Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
In a first aspect of the invention, an instant heating cup is provided.
The instant heating cup of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, an instant heating cup 100 of the present invention includes a cup body 101, a first heating tube 102, and a second heating tube 103.
Wherein the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 are disposed inside the cup 101. Also, the first heating pipe 102 is spirally wound in a first direction. As shown in fig. 1, the first heating pipe 102 may be spirally wound downward from a front side of an outlet pipe (to be described later), that is, the first heating pipe 102 is spirally wound in a first direction. And the second heating pipe 103 may be spirally wound in the second direction. As shown in fig. 1, the second heating pipe 103 may be spirally wound downward around an outlet pipe 106 (to be described later) from a rear side thereof, that is, the second heating pipe 103 is spirally wound in a second direction.
Further, the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 may be alternately wound with each other while being wound downward around the outlet pipe. Thus, the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 can be closely arranged to increase the contact area of the water flow with the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 without changing the space of the cup 101.
Meanwhile, the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 may be individually controlled as needed. When the water temperature with lower temperature is needed, the first heating pipe 102 or the second heating pipe 103 can be controlled to be started; and when a higher temperature water temperature is required, the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 can be controlled to be turned on. When only the first heating pipe 102 or the second heating pipe 103 is opened, the first heating pipe 102 or the second heating pipe 103 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the space of the cup body 101, so that the contact area with the water flow is increased.
The instant heating cup 100 of the present invention employs the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 wound in a staggered manner, which increases the contact area between the water flow and the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103. Thus, the water flow can be uniformly and effectively heated using the first and second heating pipes 102 and 103, and the heating speed of the water flow is increased. Meanwhile, after the contact area between the water flow and the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 is increased, the heat exchange rate can be increased, the heat on the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 can be taken away, the heat density of the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, an inlet pipe 104 is connected to a lower portion of the cup 101. The end 1041 of inlet tube 104 that is inserted into cup 101 is closed. A water inlet 1043 is provided in the side portion 1042 adjacent to the end 1041. Wherein, the water inlet 1043 can supply the water in the water inlet pipe 104 to flow into the cup body 101.
Since the water inlet 1043 is disposed on the side 1042 of the water inlet pipe 104, the water in the water inlet pipe 104 can spirally flow upward against the inner wall of the cup 101 when flowing into the cup 101 through the water inlet 1043. Therefore, the retention time of the water flow in the cup body 101 is increased, and further, the heat exchange time between the water flow and the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 is also increased, so that the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 are ensured to stably heat the water flow, and the stability of the water temperature is maintained.
Preferably, cup 101 is made of a metal material. Wherein, the water inlet pipe 104 and the cup body 101 are fixed by welding, so that the operation is convenient and the fixation is reliable.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the water inlet pipe 104 is further provided with fins 105. In operation, the control element generates heat, wherein the heat sink 105 may use cold water flowing in the water inlet pipe 104 to cool the control element.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a water outlet pipe 106 is connected to the inside of the cup 101.
The first end 1061 of the water outlet pipe 106 extends toward the top of the cup 101, and a water outlet 1063 is provided on the first end 1061. Thus, the heated water stream, as it flows near the top of cup 101, may be directed into outlet pipe 106 through outlet port 1063.
At the same time, second end 1062 of outlet tube 106 extends toward the bottom of cup 101. Also, the second end 1062 of the outlet pipe 106 may extend to the outside of the cup 101 to connect to an external water supply line, such as a connection line between a water heater and a shower head.
Further, the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 may be spirally extended around the water outlet pipe 106. Therefore, not only is the space occupied by the water outlet pipe 106 in the cup body 101 saved, but also the heat of the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 can be further taken away when water flows through the water outlet pipe 106.
In another embodiment, a water outlet pipe can be connected to the outside of the cup body. And the first end of the water outlet pipe is inserted into the cup body, so that the heated water flow can be introduced into the water outlet pipe from the first end of the water outlet pipe when the heated water flow approaches the top of the cup body.
Meanwhile, the second end of the water outlet pipe can extend towards the bottom of the cup body so as to be connected with other water supply pipelines.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the instant heating cup 200 of the present invention includes a cup 201, a first heating tube 202, and a second heating tube 203.
Wherein the first heating pipe 202 and the second heating pipe 203 are disposed inside the bowl 201. Also, the first heating pipe 202 may be spirally wound in a first direction, and the second heating pipe 203 may be spirally wound in a second direction. The connection manner and the achieved technical effect of the cup body 201, the first heating pipe 202 and the second heating pipe 203 are the same as those of the cup body 101, the first heating pipe 102 and the second heating pipe 103 in the instant heating cup 100, and for the specific description, reference is made to the above, and no further description is given here.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the lower portion of the cup 201 is provided with a connection pipe 205, and the connection pipe 205 may be used to connect a water inlet pipe (not shown in fig. 3 and 4).
Wherein the end of the connecting tube 205 that connects to the cup 201 is closed to form a closed end 2051.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a vertical water inlet 2052 is opened at the closed end 2051. The water inlet 2052 is disposed close to the inner wall of the cup body 201, so that water flowing in the water inlet pipe can spirally flow upward against the inner wall of the cup body 201 when flowing into the cup body 201 through the water inlet 2052. Therefore, the residence time of the water flow in the cup body 201 is increased, and the heat exchange time between the water flow and the first heating pipe 202 and the second heating pipe 203 is also increased, so that the first heating pipe 202 and the second heating pipe 203 are ensured to stably heat the water flow, and the stability of the water temperature is maintained.
