2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the air conditioner maintenance device receives the fault detection signal sent by the data acquisition device through the NFC, the method further comprises:
the air conditioner maintenance device records the air conditioner operation data;
and the air conditioner maintenance device sends maintenance request information to a maintenance background after determining that the air conditioner operates abnormally according to the air conditioner operation data.

The method of claim 1, wherein after the air conditioner maintenance device sends air conditioner operation data to the data collection device through NFC, so that the data collection device determines the fault type and corresponding solution of the air conditioner according to the air conditioner operation data and an air conditioner fault judgment model, the method further comprises:
and after receiving the fault removal signal sent by the data acquisition device, the air conditioner maintenance device sends the air conditioner operation data to a maintenance background so that the maintenance background trains and updates the air conditioner fault judgment model according to the air conditioner operation data.
4. An air conditioner fault processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the data acquisition device sends a fault detection signal to the air conditioner maintenance device through NFC;
the data acquisition device receives the air conditioner operation data sent by the air conditioner maintenance device through NFC;
the data acquisition device determines the fault type of the air conditioner and a corresponding solution according to the air conditioner operation data and an air conditioner fault judgment model;
the air conditioner fault judgment model is established according to air conditioner fault data in a historical time period and the corresponding fault type and solution.
5. An air conditioner fault handling device is characterized by comprising a first NFC unit, and is used for:
receiving a fault detection signal sent by a data acquisition device through NFC;
sending air conditioner operation data to the data acquisition device through NFC, so that the data acquisition device determines the fault type and the corresponding solution of the air conditioner according to the air conditioner operation data and an air conditioner fault judgment model;
the air conditioner fault judgment model is established according to air conditioner fault data in a historical time period and the corresponding fault type and solution.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the storage unit is used for recording the air conditioner operation data;
the judging unit is used for determining whether the air conditioner is abnormal or not according to the air conditioner operation data;
and the sending unit is used for sending maintenance request information to the maintenance background after the abnormal operation of the air conditioner is determined.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the sending unit is further configured to:
and after the first NFC unit receives a fault removal signal sent by the data acquisition device, sending the air conditioner running data to a maintenance background so that the maintenance background trains and updates the air conditioner fault judgment model according to the air conditioner running data.
8. An air conditioner fault handling device, comprising:
the second NFC unit is used for sending a fault detection signal to the air conditioner maintenance device through NFC; receiving air conditioner operation data sent by the air conditioner maintenance device through NFC;
the processing unit is used for determining the fault type of the air conditioner and a corresponding solution according to the air conditioner operation data and the air conditioner fault judgment model;
the air conditioner fault judgment model is established according to air conditioner fault data in a historical time period and the corresponding fault type and solution.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
