The rack 330 is connected with the bed support 110 of the bed main body 100; when the toilet 310 moves to be opposite to the discharge opening 130, the gear 329 rotates relative to the rack 330 and moves toward the top of the bed main body 100 along the extending direction of the rack 330 to drive the cover 400 to rotate, thereby opening the opening; when the toilet 310 moves to be offset from the discharge opening 130, the gear 329 rotates relative to the rack 330 and moves toward the bottom of the bed main body 100 along the extending direction of the rack 330 to rotate the cover 400, thereby closing the opening. The toilet bowl 310 rotates relative to the bed frame 110 under the driving of the first lever 325, the gear 329 rotates together with the toilet bowl 310, the motion track of the gear 329 is a circular arc, therefore, the gear rack 330 is designed to be an arc-shaped structure, and the gear 329 is always meshed with the gear rack 330 in the process of rotating together with the toilet bowl 310.
Obviously, in other embodiments, the rack 330 may be a bar structure, the rack 330 is movably connected with the bed support 110, and the rack 330 always has a movement tendency to engage with the gear 329, so that the gear 329 can keep engaging with the rack 330 when rotating together with the toilet 310.
Optionally, a water pipe 500 and a valve 600 are further arranged on the toilet 310, the water pipe 500 is connected with the toilet 310, and the valve 600 is connected with the water pipe 500 and can change the diameter of the water pipe 500, so as to realize the smoothness or the blocking of the water pipe 500.
Optionally, the nursing bed 001 further comprises a guard 700 disposed on the bed frame 110, and the guard 700 is rotatably connected to the bed frame 110 and can be rotated to a position protruding out of the supporting surface 140 of the bed plate unit 120 to prevent the patient from falling off the bed plate unit 120. Can also be rotated to be positioned below the bed plate unit 120 or be flush with the bed plate unit 120, and can not affect the getting on or off of the bed of the patient.

the bed comprises a bed main body, a shielding piece and a drainage device, wherein a drainage port is formed in the bed main body; the drainage device comprises a toilet and a linkage mechanism, wherein the shielding piece is connected with the bed main body and used for opening or closing the drainage port, the linkage mechanism is simultaneously connected with the shielding piece and the toilet and used for driving the shielding piece to move to open when the toilet moves relative to the bed main body and is aligned with the drainage port or driving the shielding piece to close when the toilet moves relative to the bed main body and is staggered with the drainage port.
2. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein:
the bed main body is provided with a supporting surface for bearing a patient, and the top of the shielding piece is flush with the supporting surface when the shielding piece is positioned at the position of closing the excretion opening.
3. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein:
the linkage mechanism comprises a sliding part, a first transmission part and a second transmission part, the first transmission part is in transmission connection with the closestool, and the second transmission part is in transmission connection with the shielding part; the first transmission piece and the second transmission piece are both movably connected with the sliding piece, the sliding piece is connected with the bed main body, and when the sliding piece moves relative to the bed main body and drives the first transmission piece to move so as to enable the closestool to be aligned with the discharge port, the second transmission piece is driven to move so as to enable the shielding piece to open the discharge port; or when the sliding piece moves relative to the bed main body and drives the first transmission piece to move so as to enable the closestool to be staggered with the drainage port, the second transmission piece is driven to move so as to enable the shielding piece to close the drainage port.
4. A nursing bed as claimed in claim 3 wherein:
the linkage mechanism further comprises a first lever, the first lever is rotatably connected with the bed main body, the first transmission piece is rotatably matched with one end of the first lever, the other end of the first lever is rotatably matched with the closestool, and the sliding piece is used for driving the first transmission piece to move so as to drive the first lever to rotate, so that the closestool is driven to be opposite to the discharge port or staggered with the discharge port.
5. A nursing bed as claimed in claim 3 wherein:
the linkage mechanism further comprises a second lever, the second lever is connected with the bed main body in a rotating mode, one end of the second lever is connected with the second transmission piece, the other end of the second lever is connected with the shielding piece, the sliding piece is used for driving the second transmission piece to move and drive the second lever to rotate, and therefore the shielding piece is driven to be opened or closed.
6. A nursing bed as claimed in claim 5, in which:
the link gear still includes the connecting piece, the one end of connecting piece with the shielding piece is connected, the other end of connecting piece with the bed main part rotates to be connected, be provided with the spout on the connecting piece, the second lever with spout sliding fit works as the slider drive the second lever for when the bed main part rotates, the second lever for the spout slides and drives the shielding piece rotates in order to open or close the drain hole.
7. A nursing bed according to any of claims 3-6, characterized in that:
the sliding part is in sliding fit with the bed main body along a preset direction, the sliding part is provided with a first sliding hole and a second sliding hole, included angles are formed between the first sliding hole and the second sliding hole and the preset direction, the first transmission part penetrates through the first sliding hole, and the second transmission part penetrates through the second sliding hole; when the sliding part slides relative to the bed main body, the sliding part drives the first transmission part and the second transmission part to lift and descend simultaneously.

the linkage mechanism further comprises a guide structure, and the guide structure is connected to the sliding piece and the bed main body at the same time and used for guiding the sliding piece to slide along the preset direction.
9. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein:
the nursing bed also comprises a cover body, wherein the cover body is movably connected with the closestool and is used for opening or closing the opening of the closestool; the linkage mechanism is connected with the cover body and used for enabling the cover body to move relative to the toilet bowl to open the opening when the toilet bowl moves to be aligned with the discharge opening; or moving the cover relative to the toilet to close the opening when the toilet is moved to be misaligned with the drain opening.
10. The nursing bed of claim 9 wherein:
the linkage mechanism further comprises a gear and a rack which are meshed with each other, the gear is connected with the cover body, and the cover body is rotationally connected with the closestool; the rack is connected with the bed main body; when the toilet moves to be aligned with the discharge opening, the gear rotates relative to the rack and moves along the extending direction of the rack so as to drive the cover body to rotate, and therefore the opening is opened; when the closestool moves to be staggered with the discharge opening, the gear rotates relative to the rack and moves along the extending direction of the rack so as to drive the cover body to rotate, and therefore the opening is closed.
