Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building equipment, and particularly relates to mounting equipment for a building outer wall water pipe.
Background
Regardless of the newly-built buildings or the modification projects of the buildings, the water supply and drainage system is indispensable, and the water supply and drainage system provides water for daily life of people through the combination of a water pipe and a water pipe connecting device or provides a drainage path for domestic sewage and rainwater.
Use large-scale crane to hoist the water pipe and install mostly during current outer wall water pipe installation, but can't get into at narrow and small local crane, at this moment the installation uses simple and easy loop wheel machine mostly, and it is very troublesome to hoist the water pipe, for solving this problem, design a building outer wall water pipe erection equipment now, gyro wheel and wall cooperation through fixing the collar on the water pipe, can hoist along the wall through the loop wheel machine, roll through the gyro wheel and reduce frictional force, can vertically hoist the water pipe, conveniently install.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide mounting equipment for building outer wall water pipes, which is mounted on the water pipes through a mounting ring, a fixer and a clamp in a matching manner, is matched with a wall through a roller, and is used for vertically hoisting the water pipes through a steel wire rope on a crane, so that the outer wall water pipes can be conveniently mounted in a narrow place, and the water pipes with different diameters can be fixed through the matching of a screw rod structure and the replaceable clamp, so that the application range of the device is expanded.

the upper surface of the mounting ring is provided with two fixing rings side by side; the fixing ring of the mounting ring arranged at the uppermost part on the water pipe is matched with the steel wire rope;
a stud is arranged on one side, close to the rectangular bulge, of the inner side surface of the mounting ring; a gasket is arranged on the stud; a threaded sleeve is arranged on one surface of the gasket; the threaded sleeve is meshed with the stud;
the inner side surface of the mounting ring is uniformly provided with a plurality of screw holes along the axial direction; the upper side and the lower side of the screw hole are respectively provided with a limiting groove;
the fixer is a U-shaped plate; the plurality of the fixers are movably arranged on the mounting ring; a screw rod screw is arranged in the middle of the inner side surface of the fixer; the screw rod and the screw hole are matched; the screw rod screw drives the fixator to slide left and right along the limiting groove;
the upper inner end face and the lower inner end face of the fixer are respectively provided with a limiting column; the limiting column is in sliding fit with the limiting groove;
the outer side surface of the fixer is provided with an installation groove;
the clamp is fixed in the mounting groove; the hoop is an arc-shaped plate; the outer side surface of the hoop is provided with an installation column; the mounting column is matched with the mounting groove;
the gasket, the fixer and the clamp are matched to fit the peripheral side face of the extrusion water pipe so as to fix the water pipe.
Furthermore, a rectangular channel is arranged on the outer side surface of the rectangular protrusion;
two opposite side surfaces of the rectangular channel are respectively provided with a mounting hole;
the mounting holes are matched with the pin shafts on the two sides of the roller.
Furthermore, a through hole is formed in one side face of the fixing ring; the through hole is matched with the steel wire rope buckle.
Furthermore, a layer of rubber pad is compounded on the surfaces of the gasket and the hoop.
Furthermore, a rotating handle is arranged on the outer end face of the screw rod screw;
the inner end surface of the screw rod screw is movably arranged in the middle of the inner side surface of the fixer through a clamping ring.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the water pipe fixing device is installed on the water pipe in a matched mode through the installation ring, the fixer and the clamp, the water pipe is vertically lifted through the idler wheel and the steel wire rope on the crane, the outer wall water pipe is conveniently installed in a narrow place, the water pipe with different diameters can be fixed through the lead screw structure and the replaceable clamp in a matched mode, and the application range of the device is expanded.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention relates to an installation apparatus for a water pipe of a building exterior wall, which comprises an apparatus body; the plurality of equipment bodies are sequentially arranged on the 6-circumference side surface of the water pipe from top to bottom; the equipment body comprises a mounting ring 1, a fixer 3 and a clamp 4; a layer of rubber pad is compounded on the surfaces of the gasket 2 and the hoop 4; the gasket 2 and the fixer 3 are matched with the hoop 4 and are attached to the peripheral side surface of the extrusion water pipe 6 so as to fix the water pipe 6;
a plurality of rectangular protrusions 101 are arranged on one side of the outer side surface of the mounting ring 1 side by side; the outer side surface of the rectangular bulge 101 is provided with a roller 5; the water pipe 6 is conveniently hoisted along the wall surface through the matching of the roller 5 and the wall, and the friction force is reduced; the rectangular bulges 101 on the mounting ring 1 arranged on the water pipe 6 are all on the same plane;

as shown in fig. 4-5, the holder 3 is a U-shaped plate; the plurality of the fixing devices 3 are movably arranged on the mounting ring 1; a screw rod 301 is arranged in the middle of the inner side surface of the fixer 3; the lead screw 301 is matched with the screw hole 106; the lead screw 301 drives the fixer 3 to slide left and right along the limit groove 107;

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 8, the embodiment is a method for using an installation device for a water pipe of an external wall of a building: selecting a hoop 4 with radian matched with the water pipe 6, and installing the hoop 4 in an installation groove 303 on the fixer 3;
sequentially mounting a plurality of mounting rings 1 on the outer side surface of the water pipe 6 from top to bottom, and rotating the screw rod 301 to drive the fixer 3 to move inwards until the inner side surface of the hoop 4 is attached to the peripheral side surface of the water pipe 6;
the nut 201 is rotated to make the gasket 2 tightly attached to the peripheral side surface of the water pipe 6, thereby fixing the water pipe 6;
connecting and matching a steel wire rope buckle on the crane with the fixing ring 104 of the mounting ring 1 at the top to erect the water pipe 6; and the roller 5 is attached to the wall surface; then the crane is driven to hoist the water pipe 6 to a specified position for fixed installation.
