本发明公开一种电梯滚轮的生产方法,包括滚动轴承、外圈、凹型滚动卡槽和滚轮耐磨层,外圈包覆在滚动轴承的外表面上,外圈圆周面连接有凹型滚动卡槽,凹型滚动卡槽内设置有滚轮耐磨层;其特征在于,具体工艺步骤为:步骤一、制作外圈:金加工制成外圈结构;外圈一侧开孔a,开孔a直径小于滚动轴承直径b,外圈另一侧开孔c,开孔c直径大于滚动轴承直径b;步骤二、注塑滚轮耐磨层:注塑机内在凹型滚动卡槽内注塑热塑性树脂,保压冷却制成滚轮耐磨层;步骤三、安放滚动轴承:将滚动轴承安放在外圈的内孔内;步骤四、冲压:使用冲头冲压外圈边缘,压出卡口;步骤五、检验:进行寿命、尺寸检验。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电梯零部件的生产,尤其涉及一种电梯滚轮的生产方法。
背景技术
电梯滚轮是国家标准要求极高的一种配件。电梯滚轮大多都是金属制作的,金属滚轮制作成本很高,使用时会产生一定的噪声,耐磨性也差,损坏率很高,目前市场上有一些耐磨减噪的电梯滚轮,但机构都较复杂,零部件多,往往具有盖板,铆钉,底座等,并且连接方式单一,容易损坏。
现有技术中《电梯滚轮》(公开号:CN203283990U),它公开了一种电梯滚轮,它涉及电梯门滚轮。它包括滚轮基体、滚轮耐磨层、尼龙芯圈和滚动卡槽,滚轮基体外圈设置有滚动卡槽,滚动卡槽内设置有滚轮耐磨层,滚轮基体的轴孔内壁上镶嵌有尼龙芯圈。所述的尼龙芯圈外周上设置有咬合凸台,所述的滚轮基体的轴孔内周壁上设置有咬合凹槽,尼龙芯圈与滚轮基体轴孔内周壁通过胶粘凸台凹槽咬合连接。所述的滚轮基体轴孔上镶嵌有轴承。该现有技术中,轴承安装不便,且尼龙芯圈与滚轮基体和轴承配合过程中容易产生故障,造成电梯滚轮的寿命较短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电梯滚轮的生产方法,它可以生产出耐磨性能好、低噪声、寿命长的扶梯滚轮。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种电梯滚轮的生产方法,包括滚动轴承1、外圈2、凹型滚动卡槽3和滚轮耐磨层4,外圈2包覆在滚动轴承1的外表面上,外圈2圆周面连接有凹型滚动卡槽3,凹型滚动卡槽3内设置有滚轮耐磨层4;其特征在于,具体工艺步骤为:
步骤一、制作外圈2:金加工制成外圈2结构;外圈2一侧开孔a,开孔a直径小于滚动轴承1直径b,外圈2另一侧开孔c,开孔c直径大于滚动轴承1直径b;
步骤二、注塑滚轮耐磨层4:注塑机内在凹型滚动卡槽3内注塑热塑性树脂,保压冷却制成滚轮耐磨层4;
步骤三、安放滚动轴承1:将滚动轴承1安放在外圈2的内孔内;
步骤四、冲压:使用冲头冲压外圈2边缘,压出卡口5;
步骤五、检验:进行寿命、尺寸检验。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本生产工艺简单、易操作,生产出的滚轮,耐磨、减噪性能好,轴承固定结构简单,不易损坏。

实施例:如图1所示,本发明实施例的电梯滚轮的结构示意图,包括滚动轴承1、外圈2、滚动卡槽3和滚轮耐磨层4,外圈2包覆在滚动轴承1的外表面上,外圈2圆周面连接有滚动卡槽3,滚动卡槽3内设置有滚轮耐磨层4;外圈2一侧开孔a,开孔a直径小于滚动轴承1直径b,外圈2另一侧开孔c,开孔c直径大于滚动轴承1直径b。滚动卡槽3为凹型滚动卡槽。滚轮耐磨层4为凹型圆弧面。开孔c圆周上有若干向内凸出的卡口5。
具体工艺步骤为:
步骤一、制作外圈2:金加工制成外圈2结构;外圈2一侧开孔a,开孔a直径小于滚动轴承1直径b,外圈2另一侧开孔c,开孔c直径大于滚动轴承1直径b;
步骤二、注塑滚轮耐磨层4:注塑机内在凹型滚动卡槽3内注塑热塑性树脂,保压冷却制成滚轮耐磨层4;
步骤三、安放滚动轴承1:将滚动轴承1安放在外圈2的内孔内;
步骤四、冲压:使用冲头冲压外圈2边缘,压出卡口5;
步骤五、检验:进行寿命、尺寸检验。
本发明工艺生产出的电梯滚轮零部件少,每个部件成本小,体积也较小,因此能够轻易地储存或运输。且小型的组件也降低了对制造设备的要求。轴承卡口结构简单,无需端盖或挡圈,不易损坏,寿命长。

1.一种电梯滚轮的生产方法,包括滚动轴承(1)、外圈(2)、凹型滚动卡槽(3)和滚轮耐磨层(4),外圈(2)包覆在滚动轴承(1)的外表面上,外圈(2)圆周面连接有凹型滚动卡槽(3),凹型滚动卡槽(3)内设置有滚轮耐磨层(4);其特征在于,具体工艺步骤为:
步骤一、制作外圈(2):金加工制成外圈(2)结构;外圈(2)一侧开孔a,开孔a直径小于滚动轴承(1)直径b,外圈(2)另一侧开孔c,开孔c直径大于滚动轴承(1)直径b;
步骤二、注塑滚轮耐磨层(4):注塑机内在凹型滚动卡槽(3)内注塑热塑性树脂,保压冷却制成滚轮耐磨层(4);
步骤三、安放滚动轴承(1):将滚动轴承(1)安放在外圈(2)的内孔内;
步骤四、冲压:使用冲头冲压外圈(2)边缘,压出卡口(5);
步骤五、检验:进行寿命、尺寸检验。
