The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has simple mechanism and simple and convenient use, realizes the mixing and spraying of water and sand by adopting a mechanical structure, reduces the pollution to the environment caused by the pulverization of quartz sand, simultaneously increases the function of water quantity real-time feedback in the derusting process, achieves the aim of alarming by the sound generated by gas passing through the sounding hole when the water is exhausted, reminds a user to add water in time, and also avoids the abrasion to the rail when the water is exhausted and only sand is blasted.

When the alarm works, after the water amount is reduced, the water storage tank 26 moves upwards under the action of the supporting spring 24 to drive the matching rack 29 to move upwards, the matching rack 29 drives the matching gear 30 to rotate anticlockwise, the matching gear 30 drives the matching shaft 31 to rotate to drive the reel 33 to rotate, the reel 33 drives the steel cable 48 to rotate, the second slider 37 moves leftwards under the action of the first return spring 41, the third slider 39 moves leftwards under the action of the second return spring 42, the fourth slider 44 moves leftwards under the action of the third return spring 43, the fourth slider 44 is positioned at the leftmost side, air enters the sand storage cavity 47 through the air outlet pipe 46, the pressure in the sand storage cavity 47 is increased, the blocking spring block 56 moves upwards under the force, and the air enters the air outlet groove 54 from the air outlet pipe 59, then enters the outside through the sound hole 57, and because the air flow rate is very fast, the air flow rate will make a sound when passing through the sound hole 57, thereby playing the role of alarming.
