Graphene barbecue device includes barbecue device main part and graphite alkene heating unit, graphite alkene heating unit set up in the barbecue face of barbecue device main part, wherein graphite alkene heating unit is used for providing the heat for barbecue device. Background
Current barbecue devices primarily use charcoal as a heat source for grilling. Barbecue using charcoal has open fire and is prone to accidents; and a lot of dust is generated to be stuck on the surface of the food materials when charcoal is used for roasting, so that the sanitation potential is generated; in addition, a lot of smoke is generated in the process of using charcoal for barbecue, and the barbecue experience is poor.
The existing electric barbecue device mainly adopts a resistance wire to generate heat. The heating efficiency of present resistance wire is not high and generate heat inhomogeneous, and the electric barbecue device is direct to be connected 220V's power can have certain potential safety hazard in addition. Both of these types of grilling devices are relatively bulky and not easily portable.
Therefore, there is a need for a safe, highly efficient thermal conversion and portable grilling appliance.

The invention mainly aims to provide a barbecue device which is safe, high in heat conversion efficiency and convenient to carry.
The invention provides a graphene barbecue device which comprises a barbecue device main body and a graphene heating unit, wherein the graphene heating unit is arranged on a barbecue surface of the barbecue device main body and is used for providing heat for the barbecue device.
Preferably, the graphene heating unit further comprises a heat conducting member, and the heat conducting member is covered on the surface of the graphene heating unit.
Preferably, the graphene heating units are graphene heating films, and the number of the graphene heating units is at least one.
Preferably, the barbecue device includes a loading plate and a supporting portion, one end of the supporting portion is connected with the bottom of the loading plate, and the supporting portion can be folded or unfolded around the end connected with the loading plate to form a predetermined angle.

The graphene barbecue apparatus 100 includes a barbecue apparatus body 10, a graphene heating unit 20, a heat conductive member 30, a control module 40, a display module 50, and a power supply 60. The graphene heating unit 20 and the heat conducting member 30 are sequentially disposed on the upper surface of the barbecue apparatus 10. The control module 40 is electrically connected to the display module 50 and the power supply 60, respectively.
The grilling device main body 10 includes a loading plate 11, a support part 12, and a hinge part 13. The hinge 13 is disposed at the bottom of the loading plate 11, and the support portion 12 is connected to the bottom of the loading plate 11 through the hinge 13 and can support the loading plate 11.
The carrier plate 11 is a plate-shaped structure, and the middle of the top surface of the carrier plate is recessed inwards to form a receiving portion 111. Of course, in other embodiments, the top surface of the bearing plate 11 may not include a receiving portion, and the invention is not limited thereto. The bearing plate 11 is made of a material which is not easy to conduct heat, for example, the bearing plate 11 may be made of one or more materials such as quartz sand, clay, magnesite, dolomite, and the like. The top surface of the loading plate 11 is a grilling surface for grilling.
The support portion 12 is connected to the carrier plate 11. In the present embodiment, the support portion 12 has a plate-shaped structure, and one end of the support plate 12 is connected to the bottom surface of the loading plate 11, and the loading plate 11 can rotate around the bottom surface of the loading plate 11 within a certain range. Preferably, the supporting portion 12 is hinged to the bearing plate 11. The support portion 12 can be folded and stored. That is, the support portion 12 can be attached to the bottom surface of the loading plate 11 and can rotate by a predetermined angle around the connection end with the loading plate 11, that is, the loading plate 11 can rotate within a certain angle range.
Referring to fig. 4, the hinge portion 13 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting plate 11 and is also connected to the supporting portion 12, so as to connect the supporting plate 12 to the supporting plate 11. The hinge 13 includes a hinge plate 131 and a stopper plate 132 interconnected with the hinge plate 131. The hinge plate 131 is connected to the support portion 12, and the support portion 12 is rotatable about the hinge plate 131. The stopper plate 132 serves to restrict the opening angle of the support 12, i.e., to open the support 12 by a predetermined angle. In the present embodiment, the number of the hinge portions 13 is four. Each supporting foot 11 corresponds to the hinge part 13 on the same side.
The graphene heating unit 20 is disposed in the accommodating portion 111. Further, the graphene heating unit 20 is attached to the accommodating portion 111. The graphene heating unit 20 is electrically connected to the control module 40. In the present embodiment, the graphene heating unit 20 is a graphene heating film, and the number of the graphene heating films is two. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the graphene heating unit 20 may have other forms, and the specific form may be set according to actual needs; in addition, the specific number of the graphene heating units 20 may also be limited according to actual needs, which is not limited in the present invention.
The heat conducting member 30 is disposed on the top of the graphene heating unit 20 and is accommodated in the accommodating portion 111 of the carrier plate 11. In the present embodiment, the heat-conducting member 30 has a plate-like structure, and the shape of the heat-conducting member 30 matches the shape of the accommodating portion 111. Preferably, in a normal use state, the heat-conducting member 30 is just accommodated in the accommodating portion 111, and a top surface of the heat-conducting member 30 is flush with a top edge of the accommodating portion 111. It is understood that the heat conductive member 30 is a heat conductive material, and the user can roast the objects on the heat conductive member 30. In other words, the heat conducting member 30 is a barbecue plate of the graphene barbecue apparatus 100. In the present embodiment, the heat conductive member 30 is a metal plate. For example, the heat-conducting member 30 may be a stainless steel plate or the like.
The control module 40 is electrically connected to the power supply 60, the display module 50 and the graphene heating unit 20, respectively. The control module 40 is used for controlling the graphene barbecue apparatus 100 as a whole. In an embodiment, the control module 40 is a control circuit board. In the present embodiment, the control module 40 is disposed inside the barbecue apparatus 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the control module 40 may be separately disposed outside the barbecue apparatus 10, which is not limited in the present invention.
The display module 50 is electrically connected to the control module 40. The display module 40 can receive information sent by the control module 40 so as to display status information of the graphene barbecue apparatus 100. The display module 50 can display information such as real-time temperature information, a barbecue mode, and barbecue time of the graphene barbecue apparatus 100. In this embodiment, the display module 50 is a touch module. The user can directly operate on the display module 50 and can transmit operation information to the control module 40. The control module 40 can adjust the state of the graphene barbecue apparatus 100 according to the received information.
The power source 60 is electrically connected to the control module 40, and is used for supplying power to the graphene barbecue apparatus 100. The power source 60 may be a dc power source or an ac power source, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Please refer to fig. 5-7, wherein fig. 5 is an exploded schematic view of a second embodiment of the graphene barbecue apparatus according to the present invention; fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an opened state of the graphene barbecue apparatus shown in fig. 5; fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a closed state of the graphene barbecue apparatus shown in fig. 5.
The graphene barbecue device 200 includes a barbecue device body 210, a graphene heating unit 220, a heat conducting component 230, a control module, a display module and a power supply. The graphene heating unit 220 and the heat conducting assembly 230 are sequentially disposed on the grilling surface of the grilling device main body 210. As in the graphene barbecue apparatus 100 according to the first embodiment, the control module is electrically connected to the display module and the power supply, respectively.
The grilling device body 210 includes a grilling device bottom panel 211 and a grilling device cover panel 212. The grilling unit bottom panel 211 and the grilling unit cover panel 212 are hinged, and the grilling unit cover panel 212 can rotate around the grilling unit bottom panel 211. In other words, the grilling device 212 can rotate about the grilling device bottom panel 211 to open or close. In addition, the opposing faces of the grilling bottom panel 211 and the grilling cover panel 212 in the closed position are recessed from each other to form a recess. In this embodiment, the recessed portions of the bottom plate 211 and the cover plate 212 are the grilling surfaces of the graphene grilling device 200.
Similar to the graphene barbecue apparatus 100 according to the first embodiment, the graphene heating unit 220 is also electrically connected to the control module. The graphene heating unit 220 includes a first graphene heating film 221 and a second graphene heating film 222. In this embodiment, the first graphene thermal film 221 and the second graphene thermal film 222 are respectively disposed in the recessed portions of the barbecue device bottom plate 211 and the barbecue device cover plate 212, and respectively abut against the bottom portions of the recessed portions of the barbecue device bottom plate 211 and the barbecue device cover plate 212.
The heat conductive assembly 230 includes a first heat conductive member 231 and the second heat conductive member 232. The first and second heat conduction members 231 and 232 are respectively disposed in the recessed portions of the bottom plate 211 and the cover plate 212 of the barbecue device, and respectively abut against the first and second graphene heating films 221 and 222. Also, the heat conductive member 230 may be a stainless steel plate or an aluminum alloy plate.
In this embodiment, the functions and connection relationships of the control module, the display module and the power supply are the same as those of the control module 40, the display module 50 and the power supply 60 in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
In order to more clearly understand the working process of the graphene barbecue device of the power supply, the following describes the using process of the graphene barbecue device in detail.
Firstly, the graphene barbecue device can be opened by the control of the control module, and certainly, the opening process can be performed by and according to different food materials, and a user can directly perform touch operation through the display module 50. The operation information of the user on the display module 50 can be transmitted to the control module 40, and the control module 40 correspondingly limits the operation mode and the operation process of the graphene barbecue apparatus 100 according to the received information.
The graphene barbecue device provided by the invention has the advantages of high heating efficiency, good safety, sanitation, environmental protection and the like, and simultaneously has excellent use experience.
