The motor control module is used for controlling the starting and the closing of the vibration motor.
As shown in fig. 4, the main control module 31 includes a main control chip U1, and the main control chip U1 adopts an MC89F7642A0Y chip from shanghai sandiskei microelectronics gmbh. The chip provides abundant external transmission interfaces, can meet the resource requirements of the system on software and hardware, and is an industrial chip with stable and reliable performance. The power pin of the main control chip U1 is connected with the +3V power output end of the power module, and the grounding pin of the main control chip U1 is grounded; one end of the capacitor C8 is grounded, and the other end is connected with a power supply pin of the main control chip U1.
The power module 32 includes a charging circuit and a 3V output power circuit.
As shown in fig. 5-1, the charging circuit includes a charging chip U2 and a connector J1, the connector J1 is a four-pin connector, and the charging chip U2 is a charging chip model TP4056P manufactured by shenzhen full electronic group ltd; the power supply pin and the CE pin of the charging chip U2 are connected with a 5V input power supply, and the grounding pin and the TEMP pin of the charging chip U2 are grounded; one end of the resistor R1 is grounded, and the other end is connected with a PROG pin of the charging chip U2; the 1 pin of plug connector connects BAT pin of charging chip U2 and is connected with the lithium battery positive pole, 2 pins of plug connector ground, 3 pins, 4 pins of plug connector are connected with the lithium battery positive pole. The CHRG pin of the charging chip U2 is connected with the 18 pins of the main control chip U1, and the STDBY pin of the charging chip U2 is connected with the 12 pins of the main control chip U1.
As shown in fig. 5-2, the 3V output power circuit includes a power chip U4, the power chip U4 is selected from the power chips of model XC6206P332MR of tesishi semiconductor corporation; one end of the capacitor C2 and the capacitor C6 are connected in parallel and then connected with the VIN pin of the power chip U4 and then connected with the anode of the lithium battery, and the other end of the capacitor C2 and the capacitor C6 are connected in parallel and then connected with the VSS pin of the power chip U4 and then connected with the ground; one end of the capacitor C7 is connected with the VOUT pin of the power chip U4 to serve as a 3V output end of the 3V output power circuit; the other terminal of the capacitor C7 is connected to ground.
The micro-current module 33 comprises an electrode pulse boosting circuit and an electrode pulse control circuit.
As shown in fig. 6-1, the electrode pulse booster circuit is controlled by the main control module; WDL is a network label, two ends of the WDL are respectively connected with two ends of WDL in the electrode pulse control circuit, and the other end of the inductor L1 is connected with the anode of the diode D5 and then connected with the collector of the triode Q1; one end of the resistor R2 is connected with the pin 13 of the main control chip U1, and the other end of the resistor R2 is connected with one end of the resistor R9 and then connected with the base electrode of the triode Q1; the other end of the resistor R9 is connected with the emitter of the triode Q1 and then grounded; one end of the capacitor C5 and one end of the resistor R3 are connected with the negative electrode of the diode D5; the other end of the capacitor C5 is grounded; the other end of the resistor R3 is connected to ground.
As shown in fig. 6-2, the electrode pulse control circuit is controlled by the main control module, and includes a first pair of external output ports J3 and a second pair of external output ports J4; one end of the resistor R12 is connected with the pin 7 of the main control chip U1, and the other end of the resistor R12 is connected with the base electrode of the triode Q3; one end of the resistor R13 is connected with the pin 8 of the main control chip U1, and the other end of the resistor R13 is connected with the base level of the triode Q4; the emitter of the triode Q3 and the emitter of the triode Q4 are grounded; the collector of the triode Q3 is connected with one end of the resistor R21, and the collector of the triode Q4 is connected with one end of the resistor R14; the other end of the resistor R21 is connected with one end of the resistor R27 and then is connected with the base electrode of the triode Q5; the other end of the resistor R14 and one end of the resistor R23 are connected with the base electrode of the triode Q8; the other end of the resistor R27, one end of the resistor R28 and the emitter of the triode Q6 are connected and then connected with the emitter of the triode Q5; the other end of the resistor R23, an emitter of the triode Q8 and a collector of the triode Q5 are connected with a first pair of external output ports J3 of the output end; the other end of the resistor R28 is connected with one end of the resistor R22 and then is connected with the base electrode of the triode Q6; a collector of the triode Q6, one end of the resistor R24 and one end of an emitter of the triode Q7 are connected and then connected with the second pair of external output ports J4; the other end of the resistor R22 is connected with the collector of the triode Q4, and the collector of the triode Q3 is connected with one end of the resistor R15; the other end of the resistor R24 is connected with the other end of the resistor R15 and then is connected with the base electrode of the triode Q7; the collector of the triode Q7, the collector of the triode Q8 and one end of the resistor R4 are connected with the negative electrode of the diode D6; the other end of the resistor R4 is connected with the base of a triode Q9; the collector of the triode Q9 and the anode of the diode D6 are grounded after being connected; one end of the resistor R11 is connected with a 3V input power supply, and the other end of the resistor R11 is connected with the collector of the triode Q9 and then connected with the pin 4 of the main control chip U1.
As shown in FIG. 7, the hot and cold compress module 34 includes a DC bi-directional motor drive circuit U11, which is selected from the group consisting of RZ78888 DC bi-directional motor drive circuit available from Cinery microelectronics, Inc., having built-in diodes that discharge reverse rush current of an inductive load. The red LED and the blue LED circuits are not shown in the figure.
As shown in fig. 9, the indicator light module 36 includes eight light emitting diodes. The cathode of the diode D1, the cathode of the diode D3 and the cathode of the diode D7 are respectively connected with the 12 pins of the main control chip U1 through a resistor R16, a resistor R18 and a resistor R30; the anode of the diode D1 is connected with the pin 8 of the main control chip U1, the anode of the diode D3 is connected with the pin 7 of the main control chip U1, and the anode of the diode D7 is connected with the pin 4 of the main control chip U1; the cathode of the diode D8, the cathode of the diode D9 and the cathode of the diode D11 are respectively connected with the pin 6 of the main control chip U1 through a resistor R31, a resistor R32 and a resistor R34; the anode of the diode D8 is connected with the pin 4 of the main control chip U1, the anode of the diode D9 is connected with the pin 7 of the main control chip U1, and the anode of the diode D11 is connected with the pin 8 of the main control chip U1; the cathode of the diode D10 is connected with the 11 pin of the main control chip through the resistor R33, and the anode of the diode D10 is connected with the 3V input power supply. The anode of the diode D2 is connected with the collector of the triode Q15; the negative electrode of the diode D2 is connected with the collector of the triode Q16 through the resistor R17, the emitter of the triode Q16 is grounded, and the base of the triode Q16 is connected with the pin 8 of the main control chip U1 through the resistor R49.
As shown in fig. 10, the key module 37 includes a four-corner touch key K1. Pins 1 and 2 of the K1 are grounded, and pins 3 and 4 are connected and then connected with an IO pin with an interrupt function of the main control chip U1.
As shown in fig. 11, the buzzer module 38 includes a buzzer BP1, and pin 1 of the buzzer BP1 is connected to the negative electrode of the diode D20 and then connected to the battery; a pin 2 of the buzzer BP1 is connected with the anode of a diode D20 and then connected with the collector of a triode Q13; the emitter of the transistor Q13 is grounded, and the base of the transistor Q13 is connected with the pin 5 of the main control chip U1 through a resistor R8.
As shown in fig. 12, the motor control module 39 includes a motor J8, wherein pins 3 and 4 of the motor J8 are connected to a 3V input power supply, pin 2 of the motor J8 and the anode of the diode D21 are commonly connected to a battery, pin 1 of the motor J8 and the cathode of the diode D21 are connected to the collector of a transistor Q14, the emitter of the transistor Q14 is grounded, and the base of the transistor Q14 is connected to pin 9 of the main control chip U1 through a resistor R46.
The other pins are vacant.
The use method comprises the following steps: when the equipment is started and switched to a vibration mode, the vibration motor 11 rotates to drive the massager to vibrate, and vibration massage is realized.
