The invention provides a high-filling wood-plastic composite material granulation die head which comprises a die head frame, a material baffle plate, a discharge die, an ejector pin plate, an ejector pin rod, a cylinder, a feeding pipe, a shunting cone, a receiving hopper, a feeding pipe and a melt flow channel, wherein the material baffle plate is arranged on the die head frame; the feeding pipe is positioned in the middle of the die head frame, the left side and the right side of the feeding pipe are respectively provided with a material baffle plate and an ejector pin rod connected with a cylinder, the ejector pin rod is connected with an ejector pin plate, and the ejector pins are distributed on the ejector pin plate at equal intervals; the lower end of the feeler frame is provided with a discharge die orifice corresponding to the thimble; a receiving hopper is arranged below the discharging die opening and is communicated with the feeding pipe. The wood-plastic composite material is used as a raw material, a small amount of wood-plastic composite material continuously filled in the discharge die is extruded by the ejector pins moving periodically to prepare wood-plastic composite material particles, and the produced wood-plastic composite material particles are uniform in texture, low in dust, high in production efficiency and stable in quality.

Wood-Plastic Composites (WPC) are a new type of composite material which has been vigorously developed in recent years at home and abroad, and refer to a board or a profile which is produced by mixing polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and the like instead of a common resin adhesive with more than 50% of waste plant fibers such as Wood flour, rice hulls, straws and the like to form a new Wood material, and then carrying out Plastic processing processes such as extrusion, die pressing, injection molding and the like. However, after the plant fibers are filled into the plastic matrix, the flowability of the composite material is poor, the extrusion is difficult, the extrusion pressure of the traditional bracing and granulating process is too high, the speed is low, the efficiency is low, and the production requirement cannot be met.

Aiming at the problems of poor flowability of the wood-plastic material, large pressure in the extrusion granulation process and difficult granulation in the prior art, the invention provides the granulation die head suitable for the high-filling wood-plastic material.

Example 1
The device comprises a die head frame, a material baffle plate, a discharge port die, a thimble, an ejector plate, an ejector pin rod, a cylinder, a feeding pipe, a flow distribution cone, a receiving hopper, a feeding pipe and a melt flow channel; the feeding pipe is positioned in the middle of the die head frame, the left side and the right side of the feeding pipe are respectively provided with a material baffle plate and an ejector pin rod connected with a cylinder, the ejector pin rod is connected with an ejector pin plate, and the ejector pins are fixed on the ejector pin plate and distributed at equal intervals; a receiving hopper is arranged below the discharging die opening and is communicated with the feeding pipe.
The material baffle plate can be adjusted up and down according to actual needs, so that the volume of the melt runner can be adjusted; the cylinder can drive the thimble rod to move up and down periodically; the position of the thimble corresponds to a discharge port die which is circumferentially distributed at the bottom of the die head frame; the receiving hopper is fixedly connected with the feeding pipe and is positioned right below the discharging port die; a shunting cone is arranged below the feeding hole to shunt the wood-plastic composite material.
After the wood-plastic composite material is mixed by an extruder, the mixture enters a solution flow channel through a feeding pipe; the ejector plate is positioned above the baffle plate, when the wood-plastic composite material flows in the solution flow channel and has a tendency of being extruded outwards after the ejection of the wood-plastic composite material through the discharge die opening, the cylinder drives the ejector pin to move up and down periodically through the ejector pin rod and the ejector plate, and the wood-plastic composite material filled in the discharge die opening is continuously extruded out of the discharge die opening, so that compact wood-plastic composite material particles are formed; the wood-plastic composite particles extruded by the discharging port die fall into the receiving hopper, air flow is blown from one end of the feeding pipe to cool the wood-plastic composite and convey the wood-plastic composite to the storage hopper, and then the wood-plastic composite is packaged and stored.
Example 2
Different from the embodiment 1, the motor for driving the ejector pin rod replaces the air cylinder, and the motor is started to drive the ejector pin rod to move up and down to extrude the wood-plastic composite material to the discharge port die.
