The cabinet door is connected with the upright post 6 through a hinge 5, one end of the hinge 5 is fixed on a certain folded section in the middle of the W-shaped folded plate, and the other end of the hinge 5 is fixed with the cabinet door.
As shown in fig. 5, the power distribution cabinet body further has a top plate, the top plate and the cabinet door are both provided with a filter window 12, and a fan mounting hole position 13 of the top plate is used for mounting a fan.
The polyurethane rubber-coated foaming sealing strip 11 is fixed on the cabinet door, and when the cabinet door is in a door closing state, the polyurethane rubber-coated foaming sealing strip 11 is tightly pressed with the edge of the first folded plate 61 at the corresponding position. The side cross beams 10, top beams and uprights 6 are all profiled as described above. The upright posts 6 are connected with the top beams at the two sides through three-way joints 9.
The protection grade of IP55 can be achieved by the existing power distribution cabinet, but due to the structural problem of the section bar, the single door opening design can be only achieved. the cabinet door is connected with the upright post (6) through a hinge (5), one end of the hinge (5) is fixed on one folding section in the middle of the W-shaped folded plate, and the other end of the hinge (5) is fixed with the cabinet door;
