Further, the threshing device for long-diameter crops further comprises a fan 124 and a crusher 126, wherein the fan 124 is arranged at one end, close to the first vibrating plate 116, of the screening hopper 114; the crusher 126 is arranged at one end of the sieve hopper 114 close to the second vibrating plate 118 and corresponds to the discharging position of the roller 100; the fan 124 and the crusher 126 are connected to a power plant.
The blower 124 is used for blowing out the fine impurities screened by the screen 120 to remove the fine impurities, wherein the blower 124 is connected with a power device and provides power for the blower 124 through the power device. The fan 124 is provided at one end of the sieve hopper 114 near the first vibrating plate 116, i.e., at the left end as viewed in fig. 1.
The crusher 126 crushes the straw of the sweet potato discharged from the housing 102 and the drum 100, and thus the crusher 126 is disposed at one end of the sieve hopper 114 near the second vibration plate 118, and the position of the crusher 126 corresponds to the discharge position of the drum 100. Thus, the straw of the sweet potato discharged from the roller 100 can fall into the crusher 126 from the discharge position of the roller 100, and is crushed into powder by the crusher 126, so that the powder can be applied as fertilizer to soil. Wherein the crusher 126 is also connected to the power plant.
As mentioned earlier, the subassembly that gathers materials is used for collecting the granule after screening, edulcoration through the screening subassembly, and the subassembly that gathers materials sets up in the below of screening subassembly and is used for to the granule is collected.
Still further, the collecting assembly comprises a first lifting hopper 128 and a second lifting hopper 130, a first end of the first lifting hopper 128 extends into the collecting hopper 122, a second end of the first lifting hopper 128 is connected with a first end of the second lifting hopper 130, and a second end of the second lifting hopper 130 faces the outside of the threshing device for the long-diameter type crops.
Wherein, the first end of the first material lifting bucket 128 extends into the material collecting bucket 122, and the first material lifting bucket 128 can be a spiral reamer or a bucket lifting device, etc.; the second lifting hopper 130 is connected to the first lifting hopper 128 to transfer the particles in the first lifting hopper 128 to the outside of the threshing device for long-diameter type crops, so that the particles in the collecting hopper 122 can be smoothly discharged to the outside of the threshing device for long-diameter type crops.

Claims (10)

1. A threshing device for long-diameter crops is characterized by comprising a threshing component, a screening component and a material collecting component;
the threshing assembly comprises a roller (100) and a shell (102), the roller (100) is rotatably arranged in the shell (102), a first threshing device is arranged on the outer circular surface of the roller (100), and a second threshing device (104) matched with the first threshing device is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (102);
a blanking hole is formed in the lower side plate of the shell (102);
the screening component is arranged at the position below the threshing component corresponding to the blanking hole and is used for filtering impurities in the particles;
the aggregate assembly is disposed below the screening assembly and is used to collect the particles.

The threshing apparatus for long-diameter crops according to claim 1, wherein the first threshing apparatus comprises at least a U-shaped shifting tooth (106) and an L-shaped shifting tooth (108), and the U-shaped shifting tooth (106) and the L-shaped shifting tooth (108) are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the drum (100) at intervals.
3. Threshing apparatus for long-diameter crops according to claim 2, characterized in that the angle between the U-shaped poking teeth (106) and the central axis of the drum (100) increases gradually in the feeding direction of the drum (100).
4. Threshing apparatus for long diameter crops according to claim 1, characterized in that the second threshing device (104) has an arc section curved towards the discharge direction of the drum (100), the arc of which section increases gradually in the discharge direction of the drum (100).

The threshing apparatus for long-diameter crops according to claim 1, wherein a first end of the drum (100) extends out of the housing (102), a second end of the drum (100) extends into the housing (102), the first end of the drum (100) has a conical convex section (110), and a spiral feeding member (112) is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the conical convex section (110).

The threshing device for long-diameter crops according to claim 1, wherein the screening component comprises a screening hopper (114), a first vibrating plate (116), a second vibrating plate (118) and a screening net (120), the first vibrating plate (116) and the second vibrating plate (118) are respectively arranged at two ends of the screening hopper (114), a top plate of the screening hopper (114) is provided with a plurality of first screening holes, the screening net (120) is arranged below the top plate and fixedly connected with the second vibrating plate (118), the screening net (120) is provided with a plurality of second screening holes, and the diameter of each second screening hole is smaller than that of each first screening hole; a collecting hopper (122) is arranged below the screening hopper (114).

The threshing apparatus for long-diameter crops according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of step surfaces are provided along the length direction of the first vibrating plate (116); from the connecting position of the second vibrating plate (118) and the screen mesh (120) to the direction of the connecting position of the second vibrating plate (118) and the screen hopper (114), at least one sawtooth surface inclined towards the plate surface far away from the second vibrating plate (118) is arranged on the second vibrating plate (118).

The threshing apparatus for long-diameter type crops of claim 8, wherein the aggregate component comprises a first lifting hopper (128) and a second lifting hopper (130), a first end of the first lifting hopper (128) extends into the collecting hopper (122), a second end of the first lifting hopper (128) is connected with a first end of the second lifting hopper (130), and a second end of the second lifting hopper (130) faces the outside of the threshing apparatus for long-diameter type crops.
