Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for managing a heat generating member according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the heat generating member management method may include:
and step 110, acquiring indication information detected by the detection component, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the concentration of a predetermined gas in the smoke atomized by the atomizer, and the predetermined gas comprises at least one carbide.
Wherein the predetermined gas may comprise carbon dioxide CO2At least one of carbon monoxide and CO; the indication may include at least one of a concentration of the predetermined gas in the aerosol atomized by the atomizer and a weight of the predetermined gas in the predetermined amount of aerosol atomized by the atomizer.
And step 120, determining whether the cleaning condition of the heating element is met according to the indication information.
The following are described in two cases:
in the first case, in the case where the instruction information includes the concentration of the predetermined gas atomized by the atomizer, if the concentration of the predetermined gas is higher than the predetermined concentration, it is determined that the cleaning condition of the heat generating member is satisfied.
The predetermined concentration can be set by a system developer or can be customized by a user. For example, a system developer may determine the concentration of a predetermined gas in the mist atomized when the heat generating member generates heat with a small amount of carbide through a number of experiments.
It should be noted that, if the predetermined gas includes carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, the sum of the concentration of carbon dioxide and the concentration of carbon monoxide is determined to obtain the concentration of the predetermined gas.
In the second case, in the case where the instruction information includes the weight of the predetermined gas in the predetermined amount of smoke atomized by the atomizer, if the weight of the predetermined gas in the predetermined amount of smoke is higher than the second threshold value, it is determined that the cleaning condition of the heat generating member is satisfied.
The second threshold may be set by a system developer, for example, the system developer may determine the weight of the predetermined gas in the atomized smoke when the heat generating member generates a small amount of carbide through a plurality of experiments.
It is noted that if the predetermined gas includes carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, the sum of the weight of the carbon dioxide and the weight of the carbon monoxide in the predetermined amount of smoke is determined to obtain the weight of the predetermined gas.
And step 130, if the cleaning condition of the heating element is met, executing a predetermined operation, wherein the predetermined operation comprises displaying first reminding information for reminding that the surface of the heating element in the atomizer is excessively deposited, and/or executing the cleaning operation of the heating element.
The display mode of the first reminding information can comprise any one of voice prompt, text prompt, vibration, indicator light and the like. The user of the electronic cigarette can clear the heating piece or replace the heating piece according to the first reminding information.
In practical implementation, the first reminding information can also be reminding information for reminding to replace the accessory of the heating element. For example, the fitting may be a metal fitting sleeved outside the heat generating member, and deposits generated during atomization of the heat generating member adhere to an outer surface of the metal fitting.
In one example, after the first reminding information is displayed, the electronic cigarette executes the cleaning operation of the heating member when receiving the cleaning confirmation signal. The confirmation cleaning signal may be an operation signal generated when the on-off key is pressed after the electronic cigarette displays the first reminding information, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, after the first reminding information is displayed, the electronic cigarette obtains cleaning time or cleaning triggering conditions; executing the cleaning operation of the heating member at the cleaning time; or when the cleaning triggering condition is met, the cleaning operation of the heating element is executed.
The cleaning time may be set by a system developer, and the cleaning triggering condition may be that the smoking of the baking-type electronic cigarette is finished, the electronic cigarette is started next time, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In addition, the electronic cigarette can realize the cleaning operation of the heating part; the heating part is controlled to heat according to the preset power or temperature so that the heating part reaches a high-temperature state, and the sediments on the heating part are baked into ash. Thereafter, the electron cigarette can indicate the user to shake the electron cigarette, and the user can make the deposit drop from the piece that generates heat through shaking the electron cigarette. The electronic cigarette can vibrate after heating at high temperature, so that the deposit falls off from the heating piece to finish the cleaning operation.
In summary, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the indication information detected by the detection component, where the indication information is used to indicate the concentration of the predetermined gas in the smoke atomized by the atomizer, and the predetermined gas includes at least one carbide; determining whether the cleaning condition of the heating member is satisfied according to the indication information; if the cleaning condition of the heating element is met, executing a preset operation, wherein the preset operation comprises displaying first reminding information for reminding excessive sediments on the surface of the heating element in the atomizer and/or executing the cleaning operation of the heating element; the problem of also can be too much deposit on the heating element under the condition that does not reach electron cigarette clearance cycle among the correlation technique is solved, the effect that improves electron cigarette user's suction experience has been reached.
In one example, if the detecting component is used to detect the concentration of a predetermined gas in the smoke atomized by the atomizer, step 110 may be implemented as: the concentration of the predetermined gas detected by the detection assembly is acquired.
Wherein, this detection subassembly can set up in atomizing chamber or with the airflow channel or the cigarette holder of atomizing chamber intercommunication, is provided with the piece 25 that generates heat in the atomizing intracavity of atomizer 24. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the detecting component 21 may be disposed in a cavity in an auxiliary mouthpiece 23, the auxiliary mouthpiece 23 is sleeved on the mouthpiece of the electronic cigarette 22, and the inner diameter of the bottom end of the auxiliary mouthpiece 23 is equal to the outer diameter of the mouthpiece of the electronic cigarette 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the detection component 21 is disposed on a sidewall of the cavity of the auxiliary mouthpiece 23. This is merely illustrated as the detection component 21 being disposed in a cavity of the auxiliary mouthpiece 23. In practical implementation, the detection component 21 may be disposed at a mouthpiece of the electronic cigarette 22, which is not described in detail herein.
Optionally, the detection assembly comprises an infrared emitter and an infrared absorber, the infrared emitter and the infrared absorber are arranged oppositely, and smoke generated by electronic smoke can pass through the infrared emitter and the infrared absorber; the electronic cigarette determines the concentration of the predetermined gas according to the infrared absorption spectrum detected by the infrared absorption instrument.
For example, since carbon dioxide can be absorbed by external radiation with a wavelength of 4.3 micrometers, and no other substances such as oxygen, nitrogen, and co are significantly absorbed at this wavelength, an absorption peak exists at a wavelength (abscissa) of 4.3um in an infrared absorption spectrum detected by an infrared absorption instrument, and the concentration of carbon dioxide can be determined according to the ordinate (light transmittance or absorbance) value of the absorption peak. That is, the electronic cigarette can determine the concentration of carbon dioxide from the infrared absorption spectrum detected by the infrared absorption meter.
The present embodiment is exemplified by the detecting component for detecting the concentration of the predetermined gas being an infrared absorption meter, and the concentration of the predetermined gas can be detected in other ways in practical implementation, for example, by using an integrated predetermined gas concentration detector (e.g., a carbon dioxide detector, a carbon monoxide detector), the predetermined gas concentration detector is electrically connected to the controller in the electronic cigarette, and the detected predetermined gas concentration data is provided to the controller. In this embodiment, the details of other ways of detecting the concentration of the predetermined gas are not repeated.
In another example, as shown in fig. 3, the detecting device includes an air-extracting assembly, a liquid storage part 31 and a detecting part 32 for detecting the weight of the liquid storage part 31, wherein: the reservoir 31 is for storing a solution capable of absorbing a predetermined gas and the pumping assembly is for pumping a predetermined amount of the solution from the aerosol.
Taking the predetermined gas as carbon dioxide for example, the solution in the liquid storage part 31 may be barium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, etc., and the weight change value before and after the predetermined amount is extracted from the smoke by the air extracting component is the weight of the carbon dioxide in the predetermined amount of smoke.
The detecting member 32 for detecting the weight of the liquid storage member 31 may be a gravity sensor or a pressure sensor. Optionally, the bottom of the reservoir 31 is in contact with the top of the detector 32.
Then in this example, the implementation of step 110 may be: acquiring a first weight detected by the detector 32 before the pumping assembly pumps a predetermined amount of solution from the aerosol; the second weight detected by the detection part 32 after the predetermined amount is extracted from the smoke by the air extracting component into the solution is obtained, and the weight change value of the liquid storage part 31 is calculated according to the second weight and the first weight to obtain the weight of the predetermined gas in the predetermined amount of smoke.
In practical implementation, if at least two liquid storage parts are included in the electronic cigarette, wherein one liquid storage part is used for storing a solution capable of absorbing carbon dioxide, and another liquid storage part is used for storing a solution capable of absorbing carbon monoxide, the statistics air extracting assembly extracts a predetermined amount from the smoke to a first total weight of all the liquid storage parts before the solution, and the statistics air extracting assembly extracts a predetermined amount from the smoke to a second total weight of all the liquid storage parts after the solution, the weight of the predetermined gas in the predetermined amount of smoke is obtained by calculating a total weight change value according to the second total weight and the first total weight, that is, indication information for indicating the concentration of the predetermined gas in the smoke atomized by the atomizer is obtained.
Optionally, the liquid storage part and the detection part for detecting the weight of the liquid storage part can be arranged in the battery body. To avoid loss of smoke during transport, the reservoir may be located in the battery body near the connection to the atomizer 33, as shown in fig. 3. Of course, in practical implementation, the reservoir, the detecting member 32 for detecting the weight of the reservoir 31, may be located at the bottom of the atomizer. The position of the liquid storage member and the position of the detection member 32 are not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the air-extracting assembly includes a first air-guide 34 (e.g., a small syringe) and an air-extracting pump, wherein: one end of the first air guide piece 34 is connected with an air suction port of the air suction pump, and the other end of the first air guide piece 34 is arranged around the heating piece 35 of the atomizer 33; an exhaust port of an air pump (not shown) is connected to a first end of the second air guide, and a second end of the second air guide extends into the solution in the liquid storage. In practice, the second end of the second air-guide member may contact or be close to the bottom of the liquid storage member.
The air pump can control the air pumping flow and the air pumping time to pump the predetermined amount of smoke into the solution in the liquid storage part 31.
Optionally, because the predetermined amount of smoke can not be completely absorbed by the solution, in order to ensure the air pressure balance in the liquid storage part, an air outlet is arranged on the liquid storage part, and a check valve is arranged in the air outlet or an exhaust pipe connected with the air outlet. After the air extracting assembly extracts a predetermined amount of the solution from the smoke, the gas in the smoke which is not absorbed by the solution is discharged out of the liquid storage part 31 through the one-way valve, so that the air pressure in the liquid storage part 31 is balanced.
Optionally, the liquid storage component is a small-capacity storage device. For avoiding in stock solution spare 31 solution saturation no longer absorb predetermined gas and lead to predetermined gas weight in the predetermined amount smog to detect inaccurately, the electron cigarette can remind the user in time to change solution in the stock solution spare when solution saturation, the following mode of accessible realizes:
if the weight of the preset gas in the preset amount of smoke is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, acquiring the weight of the preset gas in the preset amount of smoke extracted each time in N times of extraction before the smoke is extracted by the air extracting assembly at the time, wherein N is an integer larger than 0; if the weight of the predetermined gas in the predetermined amount of smoke extracted for the previous N times is larger than the first threshold value, it indicates that the solution in the liquid storage part is saturated at the moment, and second reminding information for reminding to replace the solution in the liquid storage part 31 is displayed.
The first threshold is set by a system developer, for example, the system developer may set the first threshold to be 0.
The specific implementation can be as follows: if the weight change value is smaller than or equal to the first threshold value, obtaining the weight change value of the liquid storage part for storing the solution, which is obtained by extracting the preset amount of smoke to the preset amount of smoke each time in N times of extraction before the smoke is extracted by the air extraction assembly at the time, so as to obtain N weight change values, wherein N is an integer larger than 0; and if the N weight change values are all larger than the first threshold value, displaying second reminding information for reminding to replace the solution in the liquid storage part.
In an example of any of the above embodiments, the above heating element management method may be periodically executed in a powered-on state of the electronic cigarette or during smoking.
In another example of any of the above embodiments, the electronic cigarette executes the heat generating member management method on the premise that the execution of the heat generating member management method is satisfied. The method can be realized in the following ways:
firstly, the first few suction ports after the electronic cigarette is started can not be atomized completely, so that the indication information cannot reflect the surface deposition amount of the heating part, and the electronic cigarette counts the number of the suction ports after the electronic cigarette is started in order to avoid the problem; if the number of suction openings reaches the first preset number of openings, several steps are performed as shown in FIG. 1.
The first preset port number can be set by a system developer or can be customized by a user. For example, the system developer may set the first predetermined number of ports to 3 or 4.
The implementation of the statistics of the number of the suction ports after the electronic cigarette is started can be as follows: and counting the number of the smoking signals detected after the electronic cigarette is started. The smoking signal may be an operation signal generated when an on-off key on the electronic cigarette is operated, or may be an airflow signal detected by an airflow sensor disposed in an air passage communicating with the mouthpiece, which is not specifically limited in this application.
Secondly, counting the accumulated heating time of the heating piece after the electronic cigarette is started; if the accumulated heat generation period reaches the first preset period, several steps as shown in fig. 1 are performed.
The first preset time length can be set by a system developer and can also be customized by a user. The system developer can determine the shortest heating time required by the heating part for complete atomization through multiple tests, and the shortest heating time is determined as the first preset time.
Optionally, because the time interval between the electronic cigarette starting up again and the last time of shutdown is shorter, and the temperature of the heating element may still be higher, the tobacco product and carbide in the heating element can be completely atomized when the electronic cigarette starting up this time, and the indication information detected by the detection component is also enough to reflect the surface deposition amount of the heating element, so that the time interval between the last cigarette lighting and the current time can be obtained when the electronic cigarette starting up; and if the time interval reaches a second preset time, executing the step of counting the accumulated heating time of the heating piece after the electronic cigarette is started, or executing the step of counting the number of the suction ports after the electronic cigarette is started. And if the time interval does not reach the second preset time length, executing the step of acquiring the indication information detected by the detection component.
Wherein the second preset duration is usually set by a system developer. For example, a system developer determines a time period required for the heating member to be cooled from the holding temperature to a predetermined temperature (a temperature at which the heating member can be completely atomized) through a plurality of tests, and determines the time period as a second preset time period.
Thirdly, after the heating element is cleaned for one time, carbides are generated only by pumping the surface of the heating element for multiple times, so that the pumping taste is influenced, and in order to reduce the detection frequency of the detection assembly, the accumulated pumping opening number and/or the accumulated pumping time after the heating element is cleaned for the last time can be counted; when the accumulated number of the suction ports reaches a second preset number, executing several steps as shown in FIG. 1; and/or, when the accumulated pumping time period reaches a third preset time period, performing several steps as shown in fig. 1.
The second preset port number can be set by a system developer or can be customized by a user; the third preset time period may be set by a system developer or may be customized by a user.
Optionally, the electronic cigarette may display the counted accumulated number of suction ports and/or accumulated smoking duration after the last cleaning in the display screen, so that the user may adjust the second preset number of suction ports according to the accumulated number of suction ports when the smoking taste is not good, or adjust the third preset duration according to the accumulated smoking duration when the smoking taste is not good.
The above embodiments are all exemplified by that in the smoking process of the electronic cigarette, the internal detection component of the electronic cigarette body detects to obtain the indication information, and whether the cleaning condition of the heating element is met or not is determined according to the indication information. In practical implementation, the electronic cigarette body can collect smoke in the smoking process, and the additional component of the electronic cigarette is utilized to detect whether the cleaning condition of the heating part is met.
For example, an electronic cigarette uses a pumping assembly to pump a portion of the aerosol from the atomizer during a puff to a storage for storing the aerosol; when the additional component is connected with the electronic cigarette body, the additional component detects the indication information corresponding to the preset gas in the smoke by using the internal detection component of the additional component, and performs several steps as shown in figure 1.
Optionally, the electron cigarette utilizes the subassembly of bleeding to extract the predetermined volume to the storage piece from the smog of atomizer atomizing in the suction process periodically to open the gas vent of storage piece at the in-process of bleeding, with the interior smog of change storage piece, the instruction information that detection element detected in the subassembly of charging when guaranteeing that the subassembly of charging is connected with the electron cigarette can the accurate reaction generate heat a surface deposition volume.
Optionally, a detection component for detecting the concentration of the predetermined gas is arranged on the additional component. When the additional component is connected with the electronic cigarette, the detection component of the additional component can extend into the storage part of the electronic cigarette, or smoke in the storage part of the electronic cigarette is released to the detection component of the additional component.
Optionally, the additional component may be a charging component. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the charging assembly 41 is provided with a groove for storing the electronic cigarette, the bottom of the groove is provided with a charging interface 42 and a raised short pipe 43, and the inner wall of the short pipe is provided with a detection assembly, such as an infrared receiver. When the electronic cigarette is placed in the groove and is connected with the charging interface of the charging assembly, the shielding plate on the inner wall of the storage piece is jacked away by the short protruding pipe to be separated from the inner wall of the storage piece 44; the shutter is attached to the inner wall by gravity when not being pushed open, and blocks the smoke in the storage member 44 from flowing out. The accessory component performs several steps as shown in figure 1 when it detects that it is connected to the e-cigarette.
It should be noted that, the air extracting component (not shown in the figure) extracts a part of the smoke from the smoke to the storage component 44, the connection manner of the air extracting component and the storage component in the above embodiment may refer to the connection manner of the air extracting component and the liquid storage component, and the air extracting component may also refer to other embodiments, which are not described in detail in this embodiment.
