The invention discloses an integrated pipe fitting overturning and storing device which comprises height adjusting devices arranged oppositely, wherein an angle bracket is arranged at the top of each height adjusting device, a fixed guide frame is arranged at the top of each angle bracket, and the angle brackets are connected with the fixed guide frames through a plurality of bolts; the inner side of the height adjusting device is oppositely provided with a cylinder; the bottom of the cylinder is connected with the height adjusting device through a lower cylinder seat, the top of the cylinder is provided with a movable guide frame, and an upper cylinder seat is arranged between the cylinder and the movable guide frame; the movable guide frame is connected with the fixed guide frame through a plurality of hinges; a storage rack is further arranged on the inner side of the height adjusting device; and a plurality of carrier rollers are respectively arranged on the upper parts of the fixed guide frame and the movable guide frame. The invention has simple structure, high efficiency and stability of operation, synchronous completion of the material turning and storage of the extruded pipe fitting, labor and time saving of operation and strong practicability.

After being extruded and molded, various plastic pipe fittings directly enter cutting and finishing processes, and a large number of finished pipe fittings occupy limited production space of enterprises if placed disorderly and influence later storage and transportation. The height adjusting device provided by the invention can flexibly adjust the height, is suitable for the production of plastic pipe fittings with different pipe diameters, and has the advantages of flexible operation and wide application range. The working direction of the fixed guide frame is always unchanged; the movable guide frame is driven by the cylinder to complete the actions of declining and rising, and further the turning and storage of the cut pipe fittings are realized. The carrier roller is convenient for stable and smooth leading-in of a cooling formed pipe fitting and accurate cutting action. The upper cylinder seat and the lower cylinder seat are respectively movably connected with the cylinder, so that the sensitivity of the cylinder action can be maintained, and the stability of the material turning action is ensured. The storage rack is convenient for orderly collecting and stacking the pipe fittings which are cut orderly in the storage rack.
Preferably, a rubber cushion layer is arranged in the storage rack. The rubber cushion layer arranged in the invention buffers the pipe fittings for cutting and turning, reduces the impact force when the finished pipe fittings fall, avoids damaging the pipe fittings and has remarkable economic benefit.
Preferably, the movable guide frame is provided with a plurality of redirection supporting plates. The invention is provided with the direction-changing supporting plate, so that the pipe fittings after being cut can be changed in direction, the cut pipe fittings are orderly guided into the storage rack, and the shutdown accident caused by the falling of the storage rack and the clearance of the movable guide rack is avoided.
