Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of physiotherapy devices (A61H 23/02) with electric or magnetic driven beating or vibration massage, in particular to a V-surface cleaning instrument.
Background
The prior art discloses numerous facial massagers that effectively and conveniently provide stimulation and/or massage to virtually every part of the body.
The facial massager may be implemented in several ways. Some facial massagers include a motor for providing continuous vibration. Other facial massagers include a motor that provides pulsed vibration, or use an electromagnetic motor with eccentric weights to generate the vibration for massage. These facial massagers are typically implemented at a fixed frequency and vibration pattern.
While providing vibration, the ability to massage, stimulate and/or treat various parts of the human body is limited. The skin, muscle and tissue will adapt to the continuous or regular vibration stimulation, thereby reducing the stimulation and/or activation to which the muscle and tissue is subjected.
Stochastic resonance has been shown to prevent skin, muscle and/or tissue from adapting to vibratory stimuli, resulting in better effects on the stimulated and/or activated parts of the body. The stochastic resonance mode of vibration provides a stochastic component to the vibration process of the facial massager such that each vibration imparted to the skin, muscle, and/or tissue is unpredictable, thereby preventing the skin, muscle, and/or tissue from adapting to such stimuli, thereby improving the activation, massage, and/or stimulation of the skin, muscle, and/or tissue. Thus, the stochastic resonance vibration mode may help strengthen the muscles under the skin, massage the face, promote facial symmetry, and inject oxygen into the skin without damaging the skin surface by causing the target region to react more strongly than under conventional vibration stimulation.
Accordingly, there is a need for a facial massager that provides more complex vibratory patterns, such as stochastic resonance vibratory patterns, to massage, activate, stimulate and/or treat multiple parts of the human body.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can form a new embodiment without logical contradiction or error in the technical contents.
Referring to fig. 1 to 41, according to a first embodiment of the V-surface cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the V-surface cleaning apparatus includes a main body 100 and a V-shaped antenna massaging part 200, wherein the V-shaped antenna massaging part 200 is fixedly attached to a head of the main body 100. As shown in fig. 10, 11, 32, 34, the body 100 has a general shapeEgg-shaped appearance. To facilitate the installation of the internal parts, the body 100 may be assembled from two separate half shells. Alternatively, for ease of molding manufacture, with reference to fig. 12-14, the body 100 may be composed of three parts: an upper half shell, a lower half shell, and a head cover. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the V-shaped antenna massage component 200 is in the form of a double mushroom head, and its fixation to the body 100 can start from a depression of the V-shape, preferably using screws, optionally in the form of snap-in grooves. Fig. 4 to 9 are six-side views of the V-face cleaning apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1 and 31, the main body 100 includes a vibration part installed inside the main body 100. It will be appreciated that the vibration member may be a vibration motor.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the V-shaped antenna massage unit 200 includes an antenna fork 10 and two rollers 13, wherein the antenna fork 10 includes two fork bodies 17, and the rollers 13 are respectively mounted on the fork bodies 17 of the antenna fork 10 in a freely rotatable manner. It will be appreciated that the free rotation may be achieved by means of rolling bearings, sliding bearings, or in the manner described below. The antenna fork 10 is similar to the two-antenna form of a snail, and the angle between the two prongs of the antenna fork 10 may be between 30 and 120 degrees, preferably 60 or 90 degrees. The antenna fork 10 is formed, for example, by injection molding from a polymer material.
Referring to fig. 1, 31 and 41, the vibration unit includes a vibration motor 4, wherein the vibration motor 4 can generate mechanical vibration which is divided into two by the fork body 17 of the antenna fork 10 and combined with the free rotation of the roller into a massage motion. It can be understood that the vibration motor can be a direct current brush motor, an eccentric wheel is arranged on a motor shaft, and when the motor rotates, a point at the center of a circle of the eccentric wheel is not on the center of a circle of the motor, so that the motor is in a continuous unbalance losing state, and mechanical vibration is caused by inertia. The technical effect of the feeler fork 10 is to disperse the mechanical shock energy at different angles and, in combination with the free-rotation movement of the roller, the roller thus forms a complex mechanical movement.
In other words, the mechanical vibration generated by the vibration motor 4 in the main body 100 is transmitted to the antenna fork 10 fixedly connected to the main body 100, the two fork bodies 17 of the antenna fork 10 obtain partial vibration energy and vibration motion, respectively, and the vibration motion of the fork bodies 17 is combined with the free rotation motion to form a massage motion. The V-surface cleaning instrument is also called as a V-surface cleaning massage instrument, a V-shaped massager and the like.
Referring to fig. 35, 37 and 39, when the user activates the power button 21, the vibration motor 4 generates mechanical vibration, holds the main body 100 with one hand, and presses the V-shaped antenna massage part 200 against the skin of the human body and pushes the roller 13 to roll back and forth on the skin, thereby achieving the effect of massage movement on the human body due to the superposition of the mechanical vibration.
Preferably, referring to fig. 12 to 14, the main body 100 of the V-surface cleaning instrument comprises a surface shell 1 and a bottom shell 2, wherein the surface shell 1 and the bottom shell 2 are fixedly connected together by shell cover screws and form a host chamber 18. Fig. 13 shows four housing cover fixing hole seats 22, fig. 15 shows four housing cover fixing apertures 23, and four housing cover screws pass through the four housing cover fixing apertures 23 to fix the face housing 1 to the bottom housing 2. It will be appreciated that the number of the set screws may be 2, 3, or 5, and the number of the housing cover fixing apertures 23 and the housing cover fixing hole seats 22 may be 2, 3, or 5, respectively. This arrangement ensures that the face-piece 1 and the base-piece 2 are tightly sealed and secured together, preventing water and dust from entering the host compartment 18.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 31, 40 and 41, the V-plane cleaning apparatus further includes a host circuit board 6, wherein the host circuit board 6 and the vibration motor 4 are installed in the host compartment 18 of the main body 100, the host circuit board 6 and the vibration motor 4 are electrically connected, and the host circuit board 6 controls the vibration motor 4 to generate mechanical vibration. Fig. 13 shows two motor fixing hole seats 24 and two main board fixing hole seats 25 for fixing the vibration motor 4 and the main board 6 by screws, respectively. It will be appreciated that the vibrating motor 4 may be secured using an elastic strap such as rubber , and the host circuit board 6 may also be secured by adhesive. Such a configuration facilitates safe and reliable operation of the vibration motor 4 and the host circuit board 6.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, the V-face cleaning apparatus further includes a silicone sleeve 3, wherein the silicone sleeve 3 is sleeved on the main body 100, as shown in fig. 2, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, the silicone sleeve 3 has a cleaning brush 19 on a first surface 31, the cleaning brush 19 is composed of a silica gel column array, and the silicone sleeve 3 has an anti-slip rib 20 on a second surface 32. As shown in fig. 7, the silica gel column array is formed in a pattern of concentric circles or rings. It is to be understood that the pattern of the cleaning brush body 19 may be square, diamond, heart, snowflake, hexagon, etc. Fig. 3 shows that the plurality of anti-slip ribs 20 are parallel to each other and aligned with the head plane direction of the body 100. It will be appreciated that the non-slip ribs 20 may be in various patterns, such as diagonal, cross-hatch, circular arrays. The technical scheme is favorable for driving the bristles of the cleaning brush body 19, namely the silica gel column array to vibrate by means of the vibration motor 4, so that the back-and-forth friction motion is generated on the surface of a human body, and the cleaning effect of cleaning the skin is achieved.
