The gun opening assembly 6 comprises a swing arm 64, a first cylinder 62 with an output shaft facing a hand gun trigger 82, and a second cylinder 63 vertically fixed on the gun washing box body 3, wherein the rear end of the swing arm 64 is hinged on the gun washing box body 3, the first cylinder 62 is fixed on the swing arm 64, the output shaft of the second cylinder 63 faces upwards and pushes the bottom surface of the swing arm 64 upwards, an air inlet of the first cylinder 62 is communicated with a C air outlet of a two-position five-way air control valve 92, an electromagnetic valve 93 is connected in series between the air inlet of the second cylinder 63 and an external air source 91, the electromagnetic valve 93 is in a normally closed state, and when a cleaning signal is received, the electromagnetic valve 93 is conducted.
An output shaft of the first cylinder 62 is fixed with a thimble 61 for pushing the hand gun trigger 82.
The front end top of the gun washing box cover 2 is provided with a spring shaft cylinder 13, two locking heads 12 and two handles 11, the spring shaft cylinder 13 is transversely fixed at the front end top of the gun washing box cover 2, the two locking heads 12 are respectively clamped at two sides of the gun washing box body 3, two ends of the spring shaft cylinder 13 are respectively sleeved on the two locking heads 12, two U-shaped holes corresponding to the two locking heads 12 are formed in the spring shaft cylinder 13, and the two handles 11 respectively penetrate through the two U-shaped holes on the spring shaft cylinder 13 and are inserted into the locking heads 12 at two sides.
The bottom of the gun seat 7 is provided with a closed waste material barrel 4 for containing the solvent after cleaning the hand spray gun.
The rear end of the gun washing box body 3 is provided with the mounting frame 1 which is used for being hung on a wall, so that the gun washing box body 3 can be conveniently hung on the wall, and the hand spray gun 81 can be automatically cleaned.
Working principle:
s1, simultaneously pressing two handles 11 to open the locking heads 12 on two sides of the gun washing box body 3 and open the gun washing box cover 2;
s2, inserting the gun head of the hand spray gun 81 downwards into the gun inserting groove 71 of the gun seat 7, covering the gun washing box cover 2 tightly, and fixing the hand spray gun 81 on the gun seat 7 through the inverted V-shaped gun pressing block 57;
s3, tightly covering the gun washing box cover 2, pressing the first mechanical switch valve 8 by the gun washing box cover 2, conducting the first mechanical switch valve 8, pressing the gun pressing block 57 downwards to the gun stock of the hand gun, pressing the gun pressing block limiting piece 54 on the gun pressing block 57 upwards to press the second mechanical switch valve 9, and conducting the second mechanical switch valve 9;
s4, an air signal port of the two-position five-way air control valve 90 is communicated with an external air source 91, an air inlet A of the two-position five-way air control valve 90 is communicated with an air outlet C, the atomized air stop valve 10 is closed, atomized air stops to be connected into the hand spray gun 81, the output shaft of the first air cylinder 62 extends out towards one side of the hand spray gun 81, and the pressure switch is turned on;
s5, sending out a cleaning signal, conducting an electromagnetic valve 93, enabling a second cylinder 63 to move upwards and enabling a jacking swing arm 64 to swing upwards, enabling a thimble 61 on an output shaft of a first cylinder 62 to jack a hand spray gun trigger 82, enabling a hand spray gun 81 to be in a gun-opening state, and spraying cleaning solvent out of a gun opening of the hand spray gun 81;
s6, spraying the solvent after cleaning the hand spray gun 81 on the cleaning cavity 72, automatically flowing into the sealed waste material barrel 4 along the cleaning cavity 72, and completing cleaning of the hand spray gun 81;
s7, simultaneously pressing down the two handles 11 to open the locking heads 12 at the two sides of the gun washing box body 3 and open the gun washing box cover 2;
s8, the hand spray gun 81 is taken out, the second mechanical switch valve 9 is closed, the air signal port of the two-position five-way air control valve 90 stops ventilation, and the air inlet A and the air outlet B of the two-position five-way air control valve 90 are communicated;
s9, tightly covering the gun washing box cover 2, pressing the gun washing box cover 2 against the first mechanical switch valve 8, conducting the atomized air stop valve 10, and connecting the atomized air into the hand spray gun.
