The injection molding process of the multicolor injection mold of the PP box with the structure comprises the following steps:
s1: installing a mould on an injection molding machine;

s3: the injection molding machine leads the first color paste into the mold cavities of the first front mold 31 and the first rear mold 32 through the gates to form a first color forming body;
s3-1: raising the temperature of the first color glue to 400 ℃;
s3-2: injecting the first color paste into the cavities of the first front mold 31 and the first rear mold 32, wherein the filling time is 3 seconds;
s3-3: maintaining the pressure, wherein the pressure between the first front die 31 and the first rear die 32 is 70MPa by using the press, the maintaining time is 4.3 seconds, and the pressure is gradually reduced to 0MPa after 4.18 seconds;
s4: the press controls the first front die 31 and the second front die 41 to move upwards simultaneously, the turntable 2 rotates, so that the first rear die 32 with the formed first color forming body moves to the position below the second front die 41, the first front die 31 and the second front die 41 move downwards simultaneously, so that the second front die 41 and the first rear die 32 are correspondingly matched, and the first front die 31 and the second rear die 42 are correspondingly matched;
s5: the injection molding machine simultaneously and respectively adopts different pouring channels to flow the second color glue and the third color glue between the second front mold 41 and the first rear mold 32 through the pouring gates, and the first color forming body is used as a base plate to complete the fusion of the second color and the third color to form a three-color PP box;
s5-1: at this time, the mold temperature of the second front mold 41 is controlled to 150 degrees celsius;
s5-2: respectively raising the material temperature of the second color glue and the third color glue to 350 ℃;
s5-3: pouring the second color glue and the third color glue simultaneously, and respectively adopting different pouring channels to flow between the second front mold 41 and the first rear mold 32, and gradually fusing, wherein the filling time is 2.13 seconds;
s5-4: maintaining the pressure, wherein the pressure between the second front die 41 and the first rear die 32 is 87MPa by the press, the filling time is 6.0 seconds, and the pressure is gradually reduced to 0MPa after 3.8 seconds;
s6: the finished multicolored PP box is removed from the mold.
In the embodiment, the product quality is ensured through a plurality of set processes, the first color, the second color and the third color can be better fused, the overall fusion effect is better through various parameters of a three-color injection molding machine, such as the control of temperature and filling time, and the control of a press machine on pressure values, the problems of color mixing, bright printing and bulging cannot occur, the waterproof and dustproof effects are better, and the produced mold is more attractive and durable; the turntable 2 is arranged, and the turntable 2 rotates to drive the first rear die 32 and the second rear die 42 to rotate, so that the production speed is increased; the die has the advantages of simple structure, relatively low manufacturing precision and process requirements and low cost; the injection molding machine can be molded at one time, thereby greatly saving the injection molding production cost and having high injection molding qualification rate; the risk of unstable assembly quality (water leakage and appearance defects) of the subsequent process is avoided, and the quality of finished products is improved.

The ejection assembly comprises a rotating disc 74 and a positioning block, the positioning block comprises a fixing plate 75 and a limiting cylinder 76 fixedly connected with the bottom of the fixing plate 75, the bottom of the limiting cylinder 76 is in sliding connection with the upper surface of the rotating disc 74, the limiting cylinder 76, the rotating disc 74 and the fixing plate 75 are coaxially arranged, a jack communicated with an inner hole of the limiting cylinder 76 is formed in the fixing plate 75, a through hole is formed in the middle of the rotating disc 74, an inner thread is formed in the side wall of the through hole, an outer thread connected with the inner thread is formed in the periphery of the ejector rod 72, and the ejector rod 72 is inserted into the inner hole of the limiting cylinder 76 through. The bottom of the push block 73 is provided with a notch 77, the notch 77 is provided with an elastic member 78, one end of the elastic member 78 is elastically connected with the top of the push rod 72, and the other end of the elastic member 78 is elastically connected with the inner wall of the notch 77.
