The parking brake device is divided into a central parking brake device and a wheel parking brake device according to different installation positions on the automobile. (3) The EPB central parking brake can be fixed at the output end of the gearbox and the transmission shaft hoisting device through the sliding pin, reduces the IPB pneumatic thrust device, and is more convenient to arrange and higher in efficiency.
(4) The invention does not need to use brake fluid, and is communicated with the atmosphere in the braking process, so that the vacuum in the braking cavity can not be formed, and the cavity is prevented from being rusted due to water inlet. The gas exchange is carried out between the perforated piston and the gas reserved in the piston dust cover, so that no vacuum is generated in the clamp body cavity. The piston dust cover and the piston are in interference fit to achieve a sealing effect. The problem that the inner cavity of the IPB in the market is easy to rust is solved.

As shown in fig. 1, a disc type electronic central parking brake assembly includes a caliper body 2, and an inner friction plate 8 and an outer friction plate 9 are disposed on the caliper body 2.
The caliper body 2 is also provided with a piston cylinder body, and a piston 7 is arranged in the piston cylinder body; the piston 7 and the piston cylinder body are sealed through a rectangular ring 5; and a piston dust cover 6 is arranged between one end of the piston 7 close to the inner friction plate 8 and the inner wall of the piston cylinder, and as shown in fig. 2, a dust cover mounting groove 11 is arranged at one end of the piston 7 close to the inner friction plate 8 and used for mounting the piston dust cover 6.
The side wall of the piston 7 is provided with an air hole 12 for communicating the inside and the outside, and the air hole 12 is positioned between the rectangular ring 5 and the piston dust cover 6; and pressure maintaining gas is reserved in the piston dust cover 6 and is used for exchanging gas with the interior of the piston 7 through the gas hole 12.
The caliper body 2 is also provided with a 24V driving motor 1 (matched voltage is selected according to the vehicle type); the screw rod mechanism is arranged inside the piston 7 and comprises a threaded sleeve 4 and a screw rod 3 which are matched with each other, the threaded sleeve 4 is concentrically fixed inside the piston 7, and the screw rod 3 is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 1.
The main working principle and the working process of the disc type electronic central parking brake assembly are as follows: the ECU sends out a control command according to the vehicle state (or an external control key), and the driving motor 1 positively or reversely rotates according to the ECU command to drive the screw rod mechanism to drive the piston 7 to axially move, so that parking or parking releasing action is realized. The piston dust cover 6 and the piston 7 are in over-hard matching to achieve a sealing effect, and rust caused by water entering the cavity is prevented. However, due to the sealing, vacuum negative pressure can be formed inside the piston 7 during the axial movement of the piston 7, which affects braking. The gas exchange is carried out by adopting the piston through hole (the air hole 12) and the gas reserved in the piston dust cover 6, so that no vacuum is generated in the clamp body cavity.
