An anti-freezing flushing device is connected with a water supply system, and is characterized in that the flushing device comprises a control switch (4), a water outlet pipeline (7) and a drainage pump (8), wherein the drainage pump (8) is electrically connected with the control switch (4), the water supply system is arranged in an underground anti-freezing soil layer (9), the drainage pump (8) is respectively connected with the water supply system and the water outlet pipeline (7), the water outlet pipeline (7) penetrates through a ground frozen soil layer (10), and a water outlet of the water outlet pipeline extends out of the ground; when the control switch (4) is used for starting the drainage pump (8), the water in the water supply system is pumped into the water outlet pipeline (7) to form flushing water to be discharged; when the drainage pump (8) is closed, the reserved water in the water outlet pipeline (7) in the frozen soil layer (10) and above flows back to the water supply system.

The anti-freeze flushing device of claim 1, characterized in that the drain pump (8) is a self-priming pump placed on the ground and located in the upper part of the outlet pipe (7), or a backflow type drain pump located in the anti-freeze soil layer (9) and located in the lower part of the outlet pipe (7).

The antifreeze flushing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the drain pump (8) is a non-return type drain pump which is positioned in the antifreeze layer (9) and is positioned at the lower part of the water outlet pipeline (7), an emptying valve (20) is arranged on the water outlet pipeline (7), an emptying pipeline (3) is also connected on the emptying valve (20), and the water outlet of the emptying pipeline (3) is connected with the water supply system; when the drainage pump (8) is started and the emptying valve (20) is closed, the water in the water supply system is pumped into the water outlet pipeline (7) to form flushing water discharge; when the drainage pump (8) is closed and the emptying valve (20) is opened, the reserved water in the water outlet pipeline (7) in the frozen soil layer (10) and above is returned to the water supply system from the emptying pipeline (3) through the emptying valve (20).

The antifreeze flushing device according to claim 3, wherein the evacuation valve (20) is an electric valve, and the drain pump (8) and the evacuation valve (20) are respectively electrically connected with the control switch (4) for performing linkage control on the drain pump (8) and the evacuation valve (20).

The anti-freeze flushing device according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the water supply system is a water collection tank (1) arranged in the anti-freeze soil layer (9), the water collection tank (1) is connected with an underground water supply system arranged in an underground anti-freeze soil layer (9), and the drain pump (8) is connected with the water collection tank (1) for pumping water in the water collection tank (1) into the water outlet pipeline (7).

The antifreeze flushing device as set forth in claim 5, wherein said water supply system further comprises a sewage filtering device (40) on the ground, said sewage filtering device (40) being connected to said water collecting tank (1) through a sewage line (30) for collecting filtered domestic sewage and rainwater.
7. The antifreeze flushing device according to claim 6, characterized in that a water seepage well (6) is further arranged in the antifreeze layer (9), and the upper end of the water collecting tank (1) is communicated with the water seepage well (6) through a pipeline.
8. The anti-freezing flushing device of claim 1, wherein the control switch (4) is one of a touch switch, an inductive switch, an electronic switch and a time delay switch, and can control the opening and closing of the drainage pump (8) and the evacuation valve (20) in a linkage manner.
9. The anti-freezing flushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control switch is connected with an external power supply (5), and the power supply (5) is one of an energy storage battery, a municipal power grid, a wind power supply and a solar power supply, or any complementary combination of the above.
10. An energy-saving sanitary environment-friendly toilet comprises a septic tank (50), a urinal or a closestool (21) positioned on the ground and a flushing device connected with the urinal or the closestool (21), wherein the urinal or the closestool (21) is arranged above the septic tank (50), the septic tank (50) is positioned in an underground anti-freezing soil layer (9) and is connected with a feces outlet of the urinal or the closestool (21) through a lower pipeline (60), the flushing device is the anti-freezing flushing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and a water outlet of a water outlet pipeline (7) is connected with a water inlet of the urinal or the closestool (21).
11. The energy-saving sanitary environment-friendly toilet according to claim 10, wherein a feces pumping channel (70) is further provided above the septic tank (50), and the feces pumping channel (70) extends to the ground.
