Abstract
The invention relates to a mixer for manufacturing hollow bricks, which comprises a supporting table, wherein a loading container is arranged at the center of the supporting table, a hanging bracket is fixedly arranged on the loading container, a first motor is arranged on the hanging bracket, the first motor is connected with an L-shaped driving rod, and a driving plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the driving rod. The supporting table is provided with three material storage frames, each material storage frame is provided with a sub-storage box, and the bottom of each sub-storage box is provided with a feed opening. The invention has high automation degree, can not only supply three raw materials in a timed and quantitative manner, but also automatically mix and stir the three raw materials, thereby not only having high practical value, but also being beneficial to improving the quality of the manufactured hollow bricks.

Background
In conventional building materials, hollow bricks are widely used because they have excellent environmental protection and noise-proof properties compared to conventional solid bricks. Generally, three manufacturing raw materials of the hollow brick are sand, cement and rock ash, and in order to guarantee the quality of the manufactured hollow brick, the three raw materials need to be uniformly mixed before being conveyed to a manufacturing machine for pressure forming.

The supporting table 1 is provided with three material storage racks 7, each material storage rack 7 is provided with a sub-storage box 8, and the bottom of each sub-storage box 8 is provided with a feed opening 8 a.
The lower part of each separate storage box 8 is conical.

The supporting table 1 is provided with a horizontal groove 1a, a blocking plate 12 which is abutted to the front end of the loading container 2 is slidably mounted on the horizontal groove 1a, the left side of the blocking plate 12 is communicated with a blanking pipeline 13, and the blocking plate 12 is connected with an air cylinder 14 fixedly mounted on the supporting table 1.

When the automatic feeding device is used specifically, the incomplete gear 11 is driven to rotate at a constant speed through the second motor 10, the incomplete gear 11 and the circular gear ring 9 are driven to perform alternate meshing transmission, wherein when the matching groove 9a on the circular gear ring 9 rotates to the position below the corresponding feeding port 8a each time, the incomplete gear 11 and the circular gear ring 9 are in a meshing and disengaging state, and under the action of gravity, raw materials inside the three separate storage boxes 8 move to the front part inside the loading container 2 through the matching groove 9a and the feeding port 8a respectively.
Further, drive actuating lever 5 and drive plate 6 rotation through a motor 4, realize through drive plate 6 promptly that the three kinds of raw materialss that are located loading container 2 internal front portion stir the mixture.
After mixing, the air cylinder 14 pushes the blocking plate 12 to the right, so that the mixed raw materials which are stirred in the loading container 2 can be conveniently moved out through the blanking pipeline 13 by manpower.
