本发明涉及一种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀,属于农业灌溉技术领域,是一种采取自控方式控制出水桩从地下到地上过程中出水量的出水阀。主要解决了伸缩式出水桩从地下到地上过程中出水、关水的问题。该出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀由出水桩盖、出水阀芯、阀芯喷头组成,出水阀芯外螺纹从出水桩盖内穿过出水桩盖上的阀芯导向孔与阀芯喷头固定连接。本出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀满足了伸缩式出水桩对出水阀的功能要求,为农业生产节省了大量人力物力,且性能可靠,工艺先进,便于制造。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业灌溉技术领域,是一种自控式出水阀。
背景技术
当今,在常年干旱缺水地区的现代化农业生产中,解决农作物用水问题的农田灌溉系统非常重要,出水桩在农田灌溉系统中应用非常普及,但目前使用的出水桩存在两个问题:
1、在用大型农业机械进行耕种作业时,需要将出水桩拆除,拆除时消耗大量人力物力,还要用堵头堵住管网各出水口,拆下来的出水桩还要保管;
2、在需要使用灌溉系统时,先要花工夫寻找出水桩分布点,找到后,还要消耗人力物力挖开泥土,将出水桩安装好,因经常折装,必有一部分出水桩损坏,并且在安装过程中还会损坏农作物。
而采用伸缩式出水桩,需有适应此出水桩的出水阀,市场上的普通出水阀,不满足伸缩式出水桩从地下伸到地上的功能要求,因此,有必要研发一种能控制出水的出水阀。
发明内容
本发明目的在于满足农业生产在此方面的需求并克服以上不足,在农业灌溉技术领域提供一种新颖可靠的解决方案:一种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀由出水桩盖、出水阀芯、阀芯喷头组成,出水阀芯外螺纹从出水桩盖内穿过出水桩盖上的阀芯导向孔与阀芯喷头固定连接。
在本发明所述的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀中,所述出水桩盖一端有配桩内螺纹,出水桩盖另一端有阀芯导向孔。
在本发明所述的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀中,所述出水阀芯上有轴向水道、径向水道、直通水孔。
在本发明所述的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀中,所述阀芯喷头上有出水孔、配阀内螺纹,阀芯喷头与出水阀芯固定连接方式采用螺纹联接,螺纹联接后,出水阀芯可在阀芯导向孔内轴向运动。
在本发明所述的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀中,所述出水桩盖、出水阀芯、阀芯喷头都为PVC材料。
实施本发明的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀的有益效果是:
1、本发明的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀解决了伸缩式出水桩从地下到地上过程中出水、关水的问题。
2、本发明的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀性能可靠,工艺先进,便于制造。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示的本发明实施例的出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀,主要由出水桩盖1、出水阀芯4、阀芯喷头2组成,出水阀芯外螺纹10从出水桩盖内8穿过出水桩盖上的阀芯导向孔6与阀芯喷头4固定连接。
如图1至图2所示,在本实施例中,出水桩盖1一端有配桩内螺纹7,出水桩盖1另一端有阀芯导向孔6。
如图1、图5所示,在本实施例中,出水阀芯4上有轴向水道11、径向水道12、直通水孔13。
如图1、图3、图4所示,在本实施例中,阀芯喷头2上有出水孔3、配阀内螺纹9,阀芯喷头2与出水阀芯4固定连接方式采用螺纹联接,螺纹联接后,出水阀芯4可在阀芯导向孔6内轴向运动。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,出水桩盖1、出水阀芯4、阀芯喷头2都为PVC材料。

1.一种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀,其特征在于:主要由出水桩盖、出水阀芯、阀芯喷头组成,出水阀芯外螺纹从出水桩盖内穿过出水桩盖上的阀芯导向孔与阀芯喷头固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀,其特征在于:所述出水桩盖一端有配桩内螺纹,出水桩盖另一端有阀芯导向孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀,其特征在于:所述出水阀芯上有轴向水道、径向水道、直通水孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种出水桩用YXL090A自控式出水阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯喷头上有出水孔、配阀内螺纹,阀芯喷头与出水阀芯固定连接方式采用螺纹联接,螺纹联接后,出水阀芯可在阀芯导向孔内轴向运动。
