Referring to fig. 3, with reference to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the back palm plate 200 further includes a second filler strip 202 and a second spring; the second filling strip 202 can slidably extend into the second matching strip 201 along the width direction of the pedal 11, and a far infrared heating sheet is arranged on one side, facing the top of the pedal 11, of the second filling strip 202; the second spring is connected between the second filler strip 202 and the second mating strip 201, so that the second filler strip 202 has a tendency to move relative to the second mating strip 201 to spring out toward the adjacent second mating strip 201; a second pressed part is arranged at one end of the second filling strip 202 close to the front palm plate 100, a second abutting part is arranged at one end of the first matching strip 101 close to the rear palm plate 200, and the second abutting part is used for abutting against the second pressed part, so that the second filling strip 202 returns to the second matching strip 201.
Specifically, one side of the second matching strip 201 close to the adjacent second matching strip 201 is provided with a second mounting groove, the second filling strip 202 is embedded in the second mounting groove in a sliding manner, a second spring is connected between the end of the second filling strip 202 and the inner wall of the second mounting groove, one end of the second spring is connected with the second filling strip 202, the other end of the second spring is connected with the inner wall of the second mounting groove, the length direction of the second spring is along the width direction of the pedal 11, and the extension direction of the second spring is along the width direction of the pedal 11. Normally, the second filler strip 202 is ejected out of the second mounting groove by the second spring. Specifically, a second stop portion is arranged in the second mounting groove, a second boss is arranged on the side portion of the second filler strip 202, and the second stop portion of the second filler strip 202 cannot be continuously ejected out of the second mounting groove after abutting against the second boss, that is, a part of the second stop portion is always remained in the second mounting groove. In the process that first cooperation strip 101 withdraws from second cooperation groove 203 gradually, when first cooperation strip 101 staggers with second packing strip 202, second packing strip 202 pops out the second mounting groove under the effect of second spring to expose the far infrared heating piece on second packing strip 202, the palm board 200 after jointly covering with the far infrared heating piece on second cooperation strip 201, in order to provide more sufficient heating heat. It should be noted that one second filler strip 202 is disposed on one side of each second fitting strip 201, and all second filler strips 202 are ejected out of the second fitting groove from the same side of the second fitting strip 201.
When the first matching strip 101 can slidably extend into the second matching groove 203, the second pressing part presses against the second pressed part, the first matching strip 101 continues to move, the second filling strip 202 is gradually pressed and retreated into the second matching strip 201, and heat between the second matching grooves 203 is provided by the far infrared heating sheet on the first matching strip 101.
Specifically, the second pressed portion is an inclined surface, the second pressing portion is a plane, and the second pressed portion receives an acting force of the second pressing portion along the length direction of the pedal 11 and can move along the width direction of the pedal 11, so that the second filling bar 202 retracts into the second matching bar 201.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the rear palm plate 200 further includes a third spring 230, and the limiting hole 111 is opened at the side of the front palm plate 100; the side of the rear palm plate 200 is provided with an installation hole 220 extending along the width direction of the pedal 11, the limiting part 210 is slidably matched with the installation hole 220, and the third spring 230 is connected between the limiting part 210 and the installation hole 220, so that the limiting part 210 has a tendency of moving towards the limiting hole 111; the mounting hole 220 is provided with a first clamping position 112 and a second clamping position 113, the limiting part 210 is provided with a convex part 211 which is matched with the first clamping position 112 and the second clamping position 113 respectively, and when the convex part 211 is clamped into the first clamping position 112, the limiting part 210 returns to the mounting hole 220; when the protrusion 211 is engaged with the second detent 113, the position-limiting portion 210 is engaged with the position-limiting hole 111 by the third spring 230.
Referring to fig. 5, specifically, the first locking portion 112 and the second locking portion 113 are circumferentially spaced apart from each other along the mounting hole 220; the first detent 112 and the second detent 113 extend in the width direction of the pedal 11, and the extension length of the first detent 112 in the width direction of the pedal 11 is smaller than the extension length of the second detent 113 in the width direction of the pedal 11. Specifically, the first detent 112 and the second detent 113 are disposed at one end of the mounting hole 220 away from the limiting hole 111, and the end away from the limiting hole 111 is open.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, specifically, the position-limiting portion 210 is a position-limiting column, the third spring 230 is sleeved on the periphery of the position-limiting column, and the third spring 230 is located between the outer wall of the position-limiting column and the inner wall of the mounting hole 220. Specifically, the mounting hole 220 is provided with a first step portion 221 departing from the limiting hole 111, the limiting post is provided with a second step portion 212 departing from the limiting hole 111, the limiting post is inserted from one end of the mounting hole 220 far away from the limiting hole 111, the third spring 230 is sleeved on the limiting post from one end of the mounting hole 220 far away from the limiting hole 111, and one end of the third spring 230 props against the second step portion 212, then, the fixing ring 240 is fixed to the first step 221 and abuts against the third spring 230, that is, one end of the third spring 230, which is far away from the limiting hole 111, abuts against the fixing ring 240, one end of the third spring 230, which is close to the limiting hole 111, abuts against the second step 212, the third spring 230 enables the limiting column to have a tendency of moving towards the limiting hole 111, the protrusion 211 is matched with the first clip 112 and the second clip 113, the limiting column cannot be separated from the mounting hole 220, and has a tendency of moving towards one end of the mounting hole 220, which is far away from the limiting hole 111. Specifically, the first step portion 221 is away from the stopper hole 111 with respect to the second step portion 212.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, a limiting plate 110 extending along the length of the pedal 11 is disposed at a side portion of the front sole plate 100, and a limiting hole 111 is formed in the limiting plate 110; the side of the back plate 200 where the limiting part 210 is arranged is in sliding fit with the limiting plate 110. The limiting plate 110 is used for providing a limiting hole 111, and one end of the limiting column, which is far away from the limiting hole 111, extends out of the limiting hole 111, so that the first blocking position 112 and the second blocking position 113 can be conveniently blocked from the external operation protrusion 211 of the back palm plate 200.
In this embodiment, the thermal therapeutic device 10 for sarcopenia further comprises a temperature sensor and a controller electrically connected, the controller being electrically connected to the far infrared heating sheet; the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the foot and transmits the temperature to the controller, and the controller adjusts the heating temperature of the far infrared heating plate according to the obtained temperature of the foot; the front palm plate 100 and the rear palm plate 200 are each provided with a measurement contact electrically connected to a temperature sensor. The body surface temperature is measured to prevent low temperature scald.
The thermal therapeutic device 10 for sarcopenia provided by the present embodiment has at least the following advantages:
the thermotherapy device 10 for treating sarcopenia heats the feet of a patient, is beneficial to promoting the blood oxygen supply of the patient, improving the capillary oxygen transportation amount, and improving the muscle function of the sarcopenia patient, thereby solving the problem of lacking an external device in the treatment process of sarcopenia.
Meanwhile, the half sole plate 100 and the rear sole plate 200 are slidably engaged and can be moved close to and away from each other, and can be fixed and separated by the engagement of the limiting hole 111 and the limiting portion 210, and the length, i.e., the size of the pedal 11 can be adjusted to adapt to the sizes of feet of different patients.
The first filling strips 102 and the second filling strips 202 are arranged, so that the front palm plate 100 and the back palm plate 200 can still have enough coverage of the far infrared heating sheets after the front palm plate 100 and the back palm plate 200 are pulled apart, and the heating effect is ensured.

1. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia, comprising:
a pedal; the pedal comprises a front palm plate and a rear palm plate which are sequentially arranged, and the front palm plate and the rear palm plate are matched in a sliding manner along the length direction of the pedal;
the pedal comprises a front palm plate, a rear palm plate and a plurality of limiting holes, wherein the number of the limiting holes is multiple, the limiting holes are sequentially arranged in the front palm plate along the length direction of the pedal, the limiting parts are arranged in the rear palm plate, and the limiting parts are clamped in the limiting holes, so that the front palm plate and the rear palm plate are relatively fixed; or the limiting part is separated from the limiting hole, so that the front palm plate and the rear palm plate slide relatively;
a far infrared heating sheet; the far infrared heating plate is arranged on the surfaces of the front palm plate and the rear palm plate.
2. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
a plurality of first matching strips are arranged at one end, close to the rear palm plate, of the front palm plate, a first matching groove is formed between every two adjacent first matching strips, and the first matching grooves are arranged towards one end of the rear palm plate and the top of the first matching grooves in an opening mode;
a plurality of second matching strips are arranged at one end, close to the front palm plate, of the rear palm plate, a second matching groove is formed between every two adjacent second matching strips, and the second matching grooves are arranged towards one end of the front palm plate and the top of the second matching grooves in an opening mode;
first cooperation strip with second cooperation groove sliding fit, second cooperation strip with first cooperation groove sliding fit, first cooperation strip with the surface setting of second cooperation strip far infrared heating plate.
3. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the bottom of the first matching groove corresponding to the middle part of the pedal is arranged in an open mode;
the bottom of the second matching strip corresponding to the middle part of the pedal is far away from the top of the pedal relative to the bottom of the rest second matching strip and is coplanar with the bottom of the first matching strip.
4. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the front palm plate also comprises a first filling strip and a first spring;
the first filling strip can slidably extend into the first matching strip along the width direction of the pedal, and a far infrared heating sheet is arranged on one side, facing the top of the pedal, of the first filling strip;
the first spring is connected between the first filling strip and the first matching strip so that the first filling strip has a movement tendency which is popped out towards the adjacent first matching strip relative to the first matching strip;
one end, close to the back palm plate, of the first filling strip is provided with a first pressed part, one end, close to the front palm plate, of the second matching strip is provided with a first pressing part, and the first pressing part is used for pressing the first pressed part in a pressing mode, so that the first filling strip returns into the first matching strip.
5. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the rear palm plate also comprises a second filling strip and a second spring;
the second filling strip can slidably extend into the second matching strip along the width direction of the pedal, and a far infrared heating sheet is arranged on one side, facing the top of the pedal, of the second filling strip;
the second spring is connected between the second filling strip and the second matching strip so that the second filling strip has a movement tendency which is popped out towards the adjacent second matching strip relative to the second matching strip;
and a second pressed part is arranged at one end, close to the front palm plate, of the second filling strip, a second abutting part is arranged at one end, close to the rear palm plate, of the first matching strip, and the second abutting part is used for abutting against the second pressed part, so that the second filling strip returns into the second matching strip.
6. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 5, wherein:
the rear palm plate further comprises a third spring, and the limiting hole is formed in the side portion of the front palm plate;
the side part of the rear palm plate is provided with a mounting hole extending along the width direction of the pedal, the limiting part is matched with the mounting hole in a sliding way, and the third spring is connected between the limiting part and the mounting hole so that the limiting part has a tendency of moving towards the limiting hole;
the mounting hole is provided with a first clamping position and a second clamping position, the limiting part is provided with a protruding part which is matched with the first clamping position and the second clamping position respectively, and when the protruding part is clamped into the first clamping position, the limiting part returns to the mounting hole; when the bulge is clamped into the second clamping position, the limiting part is clamped into the limiting hole under the action of the third spring.
7. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
the first clamping positions and the second clamping positions are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole;
the first clamping position and the second clamping position extend along the width direction of the pedal, and the extension length of the first clamping position along the width direction of the pedal is smaller than that of the second clamping position along the width direction of the pedal.
8. A thermal treatment device for treating sarcopenia as claimed in claim 7, wherein:
the first clamping position and the second clamping position are arranged at one end, far away from the limiting hole, of the mounting hole, and one end, far away from the limiting hole, of the mounting hole is opened.

a limiting plate extending along the length of the pedal is arranged on the side part of the front palm plate, and the limiting hole is formed in the limiting plate;
the rear palm plate is provided with a side part of the limiting part in sliding fit with the limiting plate.

the thermotherapy device for treating sarcopenia also comprises a temperature sensor and a controller which are electrically connected, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the far infrared heating sheet;
the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the feet and transmits the temperature to the controller, and the controller adjusts the heating temperature of the far infrared heating plate according to the obtained temperature of the feet;
the front palm plate and the rear palm plate are both provided with measuring contacts electrically connected with the temperature sensor.
