Abstract
The invention relates to a balance lifting appliance for welding H-shaped steel, which comprises a clamp, a balance beam web plate, a balance beam wing plate, a clamp handle, a fastening element and a lifting hole, wherein the clamp is used for clamping the balance beam web plate; the clamp handles are fixed through a fastening element; the upper end of the clamp handle is provided with a hanging hole; the forceps handles are connected through a fastening element; the lower end of the clamp handle is provided with a balance beam wing plate; the lower end of the balance beam wing plate is provided with a clamp; the clamp is of a hollow cavity structure; the lower end of the balance beam wing plate is provided with a balance beam web plate; the balance beam web is in the hollow cavity of the clamp hair. The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and aims to change the number of clamping holes of a clamp from two holes to four holes by extending the jaw part of the traditional scissor type clamp. The balance lifting appliance is used for manufacturing the narrow flange plate H-shaped steel, and effectively ensures that the overturning component is lifted safely, reliably, conveniently and efficiently in the manufacturing process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure processing, in particular to a balance lifting appliance for welding H-shaped steel.
Background
In practical engineering application, the welded H-shaped steel section can be processed, designed and combined at will along with engineering, and can be manufactured into special specifications to match the practical requirements of special engineering; through the economical design, the section moment, the section coefficient, the compression resistance and the bearing load are optimized and improved. Based on the flexibility of welding H-shaped steel and other excellent holes, the welding method is widely applied to structures such as beams, columns and the like of a building steel structure.
In practice, however, H-shaped steel with narrow flange plates, 100mm/150mm in width and 40mm in web thickness is frequently encountered; this dimension results in the flap having a single edge projecting width dimension that is too narrow, only 30mm/55 mm. If the 10mm leg size is subtracted, the edge clearance is only 25mm, 45 mm. In the actual manufacturing process, due to the narrow flange plate, the H-shaped steel with the structure is very difficult to hoist and turn in the processes of assembling, submerged arc welding, riveting, cleaning, shipping and the like; due to the fact that the clamping size is small, clamping force is not enough, safety is extremely low when the lifting clamp is used, and finally the traditional lifting clamp cannot be used. Even if the chain and the steel wire rope are used for binding, hoisting and overturning, the operation efficiency is extremely low. Therefore, how to solve the problem of safe and efficient lifting in the manufacturing process is critical.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a balance lifting appliance for welding H-shaped steel according to the special size hole of the H-shaped steel. The balance lifting appliance is used for manufacturing the narrow flange plate H-shaped steel, and effectively ensures that the overturning component is lifted safely, reliably, conveniently and efficiently in the manufacturing process.
In order to solve the above disadvantages, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a balance lifting appliance for welding H-shaped steel comprises clamps, a balance beam web plate, a balance beam wing plate, clamp handles, fastening elements and lifting holes; the clamp handles are fixed through a fastening element; the upper end of the clamp handle is provided with a hanging hole; the forceps handles are connected through a fastening element; the lower end of the clamp handle is provided with a balance beam wing plate; the lower end of the balance beam wing plate is provided with a clamp; the clamp is of a hollow cavity structure; the lower end of the balance beam wing plate is provided with a balance beam web plate; the balance beam web is in the hollow cavity of the clamp hair.
Further, the fastening element comprises a fastening bolt and a fastening nut; the fastening nut is screwed on the fastening bolt.
Further, the fastening element is arranged at 1/3-1/2 distance from the top end of the forceps handle.
Furthermore, the distance from the lifting hole to the bottom of the clamp is 300-1000 mm.
Furthermore, the clamp, the balance beam web plate, the balance beam wing plate and the clamp handle are all made of steel.
