The packing box according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments can be supplemented or combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic structural views of a packing box provided by an embodiment of the present invention in different states.
Referring to fig. 1, the packing box includes a box body 10, side panels 20, and a support plate 30. The case 10 has an accommodating space, and a first opening (not numbered) is formed at one side thereof. The side plate 20 is coupled to a side of the case body 10 where the first opening is formed, and rotates with respect to the case body 10. The supporting plate 30 is used for supporting at least part of the product to be packaged, and the supporting plate 30 is arranged in the accommodating space of the box body 10 and connected with the side plate 20. When the side plate 20 rotates away from the box 10, the supporting plate 30 is driven to move.
In one embodiment, the case 10 has a cubic structure, and one side of the case 10 is entirely absent to form the first opening. When the case 10 includes a bottom plate, the side plates 20 may be connected to a side of the case 10 where the first opening is provided and a common side of the bottom plate. When the case body 10 does not include a bottom plate, opposite sides of the side plates 20 may be connected to a side of the case body 10 where the first opening is provided and a common side of adjacent sides thereof, respectively. In other embodiments, a portion of one side of the box 10 may be absent to form the first opening, and the side plate 20 may be connected to the other portion of the side.
With further reference to fig. 2, when the case 10 is in the unopened state, a second side 35 of the tray 30 opposite to the first side 31 of the case 10 on the side of the first opening is attached to the inner wall of the case 10. When the side plate 20 moves the supporting plate 30, the first side 31 of the supporting plate 30 passes through the first opening. When the first side 31 of the supporting plate 30 passes through the first opening of the box 10, the portion of the product supported by the supporting plate is driven to be exposed out of the first opening, so that a user can take out the product supported by the supporting plate 30 through the portion of the product exposed out of the first opening.
In another embodiment, the top of the box 10 is provided with an opening, and the first side 31 of the supporting plate 30 may not pass through the first opening when the side plate 20 moves the supporting plate 30. When the supporting plate 30 moves, the supporting plate drives the product to move, so that the product deviates from the inner wall of the box body 10 on the side opposite to the first opening. The user may insert a finger through the opening in the top of the case 10 between the second side edge 35 of the tray 30 and the inner wall of the case 10 to facilitate removal of the product from the tray 30 by the user.
In one embodiment, the side panel 20 is shaped to match the shape of the first opening of the case 10. Referring further to fig. 2, when the side plate 20 of the box 10 is in the unopened state, the side plate 20 is engaged with the first opening of the box 10, so that the first opening is closed, the integrity of the box 10 can be ensured, and the overall aesthetic property of the box 10 can be improved.
In one embodiment, the packing box further comprises a connecting member 40, and the supporting plate 30 is connected with the side plate 20 through the connecting member 40. When the side plate 20 rotates in a direction away from the packing box, the side plate 20 drives the supporting plate 30 to move through the connecting member 40.
In one embodiment, the connecting member 40 has one end connected to the side plate 20 and the other end connected to the first side edge 31 of the supporting plate 30. The support plate 30 is connected to the connecting member 40 through the first side 31, so that the top area of the support plate 30 is not occupied, and the top of the support plate 30 can support a large area of a product.
In one embodiment, the support plate 30 is provided with a first side region 32 at one side of the first opening, and the connecting member 40 has one end connected to the side plate 20 and the other end connected to the first side region 32. Alternatively, the connecting member 40 may be connected to an upper portion of the first side region 32, and may also be connected to a lower portion of the first side region 32. The first side edge region 32 in fig. 1 is only illustrated, and the size of the specific region can be determined according to the actual situation.
In one embodiment, the connector 40 is a rigid member. The connecting member 40 is rotatably coupled to the side plate 20 and rotatably coupled to the support plate 30. When the side plate 20 rotates away from or close to the packing box, the connecting member 40 rotates relative to the side plate 20 and the supporting plate 30, respectively, and the top surface of the supporting plate 30 can be kept horizontal all the time during the movement, so that the product supported by the supporting plate 30 cannot slide off the supporting plate 30. Optionally, the connector 40 is a cardboard material. In other embodiments, the connecting member 40 may be made of plastic film.
Further, the connecting member 40 is integrally formed with the support plate 30 or the side plate 20. The connecting member 40 may be formed by bending and extending the first side edge 31 of the supporting plate 30. Specifically, the support plate 30 may be bent upward or downward to form the connection member 40. The other end of the connector 40 may be connected to the side panel 20 by gluing or other means. In other embodiments, the connecting member 40 may also be formed by bending and extending the side plate 20, and the other end of the connecting member 40 is connected to the supporting plate 30 by gluing or other means. Alternatively, the side panels 20 and the support panel 30 may each be made of cardboard. In other embodiments, the side panels 20 and the support plate 30 may be made of plastic film.
In another alternative embodiment, the connector 40 is a flexible member. When the side plate 20 rotates, the supporting plate 30 is pulled to move by the flexible member, and the flexible member does not apply an upward or downward force to the supporting plate 30, so that the supporting plate 30 does not tilt upward or downward. Alternatively, the connecting member 40 is a connecting string. The two ends of the connecting rope can be respectively connected with the side plate 20 and the supporting plate 30 in a gluing mode. Alternatively, the side plate 20 and the support plate 30 may be provided with coupling holes, respectively, and both ends of the coupling cord may be coupled to the side plate 20 and the support plate 30 by passing through the coupling holes, respectively. In other embodiments, the connecting member 40 may be a flexible member of other shapes or configurations.
In one embodiment, the location where the side panel 20 is attached to the pallet 30 is located on the top of the side panel 20. In other embodiments, a support portion may be disposed on the bottom plate 12 of the box 10, and the supporting plate 30 is located above the support portion and can move relative to the support portion under the driving of the side plate 20.
In another alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, two opposite side walls of the box 10 are symmetrically provided with guide grooves 11, respectively. A first edge 33 of the pallet 30 and a second edge 34 opposite to the first edge 33 are located in the corresponding guide grooves 11, respectively. When the side plate 20 rotates in a direction away from or close to the packing box, the supporting plate 30 is driven to move along the extending direction of the guide slot 11. Since the first edge 33 and the second edge 34 are respectively located in the corresponding guide slots 11, the tray 30 is limited from tilting during the movement, so that the tray 30 can be kept in a horizontal state all the time, and the products supported by the tray are prevented from sliding off. Further, the receiving space formed between the bottom plate 12 of the case 10 and the tray 30 may be used to receive a part of the product, or to receive a use instruction of the product, an accessory of the product such as a data line of an electronic product, and the like. Alternatively, the case 10 may be provided without the bottom plate 12.
In one embodiment, the top of the box 10 is provided with a second opening (not numbered), and the package further comprises a cover 50 for covering the second opening. When the cover 50 is opened, the user's fingers can enter the case 10 through the second opening and take out the product held by the tray 30. When the cover 50 covers the second opening, the second opening of the box 10 is closed, so that the product can be prevented from being lost during transportation.
Further, the cover 50 includes a top plate 51, and a first side 511 of the top plate 51 is connected to the side plate 20. By connecting the side panel 20 and the top panel 51 of the cover 50, the integration of the packing box can be improved, and the loss of the packing box can be prevented. Alternatively, the first side edge 511 of the top panel 51 and the side panel 20 can be integrally formed, and in other embodiments, the top panel 51 and the side panel 20 can be connected by gluing or other methods.
In one embodiment, a flap 52 extends from a second side 512 of the top panel 51 opposite the first side 511, and the flap 52 engages the outer wall of the container 10 when the lid 50 is closed over the second opening. Alternatively, the wings 52 and the outer wall of the box 10 may be provided with magnetic connectors of opposite magnetism, respectively, which attract each other to make the wings 52 fit the outer wall of the box 10 when the wings 52 are close to the outer wall of the box 10. In other embodiments, the wing panel 52 and the outer wall of the box 10 can be connected by other connecting members, for example, a mutually matching snap can be provided on the wing panel 52 and the outer wall of the box 10. Alternatively, the wing 52 and the top plate 51 may be integrally formed, and the second side edge 512 of the top plate 51 is bent to form the wing 52. In other embodiments, the wing panel 52 and the second side edge 512 of the top panel 51 may be glued or otherwise attached.
In one embodiment, the product to be packaged is a postcard. In other embodiments, the product to be packaged may also be an electronic product or other product.
According to the packaging box provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the side plate 20 moves in the direction away from the box body 10, the supporting plate 30 is driven to move, so that the gap between the side edge of the supporting plate 30 away from the first opening and the inner wall of the box body 10 away from the first opening is increased, a user can insert fingers into the gap between the supporting plate 30 and the box body 10, and the user can take out a product supported by the supporting plate 30 conveniently.

Claims (11)
1. A package, comprising:
a box body (10) provided with an accommodating space, wherein one side of the box body is provided with a first opening;
the side plate (20) is connected with one side of the box body (10) provided with the first opening and rotates relative to the box body (10);
a support plate (30) for holding at least part of the product to be packaged; the supporting plate (30) is arranged in the accommodating space of the box body (10) and is connected with the side plate (20);
when the side plate (20) rotates towards the direction away from the box body (10), the supporting plate (30) is driven to move.
2. A package as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, when the side panel (20) carries the support (30) along, a first side edge (31) of the support (30) located on the side of the first opening passes through the first opening.
3. A package as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a connecting element (40), said supporting plate (30) being connected to said side panel (20) by said connecting element (40).
4. A packet as in claim 3, wherein said connecting element (40) is connected at one end to said side panel (20) and at the other end to said first side edge (31).
5. A packet as in claim 3, wherein the support (30) is provided, on one side of the first opening, with a first lateral edge zone (32); one end of the connecting piece (40) is connected with the side plate (20), and the other end is connected with the first side edge area (32).
6. A packet as in claim 3, wherein said connecting element (40) is rotatably associated with said lateral panel (20); the connecting piece (40) is rotatably connected with the supporting plate (30).
7. A packet as in claim 3, wherein the connecting element (40) is integral with the tray (30) or with the side panel (20).
8. A packet as in claim 3, wherein said connecting element (40) is a flexible element.
9. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box (10) has guide grooves (11) symmetrically formed on opposite side walls thereof; a first edge (33) and a second edge (34) of the pallet (30) opposite to the first edge (33) are respectively located in the corresponding guide grooves (11).
10. A package as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said box (10) further comprises a bottom panel (12) supporting said support plate (30).
11. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the box (10) is provided with a second opening, the package further comprising a lid (50) for closing the second opening; the lid (50) includes roof (51), the first side (511) of roof (51) with curb plate (20) are connected, roof (51) with first side (511) relative second side (512) extend pterygoid lamina (52), lid (50) will when the second opening lid, pterygoid lamina (52) with the outer wall laminating of box body (10).
