Further, the bracket 42 and the fixing member 44 are connected by a snap-fit fixing method.
As shown in fig. 7A, 7B and 8, a plurality of first engaging portions 425 are disposed on the back side of the first body 421 of the bracket 42, and the first engaging portions 425 are, for example, hooks extending toward the fixing member 44; the second body 441 of the fixing member 44 is provided with a plurality of second engaging portions 446 and a plurality of third engaging portions 444, the plurality of second engaging portions 446 correspond to the plurality of first engaging portions 425, the plurality of second engaging portions 446 for example pass through a slot of the second body 441, and the hook passes through the slot and engages with the back side of the second body 441, so that the bracket 42 and the fixing member 44 are engaged and fixed with each other. In addition, the third engaging portions 444 are, for example, disposed on a plurality of hooks on the front side of the second body 441, and the hooks are used for engaging with the edge of the bracket 42, so as to increase the stability of the engagement between the bracket 42 and the fixing member 44.
In addition, a plurality of engaging protrusions 4401 are further disposed on the back side of the second body 441 of the fixing member 44, and the plurality of engaging protrusions 4401 correspond to the engaging grooves 504 on the cover 50, so that the cover 50 and the display module 40 can be fixed to each other, and the assembling stability is improved.
In this embodiment, when the display module 40 is installed in the assembly box 30, the display module 40 is obliquely inserted into the opening 211 on the longitudinal frame 21 of the door frame 20, the display module 40 is pushed into the accommodating space 32, the display module 40 is rotated, the display module 40 and the assembly box 30 are parallel to each other, and the pair of lugs 445 at the top and the bottom of the fixing member 44 of the display module 40 are respectively engaged with the first hook 313 and the second hook 314 of the first skirt 301. In order to increase the fixing stability of the display module 40 and the assembly box 30, the lug 445 and the assembly box 30 are respectively provided with corresponding locking holes, and the locking member is inserted into the locking holes to lock the fixing member 44 and the assembly box 30.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the display module 40 is obliquely inserted into the opening 211, the display module 40 is pushed into the accommodating space 32, one side of the fixing member 44 of the display module 40 abuts against the first skirt 301, so that the lug 445 on the fixing member 44 of the display module 40 is combined with the second hook 314 of the assembly box 30, and with this as a fulcrum, the display module 40 is rotated so that the other lug 445 is engaged with the first hook 313, and the display module 40 is installed in the assembly box 30. Or, the display module 40 is obliquely inserted into the opening 211 downwards, the display module 40 is pushed into the accommodating space 32, one side of the fixing member 44 of the display module 40 abuts against the first skirt 301, the lug 445 on the fixing member 44 of the display module 40 is combined with the first hook 313 of the assembly box 30, and the display module 40 is rotated by taking the lug 445 and the second hook 314 as a fulcrum, so that the display module 40 is installed in the assembly box 30.
As can be seen from fig. 5, when the display module 40 is assembled in the assembly box 30, a gap S (as shown in fig. 5) exists between the second body 441 of the fixing member 44 of the display module 40 and the bottom plate 31 of the assembly box 30, that is, the gap S exists between the second body 441 and the bottom plate 31 without contacting each other, wherein the gap S is used for dealing with the deviation introduced by the door panel 10 and the door frame 20 of the door body 100 during the manufacturing and assembling processes. Specifically, the second skirt 302 of the assembly box 30 is combined with the longitudinal side wall of the door frame 20 in advance, and the door body is formed through the assembly process of the door panel and the door lining and the foaming process, which often introduces large assembly and process errors in the process, resulting in a change in the size of the reserved accommodating cavity between the assembly box 30 and the door panel 10, so that the display module 40 cannot be smoothly assembled into the accommodating cavity.
In this embodiment, a gap S is reserved between the assembly box 30 and the display module 40, and the size change of the accommodating cavity is absorbed by the gap S, so that the display module 40 can be smoothly assembled into the assembly box 30. Further, the elastic member 43 in the display assembly 40 can make the display 41 adhere to the back side of the door panel 10, and on the other hand, the elastic member 43 pushes the fixing member 44 so that the pair of lugs 445 at the top and the bottom of the fixing member 44 are stably engaged with the first hook 313 and the second hook 314 in the assembly box 30, respectively.
The invention further provides a refrigerating device which comprises the door body 100.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of an assembly method of the display module and the door body according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, a method 200 for assembling a display module with a door body includes:
step S1, providing a door body, a display assembly and a sealing cover, wherein the door body comprises a door frame and an assembly box, the door frame comprises a longitudinal side edge, and an opening is arranged on the longitudinal side edge; one side of the assembly box is connected to the door frame, the assembly box and the door plate of the door body define an accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is communicated with the opening;
step S2, obliquely inserting the assembly box into the opening and pushing the assembly box into the accommodating cavity;
step S3, rotating the display component to make the lug of the display component and the first hook and the second hook of the assembly box mutually clamped;
and step S4, clamping the seal cover in the opening, and clamping the seal cover, the assembly box and the display component mutually.
In summary, the present invention provides a door body suitable for a refrigeration apparatus, a refrigeration apparatus and an assembly method, wherein a display component is inserted into an opening on a door frame along a longitudinal direction and enters an accommodating cavity between an assembly box and the door plate, and since a touch display area on the door plate is moved to a position close to the door frame, a side edge of the corresponding assembly box is connected to an inner side of the door frame, so that a path of the display component inserted into the assembly box is significantly reduced, an assembly difficulty is reduced, and an assembly efficiency is improved. Further, set up the elastic component between display module 'S mounting and the support, the elastic component elasticity pushes away support and mounting to and, predetermine clearance S between display module' S mounting and the assembly box, guarantee jointly that display screen and glass closely laminate all the time, do not receive the influence of manufacturing error to display screen touch effect in a certain extent.
