the axes of the horizontal cloth guide roller 3, the lower traction roller of the traction roller group 5 and the lower calender roller of the calender roller group 10 are on the same horizontal plane, the conveyer belt 8 is positioned between the lower traction roller of the traction roller group 5 and the lower calender roller of the calender roller group 10, and the conveyer belt 8 passes through the drying box 9; the axes of the upper drawing roll of the drawing roll group 5 and the upper calender roll of the calender roll group 10 are on the same horizontal plane; the lower cloth guide roller 2 is positioned below the feeding side of the horizontal cloth guide roller 3; the feeding device 4 is positioned above the horizontal cloth guide roller 3 and the lower drawing roller of the drawing roller group 5; the axes of the upper cloth guide roll 7 and the upper and lower draw rolls of the draw roll group 5 are in a longitudinal plane perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

The heat of the drying box 9 further removes the moisture content of the wiping tissues, greatly reduces the risk of microorganism breeding of the wiping tissues and negates the necessity of adding preservatives to the wiping tissues.
When the cleaning towel is used, the wiping towel is wetted by using tap water and purified water which are available everywhere, the functional components between the two layers of base materials are quickly dissolved in water and separated out of the surfaces of the base materials, and the cleaning towel can directly act on the surfaces of objects and skin to realize the effects of cleaning, makeup removal, disinfection and the like.

the axes of the horizontal cloth guide roller, the lower traction roller of the traction roller set and the lower calender roller of the calender roller set are on the same horizontal plane, the conveyer belt is positioned between the lower traction roller of the traction roller set and the lower calender roller of the calender roller set, and the conveyer belt passes through the drying box; the axes of the upper traction roller of the traction roller set and the upper calender roller of the calender roller set are on the same horizontal plane; the lower cloth guide roller is positioned below the feeding side of the horizontal cloth guide roller; the feeding device is positioned above the horizontal cloth guide roller and the lower drawing roller of the drawing roller group; the axes of the upper cloth guide roller and the axes of the upper drawing roller and the lower drawing roller of the drawing roller group are on a longitudinal plane vertical to the horizontal plane.

the upper base material and the lower base material are attached and then wound on a winding device;
feeding on a feeding device;
(2) the traction roller set, the conveying belt, the calender roller set, the winding device and the feeding device work simultaneously, and a mixture of solid cleaning matters and solid glue in the feeding device is uniformly distributed on the lower base material; when the upper base material passes through the traction roller set, the upper base material is attached to the lower base material;
