In this embodiment, after the MCU obtains the signal that the electronic cigarette is turned on, in order to make the temperature reach the temperature that can be sucked as soon as possible, the heating element performs full power output, and the temperature rises with the rise of the resistance value.
In one embodiment, the electronic cigarette control device further includes:
the signal sending unit is used for heating the electronic cigarette according to the heating resistance value in a first preset time period; adjusting the temperature of the electronic cigarette in a PID mode; when the temperature reaches the preset requirement, the signal sending unit sends a smoking reminding signal and enters the flow of counting the number of the electronic cigarette mouths.
With reference to fig. 3, the present application further proposes an electronic cigarette device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of any one of the above methods when executing the computer program. The computer designed processor described above is used to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and the computer program in the nonvolatile storage medium. The database is used for storing periodically updated resistance values and temporary data, such as initial resistance value average values, first resistance value average values, second resistance value average values, third resistance value average values, peak values and the like. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize an electronic cigarette number statistical method.
The processor executes the electronic cigarette mouth number statistical method and comprises the following steps: acquiring a first resistance value average value of a current period of a resistance value circular queue, wherein the resistance value circular queue is a queue of the resistance values of the heating elements of the electronic cigarette and is periodically updated; comparing the first resistance average value with an initial resistance average value, wherein the initial resistance average value is a resistance average value set according to a preset rule; and if the first difference value of the first resistance value average value which is larger than the initial resistance value average value is larger than a preset counting threshold value, adding one to the number of the electronic cigarette mouths.
In an embodiment, the step of comparing the first average value of the resistance value with the initial average value of the resistance value includes: judging whether the first resistance average value is less than or equal to a second resistance average value of the resistance circular queue of the previous period or not; if so, updating the first resistance average value to a new initial resistance average value, and generating a command for stopping executing the comparison between the first resistance average value and the initial resistance average value; if not, generating a command for executing the command of comparing the first average occupancy value with the initial average resistance value.
In one embodiment, if the first difference that the current resistance average value is greater than the initial resistance average value is greater than a preset counting threshold, the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarette mouths includes: recording the peak value in the average value of the resistance values of the resistance value circular queue which continuously rises after the current period; comparing the third resistance average value of the resistance circular queue after the period corresponding to the peak value with the peak value in sequence; and when the difference value of the peak value larger than the average value of the third resistance values is larger than a preset second difference value, clearing the resistance values in the circular queue, and entering the flow of counting the number of the electronic cigarette mouths at the next time.
In one embodiment, if the first difference value that the first resistance average value is greater than the initial resistance average value is greater than a preset counting threshold, the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarette mouths includes: judging whether the current accumulated port number reaches a preset closing threshold value; if yes, the heating body is closed to heat, and the current cigarette is sucked.
In one embodiment, if the first difference value that the first resistance average value is greater than the initial resistance average value is greater than a preset counting threshold, the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarette mouths includes: judging whether the current heating time reaches the preset total heating time or not; if yes, the heating body is closed to heat, and the current cigarette is sucked.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining the first average value of the resistance value of the current cycle of the resistance value circular queue includes: acquiring a signal for opening the electronic cigarette; and preheating the electronic cigarette according to a preset heating resistance value.
In an embodiment, the step of preheating the electronic cigarette according to a preset heating resistance value includes: heating the electronic cigarette according to the heating resistance value in a first preset time period; adjusting the temperature of the electronic cigarette in a PID mode; when the temperature reaches the preset requirement, a 'smoking available' reminding signal is sent out, and the flow of electronic cigarette mouth number statistics is entered.
The present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements an electronic cigarette mouth count statistics method, specifically: acquiring a first resistance value average value of a current period of a resistance value circular queue, wherein the resistance value circular queue is a queue of the output resistance values of the electronic cigarette and is periodically updated; comparing the first resistance average value with an initial resistance average value, wherein the initial resistance average value is a resistance average value set according to a preset rule; and if the first difference value of the first resistance value average value which is larger than the initial resistance value average value is larger than a preset counting threshold value, adding one to the number of the electronic cigarette mouths.
According to the electronic cigarette port number statistical method based on output resistance value change, the HIC thick film heating pipe with good forward linear coefficient is used as a heating body, the real-time resistance value of the HIC thick film heating pipe is detected by the resistance value detection module, the real-time resistance value is converted into temperature according to the TCR operation method, the temperature inside the electronic cigarette is monitored, a temperature sensor is abandoned, and the cost is reduced; after the smoking, no matter the strength, the inside of the electronic cigarette is liable to be cooled, a PID control method is adopted to control the temperature, a circular queue is established and a real-time resistance value is queued, a first resistance value average value of the circular queue in the current period monitored in real time is compared with an initial resistance value average value, and if the rising amplitude reaches a preset counting threshold value, the number of the mouths is accumulated by one; accumulating the number of the mouths, and when the accumulated number of the mouths reaches a preset closing threshold value or the total heating time reaches the total heating time, closing the power supply and ending the heating work of the current electronic cigarette; the rising amplitude of the duty ratio is used as a basis for judging the number of ports, the statistical accuracy of the number of ports is greatly improved, and the error is smaller.
In one embodiment, the step of comparing the first average resistance value with the initial average resistance value by the processor comprises: judging whether the first resistance average value is less than or equal to a second resistance average value of the resistance circular queue of the previous period or not; if so, updating the first resistance average value to a new initial resistance average value, and generating a command for stopping executing the comparison between the first resistance average value and the initial resistance average value; if not, generating a command for executing the comparison between the first resistance average value and the initial resistance average value.
In one embodiment, the processor, after the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarette mouths if the first difference value that the first resistance average value is greater than the initial resistance average value is greater than a preset counting threshold, includes: recording the peak value in the average value of the resistance values of the resistance value circular queue which continuously rises after the current period; comparing the third resistance average value of the resistance circular queue after the period corresponding to the peak value with the peak value in sequence; and when the difference value of the peak value larger than the average value of the third resistance values is larger than a preset second difference value, clearing the resistance values in the circular queue, and entering the flow of counting the number of the electronic cigarette mouths at the next time.
In one embodiment, the processor, after the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarette mouths if the first difference value that the first resistance average value is greater than the initial resistance average value is greater than a preset counting threshold, includes: judging whether the current accumulated port number reaches a preset closing threshold value; if yes, the heating body is closed to heat, and the current cigarette is sucked.
In one embodiment, the processor, after the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarette mouths if the first difference value that the first resistance average value is greater than the initial resistance average value is greater than a preset counting threshold, includes: judging whether the current heating time reaches the preset total heating time or not; if yes, the heating body is closed to heat, and the current cigarette is sucked.
In an embodiment, before the step of obtaining the average value of the first resistance value of the current period of the duty cycle circular queue by the processor, the method includes: acquiring a signal for opening the electronic cigarette; and preheating the electronic cigarette according to a preset heating resistance value.
In one embodiment, the step of preheating the electronic cigarette by the processor according to a preset heating resistance value includes: heating the electronic cigarette according to the heating resistance value in a first preset time period; adjusting the temperature of the electronic cigarette in a PID mode; when the temperature reaches the preset requirement, a 'smoking available' reminding signal is sent out, and the flow of electronic cigarette mouth number statistics is entered.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium provided herein and used in the examples may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double-rate SDRAM (SSRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous link (Synchlink) DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

Claims (10)
1. The statistical method of the number of the electronic cigarette mouths is characterized in that,
acquiring a first resistance value average value of a current period of a resistance value circular queue, wherein the resistance value circular queue is a queue for storing the resistance value of the heating element of the electronic cigarette, and the resistance value circular queue is periodically updated;
comparing the first resistance average value with an initial resistance average value, wherein the initial resistance average value is a resistance average value set according to a preset rule;
and if the first difference value of the first resistance value average value larger than the initial resistance value average value is larger than a preset counting threshold value, adding one to the number of the electronic cigarette mouths.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of comparing the first average value of the resistance value with the initial average value of the resistance value is preceded by the step of:
judging whether the first resistance average value is less than or equal to a second resistance average value of the resistance circular queue in the previous period or not;
if so, updating the first resistance average value to a new initial resistance average value, and generating a command for stopping executing the comparison between the first resistance average value and the initial resistance average value;
and if not, generating a command for executing the comparison between the first resistance average value and the initial resistance average value.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the first difference that the average value of the current resistance is greater than the average value of the initial resistance is greater than a predetermined count threshold, the step of adding one to the number of electronic cigarettes comprises:
recording the peak value in the average value of the resistance values of the resistance value circular queue which continuously rises after the current period;
comparing the third resistance average value of the resistance circular queue after the period corresponding to the peak value with the peak value in sequence;
and when the difference value of the peak value larger than the third resistance value average value is larger than a preset second difference value, clearing the resistance values in the circular queue, and entering the flow of counting the number of the electronic cigarette mouths at the next time.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the first difference that the first resistance average is greater than the initial resistance average is greater than a predetermined count threshold, the step of adding one to the number of e-cigarettes comprises:
judging whether the current accumulated port number reaches a preset closing threshold value;
if yes, the heating body is closed to heat, and the current cigarette is sucked.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the first difference that the first resistance average is greater than the initial resistance average is greater than a predetermined count threshold, the step of adding one to the number of e-cigarettes comprises:
judging whether the current heating time reaches the preset total heating time or not;
if yes, the heating body is closed to heat, and the current cigarette is sucked.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the first average value of the resistance value of the current period of the resistance value circular queue is preceded by:
acquiring a signal for opening the electronic cigarette;
and preheating the electronic cigarette according to a preset heating resistance value.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the step of preheating the electronic cigarette according to a preset heating resistance value comprises: heating the electronic cigarette according to the heating resistance value in a first preset time period;
adjusting the temperature of the electronic cigarette in a PID mode;
and when the temperature reaches a preset requirement, sending a smoking reminding signal, and entering the flow of counting the number of the electronic cigarette mouths.
8. An electronic cigarette control device, comprising:
the electronic cigarette processing device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first resistance average value of a current period of a resistance circular queue, the resistance circular queue is a queue of the resistance of the electronic cigarette, and the resistance circular queue is updated periodically;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the first resistance average value with an initial resistance average value, wherein the initial resistance average value is a resistance average value set according to a preset rule;
and the accumulation unit is used for accumulating and adding one to the number of the electronic cigarette mouths if a first difference value of the first resistance average value larger than the initial resistance average value is larger than a preset counting threshold value.
9. An electronic vaping device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterised in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
