplier information, client information, collection types, payment types and the like; after the management accounting basic data maintenance, the public basic data maintenance, the business document basic data maintenance and other operations are completed, business documents are registered, the business documents can be butted by an external database, and can be registered in real time according to business, and the real operation is carried out around the business: after the business document registration is finished, generating a management accounting document, wherein the management accounting document can be automatically converted according to a conversion rule and the business document, and can also be manually registered; after the management accounting document is generated, management accounting and control are performed, the management accounting and control are used for family type accounting display which is understood by a person in a form, the management accounting and control are timely and accurate, and accounting results can be used as control basis of collection and payment of departments; and after the management accounting and control are finished, performing report analysis and performance assessment, wherein the report analysis and the performance assessment are used as the basis of the performance assessment, and the staff and leaders at all levels are assessed and are used as the basis of continuously improving the operation to guide strategy adjustment.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a flow chart of approval of a single-type accounting voucher in the system, as shown in fig. 4, reading an external database, verifying data to obtain whether the data meets requirements, reading other external databases if the data does not meet the relevant requirements, judging whether the data needs to be manually maintained if the data meets the requirements, manually maintaining the data if the data needs to be manually maintained, and registering business documents according to the data after data verification, wherein the business documents are registered, and the business documents include but are not limited to all business data related to internal accounting such as purchase payment, employee borrowing, employee reimbursement, other payment, sales reimbursement, other internal settlement, internal disassembly and the like; the business document is approved after the business document is registered, and the business document takes effect after the business document is approved and used as a basis for registering the single accounting voucher; after the business document takes effect, generating a single-type bookkeeping voucher by combining a management and management accounting subject system and a data conversion rule, wherein the single-type bookkeeping voucher takes the single subject for management and examination as a dimension and accounts according to the actual business occurrence registration management meeting; and after the single-type bookkeeping voucher is generated, the single-type bookkeeping voucher is approved, and if the approval is passed, the single-type bookkeeping voucher takes effect and serves as the basis for managing accounting register and accounting operation analysis.
Claims (9)
1. A accounting billing system for managing accounting billing, comprising:
the data collection subsystem is used for providing a data interface for a related database of the existing system and accessing required data information into the data primary processing subsystem of the unitary accounting system;
the data primary processing subsystem is used for carrying out primary processing on related data so that the related data can meet the accounting requirement of the unitary accounting system;
the application subsystem is used for realizing management of related financial services according to the data in the data primary processing subsystem;
and the interactive subsystem is used for providing related data for a user through a user interface, transmitting the request to the application subsystem according to an instruction input by the user, calling corresponding data from the data collection subsystem for response, and returning the data to the interactive subsystem for display.
2. The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the sources of the data collected by the data collection subsystem comprise an external database, a main database and a secondary database, wherein the external database comprises databases of an ERP system, an OA system and an HR system; the master database can automatically copy the data to the slave database for backup and storage according to the set time, and provides two backup modes of integral backup and incremental backup.
3. The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the unitary accounting system further comprises a middleware subsystem, the middleware subsystem is used for caching the data collected in the data collection subsystem, and the data primary processing subsystem extracts related data from the middleware subsystem to realize separation of read-write data and source data.
4. The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 3, wherein: the middleware subsystem comprises a local data access middleware module, an external heterogeneous data access middleware module and a workflow engine module, wherein the local data access middleware module is used for caching data transmitted by the application server and the database server; the external heterogeneous data access middleware module is used for caching data transmitted by an external database server; the workflow engine module is used for caching data transmitted from the workflow database.

The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the data primary processing subsystem comprises a workflow engine module which is used for helping a user of the unitary accounting system to solidify approval processes and systems and make clear authority; the data conversion rule module is used for helping a user of the unitary accounting system to solidify business processes and accounting rules; the log module is used for recording important operation information in the operation of the unitary accounting system; the import and export tool is used for importing and exporting the bill list data and the report data in the system; the full-text retrieval module is used for realizing that a user searches a required data set by inputting keywords based on fuzzy query of existing data of a database, and information carried on a document can be used as a condition of full-text retrieval; the authority module is used for judging the number of related service modules in the application subsystem which can be operated by the user, the number of data which can be displayed to the current user under the corresponding module and the functional authority which can be operated by the user; the identity authentication module is used for comparing a user name and a password which are input by a user in a login interface with a user name and a password stored in a background user database, completing the confirmation of the user identity and judging whether the user can log in the system; an accessory management module: the method is used for realizing management of system document accessories and providing other forms of information support for system documents.

The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the application subsystem comprises a management accounting subject setting and managing module, is used for building a management accounting subject system by taking management as dimensionality, and reflects the caliber of internal management of an enterprise; tree-shaped, multilayer structure system, the final stage is accounting stage, the non-final stage is automatic statistics merging stage; the module is called by a data conversion rule module in the data primary processing subsystem and interacts with a management accounting business document management module and a management accounting bill type bookkeeping voucher registration module; the system is used for defining the billing subjects and the billing rule information of all service information in all service scenes; meanwhile, the accounting subjects serving as the single-type bookkeeping support and manage the registration of the accounting single-type bookkeeping voucher and the processing of the accounting bill table.

The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the application subsystem comprises a management accounting business document management module and an intermediate conversion platform, wherein the management accounting business document management module is used for bearing all business occurrences in the system and realizing business data to a management accounting bill type bookkeeping voucher registration module; the heterogeneous system and the original business generation in the data collection subsystem provide data, and for the data collection subsystem with the heterogeneous system, a collection slip, a payment slip, a charge reimbursement slip and a sales delivery slip in the heterogeneous system are automatically and synchronously butted with all business data related to management accounting; if the data collection subsystem does not have a heterogeneous system, corresponding service data is manually maintained; and automatically registering all front-end business data, whether inside or outside, as a single accounting voucher by virtue of a document conversion rule defined by the data primary processing subsystem.

The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the application subsystem comprises a management accounting bill voucher registering module which is used for realizing the bill keeping based on department business occurrence and management accounting rules; the management accounting business document management module, the document conversion rule module and the management accounting subject setting and management module provide data for the management accounting business document management module, if the data collection subsystem has a heterogeneous business system, the document automatic registration document keeping voucher is automatically registered by depending on the automatically butted business document according to the rule formulated by the data primary processing subsystem; if the data collection subsystem has no heterogeneous service system, the business documents are manually registered according to the management accounting rules formulated in the company along with the occurrence of the business, and the document conversion rules defined by the data primary processing subsystem are used for automatically registering the single-type bookkeeping voucher; for the business process which is not desired to be recorded or the conversion rule is not clear, a simple accounting voucher can be directly and manually added; the single type bookkeeping voucher is used as data input of the management accounting and accounting management module, and account information is output for the single type bookkeeping voucher.
9. The system for managing accounting billing according to claim 1, wherein: the application subsystem comprises a management accounting management module, which is used for realizing single-type accounting voucher registration, automatically forming the accounting embodiment of home-type accounting based on business, and tracking the balance of cash flow in real time, wherein the data is timely and traceable; on the premise that the enterprise has corresponding management requirements, the accounting result of the management accounting is used for controlling the occurrence of department expenditure and reimbursement business, and meanwhile, the detailed account in the management accounting management module is a data source for managing the accounting analysis report.
