Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of ozone water preparation, in particular to a device and a method for preparing ozone water. The device provided by the invention comprises an ozone water high-pressure circulating mixing system, an ozone water diluting system and an ozone water consumption supplementing system; the ozone water high-pressure circulating mixing system comprises an ozone generator, a mixer, a pump and an ozone water pressure tank; the mixer, the pump and the ozone water pressure tank are sequentially connected in a circulating manner; the ozone generator is connected with the mixer; the ozone water dilution system and the ozone water high-pressure circulating mixing system share the ozone water pressure tank. The device can improve the solubility and the dissolution efficiency of ozone in water in a circulating pressurization mode at normal temperature, finally can prepare and obtain ozone water with the maximum concentration of 200ppm, and dilutes the high-concentration ozone water through the ozone water dilution system to meet the output of the ozone water with different concentrations.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ozone water preparation, in particular to a device and a method for preparing ozone water.
Background
At present, ozone water is generally prepared by mixing ozone and water under normal temperature and pressure, the concentration of the mixture is slowly increased along with the increase of the mixing time, and after the ozone is dissolved and saturated, the mixed concentration can only reach about 30ppm and can only be output in a single concentration. Therefore, as the application of the ozone water in industries such as semiconductors and photovoltaics becomes more and more extensive, the application of the low-concentration and single-concentration ozone water in the industries is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for preparing ozone water and a method for preparing ozone water, wherein the device can improve the solubility and the dissolution efficiency of ozone in water by a circulating pressurization mode under normal temperature conditions, finally can prepare ozone water with the concentration of 200ppm, and can dilute the ozone water based on the concentration to obtain the ozone water with the concentration of less than or equal to 200 ppm.

Preferably, the high pressure and the circulating power in the circulating high pressure mixing process are provided by the pump 4.
Preferably, in the diluting step, the flow rate of the ozonated water is controlled by the ozonated water flow controller, and the flow rate of the pure water is controlled by the pure water flow controller 18, so that the dilution is performed, and the concentration of the diluted ozonated water is detected by the ozone concentration detector 5 until the concentration of the ozonated water reaches the actually required concentration of the ozonated water.

In the present invention, a venturi tube and a cross-blade mixing chamber are preferably provided in the mixer 2; a polytetrafluoroethylene lining is preferably arranged in the ozone water pressure tank 3; a high liquid level float sensor and a low liquid level float sensor are preferably arranged in the polytetrafluoroethylene lining.

diluting the first ozone water in an ozone water dilution system according to actual needs to obtain diluted ozone water; the concentration of the diluted ozone water is less than or equal to that of the first ozone water;
the consumption of the first ozonated water by the dilution process is replenished by an ozonated water consuming replenishment system.
The method comprises the steps of sequentially carrying out circulating high-pressure mixing on ozone and water generated by an ozone generator 1 in a mixer 2 and an ozone water pressure tank 3 to obtain first ozone water; the concentration of the first ozone water is less than or equal to 200 ppm; the pressure of the circulating high-pressure mixing is preferably 3 kg. In the present invention, the process of circulating high-pressure mixing is preferably: the pump 4, the mixer 2 and the ozone water pressure tank 3 form a mixing loop, and the pump 4 provides circulating pressure; ozone water and water are mixed in a mixer 2 (the specific process is that ozone generated by an ozonizer generator is sucked into a venturi tube and then is primarily mixed through a cross blade mixing cavity to obtain primary ozone water), and the primary ozone water is conveyed to an ozone water pressure tank 3 for further dissolution.
After the first ozone water is obtained, diluting the first ozone water in an ozone water dilution system according to actual needs to obtain diluted ozone water; the concentration of the diluted ozone water is less than or equal to that of the first ozone water. In the present invention, the dilution is preferably performed by controlling the flow rate of the ozonated water by the ozonated water flow controller, and controlling the flow rate of the pure water by the pure water flow controller 18; and mixing and diluting the first ozone water and the pure water in a mixing unit according to different set flow rates. The concentration of the diluted ozone water is calibrated by an ozone concentration meter, and the flow rate of the first ozone water and the flow rate of the pure water are confirmed and output to obtain different ozone water concentrations according with actual needs.
The consumption of the first ozonated water caused by the dilution process of the present invention is replenished by an ozonated water consumption replenishment system. In the present invention, the liquid level of the ozone water in the ozone water pressure tank 3 is preferably located between the high level float sensor and the low level float sensor, and when the liquid level of the ozone water in the ozone water pressure tank 3 does not meet the above requirements, the pure water is supplemented by the ozone water consumption supplementing system and the above-mentioned cyclic high-pressure mixing process is performed, so as to obtain the first ozone water.
The apparatus for producing ozonated water and the method for producing ozonated water according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Sucking ozone generated by an ozonizer generator into a venturi tube, carrying out primary mixing through a cross blade mixing cavity to obtain primary ozone water, and conveying the primary ozone water to the ozone water pressure tank 3 for further dissolution; a mixing loop is formed in the pump 4, the mixer 2 and the ozone water pressure tank 3, so that circulating high-pressure mixing (the pressure is 3 kilograms) is realized, and first ozone water (200ppm) is obtained;
the ozone water flow controller controls the flow of ozone water, and the pure water flow controller controls the flow of pure water to dilute; and mixing and diluting the first ozone water and the pure water in a mixing unit according to different set flow rates. Calibrating the concentration of the diluted ozone water by an ozone concentration meter, confirming the flow of the first ozone water and the flow of the pure water, and outputting to obtain different ozone water concentrations according with actual needs;
when the liquid level of the ozone water in the ozone water pressure tank 3 is not between the high liquid level float sensor and the low liquid level float sensor, pure water is supplemented through an ozone water consumption supplementing system and the circulating high-pressure mixing process is repeated to obtain first ozone water, so that a foundation is provided for the subsequent dilution process.

mixing ozone and water generated by an ozone generator (1) in a mixer (2) and an ozone water pressure tank (3) in sequence at high pressure to obtain first ozone water; the concentration of the first ozone water is less than or equal to 200 ppm; the pressure of the circulating high-pressure mixing is 3 kg;
diluting the first ozone water in an ozone water dilution system according to actual needs to obtain diluted ozone water; the concentration of the diluted ozone water is less than or equal to that of the first ozone water;
the consumption of the first ozonated water by the dilution process is replenished by an ozonated water consuming replenishment system.
7. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that the high pressure and the circulating power in the process of circulating high pressure mixing are provided by the pump (4).
