The invention discloses a full-automatic hydrocarbon cleaning and fixing device for a rotor.A bottom supporting seat is fixed at the center of a tray through an inner hexagonal cylinder head screw; the middle support is inserted and penetrates through the bottom supporting seat and is fixed on the tray through an outer hexagonal nut; the left fixing frame and the right fixing frame are arranged on two sides of the bottom supporting seat and are fixed on the tray through screws; the side connecting plate is fixed on the left fixing frame and the right fixing frame through inner hexagonal socket head cap screws; a central hole of the rotor penetrates through the middle support, the end of a shaft neck is matched with the spigot end of the bottom support seat, the top support seat is inserted into the grate plate end of the middle support, and the upper pressure plate is arranged on the middle support on the top support seat and is fastened and locked on the middle support through an outer hexagon nut; the hanging rings are arranged on the edges of the two sides of the tray; the top ends of the left fixing frame and the right fixing frame are respectively provided with a clamping ring, and the clamping rings rotate 90 degrees and are used for compressing and locking the upper pressing plate. According to the drawings of fig. 1-4, a full-automatic hydrocarbon cleaning and fixing device for a rotor comprises a tray 1, a left fixing frame 2, a right fixing frame 3, a bottom supporting seat 4, a side connecting plate 5, a middle supporting seat 6, a top supporting seat 7, an upper pressing plate 8 and a hanging ring 14;
the tray 1 is a rectangular plate, and a plurality of threaded holes are distributed in the center circumference;
the bottom supporting seat 4 is fixed at the center of the tray 1 through an inner hexagonal cylindrical head screw a;
the middle support 6 is inserted through the bottom support seat 4 and fixed on the tray 1 through an outer hexagon nut a;
the left fixing frame 2 and the right fixing frame 3 are arranged on two sides of the bottom supporting seat 4 and are fixed on the tray 1 through screws;

1. A full-automatic hydrocarbon cleaning and fixing device for a rotor is characterized by comprising a tray, a left fixing frame, a right fixing frame, a bottom supporting seat, a side connecting plate, a middle support, a top supporting seat, an upper pressing plate and a hanging ring;
the tray is a rectangular plate, and a plurality of threaded holes are distributed in the center circumference of the tray;
the bottom supporting seat is fixed at the center of the tray through an inner hexagonal cylindrical head screw;
the middle support penetrates through the bottom supporting seat in an inserted mode and is fixed on the tray through an outer hexagonal nut;
the left fixing frame and the right fixing frame are arranged on two sides of the bottom supporting seat and are fixed on the tray through screws;
the side connecting plate is fixed on the left fixing frame and the right fixing frame through inner hexagonal socket head cap screws;
a central hole of the rotor penetrates through the middle support, the end of a shaft neck is matched with the spigot end of the bottom support seat, the top support seat is inserted into the grate plate end of the middle support, and the upper pressure plate is arranged on the middle support on the top support seat and is fastened and locked on the middle support through an outer hexagon nut;
