The spraying system 1 in the second biological filtration area (biological filtration section) has the functions of: the circulating water is sprayed on the surface of the filler, and the liquid film on the surface of the filler naturally falls off when reaching 1mm and falls into the liquid storage tank 10 at the bottom of the container 6. The spraying has another function of supplementing trace elements and nutrients to microorganisms on the surface of the filler.
The top of the prewashing section is provided with an odor inlet 11 and an air inlet pipeline 4, and a prewashing process section access hole 12;
the biological filtration process section is provided with an access hole 13, a demister 3 and an air outlet 15. The demister 3 is used for dehumidifying discharged gas and reducing moisture in the box body taken away by the gas as much as possible.
For the application of the device in northern areas, since the operation in winter can not ensure that the operation temperature in the biological deodorization device can hardly reach more than 15 ℃, an electric heating pipe 14 is required to be arranged in a liquid storage tank at the bottom of a standard refrigerated container 6.
In the mobile equipment area, a power distribution control cabinet, a water pump 7, a fan 8, an air outlet 15, an instrument and the like are arranged for controlling the normal operation of the biological filtration system.
The fan 15 is a power source for the whole deodorization system to operate, and is also a power source for collecting odor to enter the container deodorization device, and the fan is arranged in the rear part, so that the odor air volume of the deodorization equipment of the container deodorization device can be ensured not to be emitted around the device.
The circulating water pump 7 is used for pumping liquid at the bottom of the container, sending the liquid to the spraying system 1 at the upper part of the container, and enabling the liquid sprayed to the surface of the filler to automatically flow into the bottom of the container, so that the liquid on the surface of the filler is updated (gas-liquid mass transfer is facilitated), and the circulating liquid is reused.
A liquid supplementing water tank 16 is arranged and is connected with a circulating water pump 7, a water outlet 18 and a water supply port 17 so as to ensure that the liquid in the box body can be recycled, supplied and discharged.
