Abstract
The invention discloses a pair of socks with foot protection ankle strap structures, wherein each sock body is provided with a thickening layer and an outer wrapping fabric layer, the outer wrapping fabric layer wraps a sole from the lower part of each sock and is sewn with the thickening layers of heels and toes and the sock body into a whole on an outer contour line; meanwhile, a foot protection ankle structure is formed at the position, corresponding to the ankle, of the sock, and comprises a rubber ring, the inner contour line of the rubber ring is consistent with the ankle contour line, and a gel layer is formed on the inner side of the sock body, corresponding to the rubber ring, of the sock body; the rubber ring is connected with an elastic bridle, the outer elastic bridle of the rubber ring is wrapped on the upper part of the heel thickening layer, and the lower elastic bridle is fixed on the upper parts of the outer covering fabric layer corresponding to the arch position and the front end of the outer covering fabric layer corresponding to the big toe phalanx position. The present invention has an excellent ankle protecting effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sports sock structures, in particular to a sock with a foot protection ankle strap structure.

As a further limitation, the thickening layer is an acrylic fiber blended fabric layer, and the acrylic fiber blended fabric layer is fixedly connected with the sock body in a sewing mode.
As a further limitation, the gel layer is made of cushion gel produced by Texon company, has the thickness of 0-3 mm, and continuously increases from the middle position of the ankle to the outer side.

A sock with a foot protection ankle strap structure comprises a sock body and is characterized in that thickening layers are arranged at the positions of a heel and a toe of the sock body, an outer fabric layer is formed between the thickening layers of the heel and the toe, the outer fabric layer is made of elastic fabric, a sole of a foot is wrapped from the lower portion of the sock, and the outer fabric layer, the thickening layers of the heel and the toe and the sock body are sewn into a whole on an outer contour line; in addition, an ankle protecting structure is formed at the position, corresponding to the ankle, of the sock body, the ankle protecting structure comprises rubber ring rings arranged at two sides of the sock body and externally arranged on the ankle, the inner contour line of each rubber ring is consistent with the contour line of the ankle, and a gel layer wrapping the ankle is formed on the inner side of the sock body, corresponding to the position of the rubber ring; the rubber ring is respectively connected with an elastic bridle at the outer side and the lower part, the elastic bridle at the outer side wraps the upper part of the heel thickening layer, the elastic bridle at the lower part comprises two groups, one group is fixed at the position of the outer covering fabric layer corresponding to the arch of foot, and the other group is fixed at the position of the front end of the outer covering fabric layer corresponding to the upper part of the big toe phalanx.
2. The sock with the foot protection ankle strap structure according to claim 1, wherein the thickening layer is a layer of acrylic blended fabric layer, and the acrylic blended fabric layer is fixedly connected with the sock body in a sewing manner.
3. A sock with foot protection and ankle strap structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gel layer is made of cushion gel manufactured by Texon corporation.
4. A sock with a foot protection ankle strap structure according to claim 1, wherein the gel layer has a thickness of 0 to 3mm and continuously increases in thickness from a middle position of the ankle to an outer side.
5. A sock with foot ankle support band structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lateral elastic band is configured to fit the corresponding foot structure contour line structure at the portion of the lateral elastic band wrapping the upper portion of the heel thickening layer.
6. A sock with foot ankle support harness structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic harness is woven from highly elastic fibres, preferably spandex or XLA fibres.
7. A sock with a foot protection ankle strap structure according to claim 6, wherein the strap width of the lower elastic strap is 12-15 mm.
8. A sock with a foot protection ankle strap structure according to claim 6, wherein the lower elastic strap is a natural rubber strap 8-10 mm wide.
