The invention relates to a transportation structure and a transportation method of a transformer wire outlet device, which comprises a lifting seat, a shielding cylinder arranged in the lifting seat and a grading ring arranged at the upper part of the shielding cylinder, and is characterized in that: a transportation base and a supporting piece are added at the lower part of the lifting seat, wherein the transportation base is arranged at the bottom of the lifting seat through a special-shaped flange, and the supporting piece is supported between the bottom end of the shielding cylinder and the special-shaped flange; a locking nut is fixed at the bottom in the transportation base, after the equalizing ring at the upper part of the wire outlet device is disassembled, the equalizing ring is inverted in the transportation base, and the equalizing ring and the locking nut are screwed and fixed through a long screw rod. According to the invention, the equalizing ring on the upper part of the wire outlet device is detached and placed in the transportation base for transportation, so that the self safe transportation is ensured, the weight of the upper part of the wire outlet device is also reduced, and the shaking degree of the whole wire outlet device in transportation is effectively inhibited.

Technical Field

Background
The network side outgoing line of the converter transformer generally consists of a lower shielding cylinder and an upper equalizing ring. During transportation, the outgoing line and the lifting seat are integrally disassembled, the bottom assembly cover plate or the transportation base is selected according to the length of the lower shielding cylinder, and the vertical transportation mode is adopted. The wire outlet device is fixed with the lifting seat in the horizontal and vertical directions only through 4 screws which are insulated and supported outside the shielding cylinder. Due to the complexity of road conditions and environment in the transportation process, the shielding cylinder inevitably shakes in the single fixing mode, the fastening position of the insulating support is damaged, and certain influence is generated on the mechanical and electrical properties of the wire outlet device, so that unsafe factors exist in the vertical transportation of the wire outlet device on the network side of the converter transformer.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of unsafe factors and the like in the vertical transportation of the outgoing line at the network side of the converter transformer in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the transportation structure and the transportation method of the outgoing line device of the transformer, which have the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and enhanced safety.

A locking nut is fixed at the bottom in the transportation base, after the equalizing ring at the upper part of the wire outlet device is disassembled, the equalizing ring is inverted in the transportation base, and the equalizing ring and the locking nut are screwed and fixed through a long screw rod.
The middle part of the supporting piece is concave, the lower end of the shielding cylinder is abutted to the concave part, and insulating materials are filled in a gap between the supporting piece and the lower end of the shielding cylinder.
The special-shaped flange is provided with a frame with the shape and the size the same as those of the bottom edge of the lifting seat, a cross beam is arranged in the middle of the frame, and a supporting piece is arranged on the cross beam.
A transportation method of a transformer wire outlet device comprises the following steps:
1) detaching the equalizing ring on the upper part of the wire outlet device, and inverting the equalizing ring in the transportation base;
2) the equalizing ring and the locking nut are screwed and fixed by a long screw rod;
3) mounting a special-shaped flange on the transportation base, and mounting a supporting piece on the special-shaped flange by using an insulating fastener;
4) and installing the lifting seat and the internal assembly above the special-shaped flange to enable the bottom end of the shield to be abutted against the supporting piece.
The gap between the shielding cylinder and the supporting piece is filled with an insulating material tightly, and meanwhile, the shielding cylinder is ensured to be inserted into a specified depth.

A locking nut 106 is fixed at the inner bottom of the transportation base 102, and after the wire outlet device upper equalizing ring 105 is detached, the wire outlet device upper equalizing ring is inverted in the transportation base 102 and is screwed and fixed with the locking nut 106 through a long screw 107.
As shown in fig. 2, the middle of the supporting member 103 is recessed, the lower end of the shielding cylinder 104 abuts against the recessed portion, and an insulating material is filled in a gap between the supporting member 103 and the lower end of the shielding cylinder 104. The insulating material is filled with white cotton cloth or insulating paper.

4) the elevating base and the internal components are mounted above the special-shaped flange 201, so that the bottom end of the shielding cylinder 104 abuts against the support member 103.
According to the conveying structure of the wire outlet device, the conveying base 102 and the supporting piece 103 are additionally arranged at the lower part of the lifting seat 101. A locking nut 106 is welded in the transportation base, and when in use, the wire outlet device upper equalizing ring 105 is detached and placed in the transportation base 102 upside down as shown in figure 1, and is screwed and fixed with the locking nut 106 by a long screw 107.
