Therefore, how to solve the 'white pollution' is a problem to be considered by all human beings. The traditional solution is to shorten the time of natural decomposition of the waste or inhibit the diffusion of harmful substances and other relatively negative measures, and to recycle the waste high polymer materials, and the most preferable solution is to process the recycled materials to produce the second-generation products.
The protective film products have short service time and large use amount, the film base material and the viscose attached on the film base material are not the same materials generally, and the compatibility is not good, so the products are difficult to carry out secondary processing after being recycled, and a solution for recycling the protective film is urgently needed to be found.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a recyclable protective film, which comprises a base material and an adhesive layer; the base material is a polyolefin film, and the adhesive layer comprises polyolefin hot melt adhesive.
Specifically, the base material is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, and the adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts:
42-54 parts of amorphous propylene copolymer hot melt adhesive
30-45 parts of tackifying resin
1-25 parts of naphthenic oil.
Wherein the amorphous propylene copolymer hot melt adhesive is a plastic elastomer polymerized by α olefin with low molecular weight and amorphous state, and the tackifying resin is one or a mixture of rosin resin, terpene resin or petroleum resin.
In the examples of the present invention, the adhesive layer was composed of the following components:
polypropylene olefin resin Aerfin 18050 parts
Hydrogenated petroleum resin Regalite Rl 10040 parts
And (4) naphthenic base rubber oil Kn 401010 parts.
Specifically, the thickness of the base material is 10 to 200 μm; the thickness of the adhesive layer is 5-100 μm. Preferably, the thickness of the substrate is 80 μm and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 20 μm.
APAO (Amorphous α -olefin copolymer, Amorphous poly alpha olefin) is a low molecular weight Amorphous plastomer material, which is formed by polymerization of a-olefin and has a microstructure in an Amorphous and random arrangement state, so that the material has many characteristics which crystalline polymers do not have, and thus has specificity in application.
AerafinTM180 polymer is a propylene-based olefin polymer that is compatible with a range of hydrocarbon tackifying resins and can be sprayed or slot-formed into adhesives over a wide range. AerfinTM180 polymers are characterized by stable quality, low color, good thermal stability and low odor.
The recyclable protective film according to the above-described example was tested for peeling force and coating temperature and evaluated for adhesive residue, and the results are shown in the following table:
test items Examples
Thickness of base material um 60
Thickness um of adhesive layer 20
Peel force gf/inch (for SUS test) 200
Coating temperature C 130
Cull (paste custom board 65 ℃ for 72h) Qualified
When the recyclable protective film is adopted, Aerafin180 is adopted as the main adhesive, and the amorphous polyolefin hot melt adhesive has good compatibility with a BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) base material, is a polyolefin product and is convenient to recycle. Meanwhile, Regalite R1100 is added to ensure the viscosity of the adhesive, and Kn4010 is added to soften the adhesive layer, so that the adhesive layer has a better adhesive effect. Meanwhile, the Regalite R1100 and the Kn4010 have good compatibility with a polyolefin system, so that the overall recovery effect of the product is good.
