In this embodiment, the buffering guide structure 11 includes a guide groove (not shown in the drawings) and a spring (not shown in the drawings) fitted over the guide rod 12. The key test module further comprises a key cylinder 13, and the key cylinder 13 is used for driving the guide rod 12 to slide along the guide groove. The main key test module further comprises an LED fixing block 18 connected with the LED optical fiber of the AR product, and the mode of connecting the LED optical fiber with the LED fixing block 18 is a general mode in the technical field and is not limited specifically here.
As shown in fig. 9, the guide rod 12 can slide laterally and abut against the side key of the AR product to test the side key of the AR product.
The product positioning module comprises a product BOX positioning structure and a USB switching structure, and the BOX positioning structure is used for positioning the product BOX; the USB switching structure comprises a movable guide plate 21 which can move towards the product BOX positioning structure, a switching USB is connected to the movable guide plate 21, and the switching USB is matched with the product BOX interface.
Specifically, the USB switching structure includes a vertical plate 22, a guide rail 23 is connected to the vertical plate 22, a slidable slider 24 is disposed on the guide rail 23, the bottom of the movable guide plate 21 is connected to the slider 24, and the movable guide plate 21 can be driven by the slider 24 to slide along the guide rail 23 in the transverse direction. The guide rail 23 can guide the transverse movement of the moving guide plate 21, so that the moving guide plate 21 can move towards the product BOX positioning structure, and the adapting USB can be ensured to be correspondingly matched with an interface of the product BOX.
The connection plate 25 is connected above the movable guide plate 21, and the switching USB is connected above the connection plate 25, and the connection mode is a mode common in the art and is not limited in detail herein.
The connecting position of the guide rail 23 on the vertical plate 22 can be adjusted in the vertical direction, specifically, the guide rail 23 is connected with a bolt, and the vertical plate 22 is provided with a long vertical hole 26 in the vertical direction; the bolts are connected in the long vertical holes 26, and the positions of the bolts connected in the long vertical holes 26 can be vertically adjusted, so that the connecting positions of the guide rails 23 on the vertical plate 22 can be vertically adjusted. The connecting position of the connecting plate 25 on the movable guide plate 21 can be adjusted in the transverse direction, specifically, a bolt is connected above the movable guide plate 21, and the connecting plate 25 is provided with a long transverse hole 27 in the transverse direction; the bolt is attached to the elongated transverse hole 27, and the position of the bolt attached to the elongated transverse hole 27 can be laterally adjusted, so that the attachment position of the connecting plate 25 to the moving guide plate 21 can be laterally adjusted. Therefore, the position of the USB adapter can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to ensure that the USB adapter can be correspondingly matched with the BOX interface of the product.

The product positioning module further comprises a main body positioning groove 53 for positioning the AR product main body, and the main body positioning groove 53 is matched with the shape structure of the AR product main body, so that the AR product main body can be accommodated and positioned. (1) the AR product main body is located and matched in the main body locating groove 53, the pressing head 55 is driven to move through the pressing air cylinder 54, the pressing head 55 presses the AR product main body, and the AR product main body is stably and effectively located in the main body locating groove 53;
(2) rotating and lifting the pressing plate 52, fitting the product BOX into the BOX positioning groove 51, then reversely rotating the pressing plate 52 and pressing the pressing plate above the BOX positioning groove 51 to press the product BOX so that the product BOX can be stably and effectively positioned in the BOX positioning groove 51;
(3) adjusting the connecting position of the connecting plate 23 connected on the movable guide plate 21 so that the switching USB on the connecting plate 23 can be used opposite to the interface of the product BOX;
(4) moving acting force is applied to the moving guide plate 21 and the connecting plate 23 by holding the handle 28 by hands, so that the moving guide plate 21 and the connecting plate 23 can move towards the product BOX along the guide rail 22, and the switching USB is matched with an interface of the product BOX;
(5) connecting the LED optical fiber of the AR product to the LED fixing block 18;
(6) the sealing stroke cylinder 34 is started, so that the sealing stroke cylinder 34 drives the sealing door 33 to move upwards, and the test box 32 is opened;
(7) the product positioning module is driven to move towards the interior of the test box 32 through the transmission module 10, and after the product positioning module moves to the key test design position, the sealing stroke cylinder 34 is started again, so that the sealing stroke cylinder 34 drives the sealing door 33 to move downwards, and the test box 32 is closed;
(8) testing the main key of the AR product: starting a pre-pressing cylinder 16 of the main key test module, so that the pre-pressing cylinder 16 drives a pre-pressing column 17 to move downwards, and the pre-pressing column 17 pre-presses the main key; starting the key cylinder 13, so that the key cylinder 13 drives the guide rod 12 to slide downwards in the guide groove, and the contact 14 at the end part of the guide rod 12 is abutted against the main key and tests the main key;
(9) testing the side keys of the AR product: starting a key cylinder 13 of the side key test module, so that the key cylinder 13 drives the guide rod 12 to transversely slide in the guide groove, and a contact 14 at the end part of the guide rod 12 props against the side key and tests the side key;
(10) testing whether the LED optical fiber is lightened;
(11) the product positioning module is driven to move close to the ash card fixing module through the transmission module 10, so that the center of the ash card is aligned with the center of the product sener;
(12) the ash card moving cylinder 42 is started, so that the ash card moving cylinder 42 drives the fixing plate 41 to vertically move to adjust the distance between the ash card center and the product sender center, and the product sender is detected.
