After the disinfection and sterilization are finished, the controller 14 turns off the ozone generator 4, the heater 12 is started, the fan 11 works, the fan 11 sucks air from the cabinet through the air inlet pipeline 8, the air in the cabinet passes through the air temperature sensor 9 and then passes through the air filter 10 to filter dust, then the air in the cabinet is heated by the heater 12 and then is sprayed out of hot air into the cabinet through the air outlet pipeline 13, the air in the cabinet is circularly filtered and heated to 60 ℃ required for killing mites, the controller 14 keeps the temperature in the cabinet stable at 60 ℃ through the air temperature sensor 8 to kill the mites, the controller 14 stops the heating function of the heater 12, but controls the fan 11 to continue working, and the air in the cabinet is continuously circularly filtered. The controller 14 opens the sweeping motor 33, the small rotary arm 36 on the small output shaft of the sweeping motor 33 drives the sliding rod 38 to do reciprocating linear motion through the small pull rod 37, the sliding rod 38 drives the rocker arm 42 to do circular arc swing through the small connecting rod 40, the air nozzle 32 arranged on the nozzle seat rod 42 under the rocker arm 42, the controller 14 opens the fifth electromagnetic valve 49 and the sixth electromagnetic valve 51 intermittently, the air nozzle 32 sprays high-pressure air intermittently to sweep and blow the surface of the bedding lapped on the split type bedding hanging frame, meanwhile, the air nozzles 32 on the hanger bar 28 also intermittently spray air, blow the inner surface of the bedding by high-pressure air flow, at the same time, the exhaust pipe electromagnetic valve 53 on the exhaust pipe 52 is opened to exhaust outwards, the air pressure inside and outside the cabinet is kept balanced, therefore, the air sprayed by the air nozzle 32 can more powerfully blow the bedding, and the air which is mixed with dust, the human skin and the mite corpse is filtered and purified by the air filter 10 and then circulates in the cabinet. After all the procedures are finished, the operator opens the cabinet door and takes away the bedding. The air cleaner 10 is removed and cleaned and then installed in place again to prepare for the next purification operation.
Example 2:
