Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the environmental protection technology, in particular to an industrialized treatment and purification device for odor and waste gas.
Background
The effective treatment of the odor of sewage disposal plants, the odor generated in the composting process of organic matters, the waste gas generated by the life metabolism of the organic matters which are utilized as nutrients by microorganisms and the like is an important and difficult task of environmental protection.
The odor takes hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas as characteristic pollutants, and takes dimensionless concentrations of methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, styrene, trimethylamine and odor which are determined by GB14554-93 emission Standard of malodorous pollutants as standards.
Conventional industrial odor treatment devices, having a box or cartridge type structure, are generally composed of three parts: the first is the box body of the processing device, which is mainly provided with an integral filler bracket, a filler and a spraying device; the second is provided with a matched liquid storage tank, a liquid supplementing water tank (for supplementing nutrition), a water pump, a fan and the like; and thirdly, the device is provided with a matched instrument, a power distribution system, a control system and the like.
Because the odor treatment purification equipment is huge in size, the assembly, debugging and other work of the odor purification equipment can be finished only on the odor treatment site, and the odor purification equipment can be directly used. Therefore, the device takes long time from manufacture to use, the investment is large, the management cost is high, and the construction environment for processing and manufacturing is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that the traditional industrialized odor treatment device can only be installed on site, and has long time consumption, high cost and the like, the invention aims to provide novel odor purification equipment which is simple to process and manufacture, trouble-saving and labor-saving and quick to hand over products.
The invention is based on the following ideas: all the matched facilities of the odor treatment and purification equipment are integrated into a container to form a movable and closed biological deodorization device, and a drainage interface, an air inlet and exhaust interface, a power distribution interface and an electric control interface are reserved on the installed purification equipment; the odor treatment device is hoisted or transported to an odor treatment site through a flat car, and then is connected with pipelines of water, electricity, gas and the like, so that the device can be started to work.
The structure and the manufacturing method of the odor treatment integrated purification equipment of the invention are as follows:
1) purchasing a standard refrigerated container, dismantling the original refrigerator body in the container, and sealing the gap of the container body after the refrigerator is dismantled; and a stainless steel plate is used as an outer layer decoration or an inner lining heat preservation plate for heat preservation.
2) According to the length and width of the interior of the box body, the inner cavity of the box body is divided into a front area and a rear area
A biological filtration area; the front region is a mobile device region.
3) The mobile equipment area is provided with necessary devices of traditional equipment such as a water pump, a fan, an instrument, an electric control cabinet and the like, and the devices are used for controlling the normal operation of the biological filtration system.
4) In the biological filtration district, a liquid storage tank that can store water and has an upward opening is installed to its box inner chamber, and there is the filler installation interval liquid storage tank top, and there is the interval that sprays above the filler installation interval. The biological filtering area is divided into a front biological filtering area and a rear biological filtering area: a first biofiltration zone for washing; a second biofiltration zone for removing organic matter with microorganisms. The outer walls of the two biological filtering areas are reserved with an odor inlet 11, a water outlet 18 and a water supply port 17.
5) After the primary installation of the purification equipment is completed, the biological filler is pre-coated with a film, namely, a microbial fermentation device is utilized to ferment and expand functional microorganisms applied to the microbial technology treatment under the target odor working condition, inoculation is carried out on the surface of the filler in a factory through a liquid spraying and circulating system in the device, then nutrient solution is sprayed on the surface of the filler to be cultured, and a layer of film of the functional microorganisms is formed on the surface of the filler.
The film hanging time is as follows: the decontamination apparatus is performed within 10 days after factory manufacture and before installation and use at the intended application site.
In the traditional industrialized odor treatment device, the biofilm carrier pre-hanging is used for carrying out microorganism domestication under the working condition and hanging a biofilm on the surface of the biofilm carrier. Therefore, the invention can greatly shorten the acclimatization starting time of the biological bacteria in the biological deodorization device and shorten the project acceptance period.
6) After the membrane is hung, the purification equipment manufactured in the factory is subjected to no-load tests, such as pressurization, wind resistance testing, spray water amount adjustment, PLC and instrument linkage logic relation adjustment, pre-alkali washing or acid washing and other operations, so that smooth water supply and drainage, smooth air inlet and outlet, normal operation of a switch cabinet, normal operation of an instrument and normal control system are ensured, and the switch cabinet has a normal use function, namely, normal operation can be realized once the switch cabinet is started.
The odor treatment purification device is manufactured and debugged in a factory, is transported to a working site, and is connected with the water supply and drainage interface, the air inlet and exhaust interface, the power distribution interface and the electric control interface, so that the device can be started to normally work, the time for field installation and debugging is greatly saved, the operation efficiency of the device is improved, and the cost is saved.

Detailed Description
Embodiment of structure and manufacturing method of odor treatment integrated purifying equipment
Fig. 1 and 2 show the shape and structure of the odor treatment integrated purification apparatus of the present embodiment in front view and plan view, respectively.
A purchased standard refrigerated container 6 is disassembled from a refrigerator, holes left after the disassembly are plugged by a double-layer stainless steel plate with a lining heat-insulation plate, after the holes are plugged, the outer surface of a box body is decorated by a stainless steel corrugated plate, and then the interior of the box body is reformed.
Before and after the interior of the standard refrigerated container 6, the weight ratio of 4: 1 is divided into two areas by a partition board: the front part is a mobile equipment area for installing a power distribution control cabinet and the like, and the rear part is a biological filtering area for installing biological fillers and the like.
Below 800mm height in the biological filtering area, a glass fiber reinforced plastic liquid storage tank 10 is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials. Below the liquid storage tank 10, the support frame 9 of filler is installed: biological fillers 2 are stacked on the filler support frame 9; a spraying system 1 (comprising a spraying system and a spraying head) is arranged at the height of 400mm at the upper part of the biological filler 2.
According to the requirement of deodorization target working condition, the interior of the biological filtration zone is divided into front and back two zones by using partition plates, namely a first biological filtration zone (prewashing zone) and a second biological filtration zone (biological filtration zone).
The spraying system 1 has the following functions in a first biological filtering small area (prewashing section): spraying from top to bottom, spraying circulating water on the surface of the filler, and carrying out gas-liquid mass transfer on the water and gas passing through the filler layer on the surface of the filler to realize the transfer of soluble pollutants in the odor to a liquid phase, so that the odor is subjected to primary purification treatment.
The spraying system 1 in the second biological filtration area (biological filtration section) has the functions of: the circulating water is sprayed on the surface of the filler, and the liquid film on the surface of the filler naturally falls off when reaching 1mm and falls into the liquid storage tank 10 at the bottom of the container 6. The spraying has another function of supplementing trace elements and nutrients to microorganisms on the surface of the filler.
The top of the prewashing section is provided with an odor inlet 11 and an air inlet pipeline 4, and a prewashing process section access hole 12;
the biological filtration process section is provided with an access hole 13, a demister 3 and an air outlet 15. The demister 3 is used for dehumidifying discharged gas and reducing moisture in the box body taken away by the gas as much as possible.
For the application of the device in northern areas, since the operation in winter can not ensure that the operation temperature in the biological deodorization device can hardly reach more than 15 ℃, an electric heating pipe 14 is required to be arranged in a liquid storage tank at the bottom of a standard refrigerated container 6.
In the mobile equipment area, a power distribution control cabinet, a water pump 7, a fan 8, an air outlet 15, an instrument and the like are arranged for controlling the normal operation of the biological filtration system.
The fan 15 is a power source for the whole deodorization system to operate, and is also a power source for collecting odor to enter the container deodorization device, and the fan is arranged in the rear part, so that the odor air volume of the deodorization equipment of the container deodorization device can be ensured not to be emitted around the device.
The circulating water pump 7 is used for pumping liquid at the bottom of the container, sending the liquid to the spraying system 1 at the upper part of the container, and enabling the liquid sprayed to the surface of the filler to automatically flow into the bottom of the container, so that the liquid on the surface of the filler is updated (gas-liquid mass transfer is facilitated), and the circulating liquid is reused.
A liquid supplementing water tank 16 is arranged and is connected with a circulating water pump 7, a water outlet 18 and a water supply port 17 so as to ensure that the liquid in the box body can be recycled, supplied and discharged.
In the equipment district that moves equipment and switch board, installation fan 8, the import of fan 8 is connected with biofilm carrier district's air exit 15, and the export of fan 8 is connected with air exit 15, guarantees to handle gas after up to standard and discharges from deodorizing device. In order to ensure that all the operating parameters of the deodorizing device are controlled within the process requirements, a distribution and distribution control cabinet 19 is installed in the equipment area of the mobile equipment and the control cabinet.
The manufacturing method of the odor treatment and purification equipment of the embodiment is as follows:
1. a standard cold box and a standard high box container are purchased, and the external dimension is as follows:
L12192mm*W2438mm*H2896mm,
2. dismantling the refrigerator of the standard refrigerated container, and sealing the notch of the box body after the refrigerator is dismantled by using a stainless steel plate with the thickness of 2mm and an inner lining heat insulation plate;
3. in the box body, after being removed from the refrigerator, the plugging port faces to the opening direction, and an L9000W 2294H 800 liquid storage tank 10 capable of storing water is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials;
4. in a factory, a filler support frame, a biological system partition plate, a spraying system 1, a liquid supplementing water tank 16, a circulating water pump 7, a fan 8, an instrument, an electric control cabinet 19 and the like are manufactured and installed;
5. because the standard refrigerated container 6 can be transported by roads, the product can be delivered as a complete product after being reformed into the biological deodorization device, and the product is called as integrated biological odor purification equipment.
The principle and process of odor treatment by the purifying equipment of the embodiment are as follows:
the odor which is collected and enters the device enters the standard refrigerated container 6 from the odor inlet 11 through the suction effect of the fan 8;
the odor entering the apparatus travels from the upper part of the packing layer in the first biological filtration zone (prewashing section) (as shown in the figure, the left side in the container 6) to the space under the packing layer through the packing layer. In a first biological filtration area (prewashing section) packing layer, the odor entering the device and the liquid sprayed to the surface of the packing by the spraying system pipeline 1 carry out gas-liquid mass transfer, soluble substances such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in the odor are dissolved in the liquid on the surface of the packing, the hydrogen sulfide and ammonia dissolved in the liquid on the surface of the packing naturally fall down along with the liquid on the surface of the packing, and finally fall into a liquid storage tank 10 at the bottom in the refrigerated container 6, so that the liquid on the surface of the packing is updated, and the hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in the air (odor) are removed.
The odor after the pre-washing treatment passes through the packing layer of the second biological filtering area (biological filtering section) from bottom to top under the suction action of the fan; on the surface of the filler in the second biological filtering area (biological filtering section), pollutant molecules in wind (odor) contact with the biological film on the surface of the filler through the Brownian motion of the molecules and are captured by the biological film, so that the pollutants are separated from the odor. The pollutants captured by the biological film on the surface of the filler of the second biological filtration area (biological filtration section) are contacted with microorganisms in the biological film, and then are biochemically generated into other harmless and low-harmful polysaccharide and protein organic matters to form a part of the biological film, and most of the harmless and low-harmful polysaccharide and protein organic matters are converted into carbon dioxide and inorganic acid. When the thickness of the biological film reaches more than 1mm, the biological film can naturally fall off and is carried by the spraying liquid which is intermittently sprayed to the second biological filtering area (biological filtering section) by the spraying system 1, and the biological film naturally falls into the bottom of the container 6, so that the insoluble pollutants are separated from the odor.
The odor treated by the two stages of the first biological filtering small area (prewashing section) and the second biological filtering area (biological filtering section) reaches the emission standard. After water drops in the air are removed by the demister 3, the odor is purified, is pumped out by the fan 8, and is discharged out of the container through the air outlet 15.
