The user searches at the patent and trademark service platform (different users) each time, for example, the patent front end user searches, the input text search index information is similar to the historical text search index information stored in the historical search database, or the trademark front end user searches in the historical search database, and the input picture search index information is similar to the historical picture search index information stored in the historical search database, or is in the historical search database.
Optionally, the user first submits the retrieval index information, and when receiving a retrieval instruction similar to the history retrieval operation, the front end may directly call the identification information of the history retrieval index information cached in the history retrieval database, and compare the history retrieval index information corresponding to the identification information with the current retrieval index information by using an AI algorithm, so as to extract the history retrieval result corresponding to the history retrieval index information from the history retrieval database as the retrieval result for retrieving the current retrieval index information. Even when the user repeatedly inquires similar retrieval index information, the corresponding retrieval result can be quickly returned from the history retrieval database at the front end.
The front-end user of the embodiment does not need extra operation, only needs to directly input the patent retrieval index information or trademark retrieval index information to be retrieved, and the front end can quickly respond to the front-end retrieval request. In addition, the front end and the background need to be matched with and store corresponding historical retrieval index information and historical retrieval results, retrieval logics with similar text retrieval index information and similar picture retrieval index information are added, and are matched with the historical retrieval database for calling, and the corresponding retrieval results can be quickly returned from the historical retrieval database of the front end, so that the computing resources of the server are fully utilized, the concurrency number of the server is increased, the redundant logic of a back-end algorithm is not needed, the computing amount of background retrieval is saved, the retrieval speed is increased, and the experience of a front-end user is optimized.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a data retrieval device. It should be noted that the data retrieval apparatus of this embodiment may be used to execute the data retrieval method of the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a data retrieval apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a first acquisition unit 10, a second acquisition unit 20, a third acquisition unit 30 and a determination unit 40.
A first obtaining unit 10, configured to obtain a first retrieval instruction, where the first retrieval instruction carries first retrieval index information input by a client, and the first retrieval index information includes: patent index information, trademark index information.
A second obtaining unit 20, configured to obtain, from a target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored, second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information, where a similarity between the first retrieval index information and the second retrieval index information is higher than a similarity between the first retrieval index information and retrieval index information other than the second retrieval index information stored in the target database.
And a third obtaining unit 30, configured to obtain a second retrieval result that matches the second retrieval index information and is stored in the target database.
The determination unit 40 determines the second search result as the first search result matching the first search index information.
Optionally, the second obtaining unit 20 includes: the determining module is used for determining the identification information of the second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information; and the acquisition module is used for acquiring second retrieval index information matched with the identification information from a target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the device comprises a fourth acquisition unit, a sending unit and a storage unit. The fourth obtaining unit is used for obtaining a second retrieval instruction before obtaining second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information from a target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored, wherein the second retrieval instruction carries the second retrieval index information input by the client; a sending unit, configured to send a second retrieval instruction to the retrieval server; and the storage unit is used for storing a second retrieval result matched with the second retrieval index information returned by the retrieval server into the target database.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the first storage unit is used for storing preset retrieval index information with a target association relation and a retrieval result into a target database before acquiring second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information from the target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored.
Optionally, the first search index information of this embodiment includes information in at least one of the following formats: text retrieval index information and picture retrieval index information; the second search index information includes information in at least one of the following formats: the method comprises the following steps of text retrieval index information and picture retrieval index information, wherein the text retrieval index information comprises at least one of the following: word retrieval index information, field retrieval index information, and speech text retrieval information obtained by recognizing a speech signal.
In this embodiment, a first obtaining unit 10 obtains a first retrieval instruction, where the first retrieval instruction carries first retrieval index information input by a client, and the first retrieval index information includes: patent index information and trademark index information; acquiring, by a second acquiring unit 20, second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information from a target database in which the history retrieval index information is stored, wherein a similarity between the first retrieval index information and the second retrieval index information is higher than a similarity between the first retrieval index information and retrieval index information other than the second retrieval index information stored in the target database; acquiring a second retrieval result matched with the second retrieval index information stored in the target database by a third acquisition unit 30; the second retrieval result is determined as the first retrieval result matching the first retrieval index information by the determining unit 40. The second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information carried by the first retrieval instruction is directly obtained from the target database, and then the second retrieval result matched with the second retrieval index information is rapidly determined as the first retrieval result matched with the first retrieval index information, so that the retrieval delay caused by complete background algorithm logic when the index information is retrieved every time is avoided, the technical problem of low data retrieval efficiency is solved, and the technical effect of improving the data retrieval efficiency is achieved.
Example 4
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium. The storage medium includes a stored program, wherein the device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the data retrieval method of the embodiment of the present invention when the program runs.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a processor. The processor is used for running the program, wherein the data retrieval method of the embodiment of the invention is executed when the program runs.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)
1. A method of data retrieval, comprising:
acquiring a first retrieval instruction, wherein the first retrieval instruction carries first retrieval index information input through a client, and the first retrieval index information comprises: patent index information and trademark index information;
acquiring second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information from a target database storing historical retrieval index information, wherein the similarity between the first retrieval index information and the second retrieval index information is higher than the similarity between the first retrieval index information and retrieval index information stored in the target database except the second retrieval index information;
acquiring a second retrieval result which is stored in the target database and matched with the second retrieval index information;
and determining the second retrieval result as a first retrieval result matched with the first retrieval index information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein obtaining the second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information from the target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored comprises:
determining identification information of the second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information;
and acquiring the second retrieval index information matched with the identification information from the target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information is acquired from the target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored, the method further comprises:
acquiring a second retrieval instruction, wherein the second retrieval instruction carries the second retrieval index information input by the client;
sending the second retrieval instruction to a retrieval server;
and storing the second retrieval result matched with the second retrieval index information and returned by the retrieval server and the second retrieval index information into the target database.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information from a target database storing historical retrieval index information, the method further comprises:
and storing preset retrieval index information with a target association relation and a retrieval result into the target database.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first search index information includes information in at least one of the following formats: text retrieval index information and picture retrieval index information; the second search index information includes information in at least one of the following formats: the text retrieval index information and the picture retrieval index information, wherein the text retrieval index information comprises at least one of the following: word retrieval index information, field retrieval index information, and speech text retrieval information obtained by recognizing a speech signal.
6. A data retrieval device, comprising:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first retrieval instruction, where the first retrieval instruction carries first retrieval index information input by a client, and the first retrieval index information includes: patent index information and trademark index information;
a second obtaining unit configured to obtain, from a target database in which history retrieval index information is stored, second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information, wherein a similarity between the first retrieval index information and the second retrieval index information is higher than a similarity between the first retrieval index information and retrieval index information other than the second retrieval index information stored in the target database;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second search result that is stored in the target database and matches the second search index information;
and a determining unit that determines the second search result as a first search result that matches the first search index information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second obtaining unit comprises:
a determining module, configured to determine identification information of the second search index information associated with the first search index information;
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the second retrieval index information matched with the identification information from the target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second retrieval instruction before obtaining, from the target database in which the historical retrieval index information is stored, the second retrieval index information associated with the first retrieval index information, where the second retrieval instruction carries the second retrieval index information input by the client;
a sending unit, configured to send the second retrieval instruction to a retrieval server;
and the storage unit is used for storing the second retrieval result matched with the second retrieval index information and returned by the retrieval server and the second retrieval index information into the target database.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device in which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the data retrieval method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the data retrieval method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when running.
