Abstract
A shower screen comprises a main body, an instant electric water heating device, a control valve, a top shower, a side shower, a handheld shower, a faucet and an operation control device, wherein a front panel, a bottom panel, a front panel and a bottom panel are integrally formed into a front main body part by plates, and the rear part of the front main body part is provided with an annular flanging which is perpendicular to the front main body part; the intersection of the front plate of the vertical part and the bottom plate of the top spraying shower head part is rounded, the intersection of the front plate and the bottom plate is rounded, and the annular flanging at the rounded corner is provided with a force relief groove; the side wall plate and the side plate are integrally formed into a side plate part by a plate material; the side panel part is welded with the annular flanges at the two sides of the front main body part. In the prior art, a shower screen comprises a main body, an instant electric water heating device, a control valve, a top shower, a side shower, a handheld shower, a faucet and an operation control device, wherein the main body comprises a vertical part and a top shower installation part, the vertical part comprises a front plate, a bottom plate and side plates, the top shower comprises a front panel, a bottom plate and side wall plates, and the vertical part and the top shower installation part are integrally formed by plate bodies; the top shower head is arranged on the top shower head part, the operation control device is arranged on the upper part of the vertical part, the instant electric water heating device is arranged in the middle part of the vertical part, the control valve is arranged on the lower part of the instant electric water heating device, the side shower head is arranged on the lower part of the control valve, the faucet is arranged on the lower part of the side shower head, and the bottom plate of the vertical part is provided with a handheld shower head interface. There are problems in that: during manufacturing, the intersection of the top shower installation part and the vertical part is wrinkled, machining is needed, and the strength of the connection part is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, a shower screen, including main part 1, instant heating type electric water heating device 2, control valve 3, top shower 4, and side shower 5, handheld gondola water faucet 6, tap 7 and operation control device 8, main part 1 includes vertical part 11 and top shower installation department 12, vertical part 11 includes front bezel 111, bottom plate 112 and curb plate 113, top shower 12 includes front bezel 121, bottom panel 122 and curb plate 123, top shower 4 is established on top shower 12, operation control device 8 establishes on the upper portion of vertical part 11, instant heating type electric water heating device 2 establishes in the middle part of vertical part 11, control valve 3 establishes the lower part at instant heating type electric water heating device 2, side shower 5 establishes the lower part at control valve 3, tap 7 establishes the lower part at side shower 5, be equipped with handheld gondola water faucet interface on the bottom plate 112 of vertical part 11.
