Abstract

A cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by including: a main body part provided with a concave part for accommodating contents; a cover portion that covers the recess portion; and an applicator housed inside the main body, wherein the applicator has a rod shape, and the main body has a shape having a long left-right width and a short front-back width so as to correspond to the shape of the applicator.

Description

Cosmetic container
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container capable of storing an applicator in the shape of a long rod together with a cosmetic.
Background
In general, solid cosmetics such as foundation (foundation) and the like, which are widely used, are used for the purpose of protecting the skin, brightening the skin, and improving wrinkles and the like. In this case, the user may apply the cosmetic to the skin after applying the cosmetic to an applicator such as a puff or brush (brush).
In the case of a puff, it is sold in a state of being housed in a cosmetic container, and in general, a puff or the like may be housed inside a cap of a cosmetic container. Therefore, the user opens the cap to take out the puff in order to use the cosmetic, and touches the puff to the cosmetic in a state where the user inserts a finger into an elastic band or the like on the puff, thereby applying a predetermined amount of the cosmetic to the puff.
In contrast, the brush is constituted by a brush constituted by a plurality of hairs, in which case the hairs may be animal hairs or fibers made artificially by synthetic resin or the like. Such a brush is provided with a handle, and a user can uniformly apply the cosmetic to the hair part while grasping the handle, and then transfer the cosmetic by contacting the hair with the skin.
In the case of such a puff and a brush, the material and form are different from each other, and particularly, a compact cosmetic container has a circular shape and generally has the same/similar length in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction in a plan view, and therefore, due to the restriction of an inner space, in the compact cosmetic container, the puff is built therein together with the cosmetic.
On the other hand, in the case of performing makeup by brushing with a brush, expression of makeup is easier than in the case of performing makeup by beating a high-viscosity foundation or the like with a puff. For example, depending on the viscosity of the cosmetic, when a puff is used, the cosmetic may be uneven, and it is more effective when the cosmetic is applied by brushing. However, since the long rod-shaped brush cannot be stored in the cosmetic container due to the shape of the general compact cosmetic container, and the brush needs to be carried by a user, it is troublesome and inconvenient, and may be lost.

The objects, certain advantages and novel features of the invention will be more clearly understood by reference to the following detailed description and preferred embodiments. In the present specification, when reference numerals are given to components of respective drawings, the same components are illustrated in different drawings, but the same reference numerals are used as much as possible. In describing the present invention, when it is determined that the detailed description of the related known technology makes the gist of the present invention unclear, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a view showing the front of a cosmetic container according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 2 to 4 are views showing a cosmetic container according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, fig. 5 is a view showing an applicator of a cosmetic container according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, fig. 6 is a view showing another mode of a cosmetic container according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a view showing an applicator of a cosmetic container according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
Meanwhile, for convenience of explanation, the present embodiment is divided into embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, but the present invention may be implemented by providing various modifications depending on the configuration of the restricting member, the configuration of the applicator, and the like, and may be implemented by combining them, so that the embodiments may be added depending on the combination thereof, and the same reference numerals are used for the same configurations having the same functions, and the overlapping descriptions in the embodiments described below are combined with each other or omitted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a cosmetic container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 110, an applicator 120, a cover 130, and a lid 140, and is improved from a general compact cosmetic container, and is capable of storing the applicator 120 in a rod shape by increasing the lateral width as compared with a conventional cosmetic container having the same or similar lateral and front-rear widths in plan view.
Specifically, the main body 110 includes a concave portion 111 for accommodating contents
Here, the content may be a cosmetic for the entire face such as a foundation or a sunscreen cream covering the entire skin of the face of the user, but is not limited thereto, and the cosmetic stored in the body 110 may be formed in various forms such as a compressed powder like a solid powder or a highly viscous liquid substance, and may be applied to the applicator 120 and moved to the face of the user.
However, the content is preferably constituted by an air cushion, a water fan, a sunscreen foundation, or the like, which can be easily transferred to the skin of the user by the applicator 120 of the present embodiment, that is, in the case of performing makeup in a form in which the cosmetic is brushed down by the applicator 120 having a rod shape, and which can perform makeup efficiently.
The recess 111 in which such contents are stored is configured as a groove structure recessed from the upper portion to the lower portion, and the upper portion of the recess 111 is opened and closed by the cover 130. Since the concave portion 111 can divide front and rear or right and left spaces, the color, viscosity, and function of the content stored in each of the divided spaces are different from each other.
Here, the concave portion 111 is configured to directly expose the content to the outside when the cover portion 130 is opened, but in contrast to this, a configuration may be adopted in which a discharge tray (not shown) is provided on the concave portion 111, so that the content can be discharged in a small amount by a user's operation, and in this case, the discharge tray may also be used as a cosmetic tray (pallet), so that the configuration for storing the content may be various, and a description thereof may be omitted because it can be replaced by a known technique.
The body 110 may have a long left-right width parallel to the longitudinal direction of the applicator 120, and may have an elliptical or rectangular horizontal cross section. The body 110 has a substantially circular shape having the same or similar front-rear width and left-right width in plan view as the conventional cosmetic container.
In this way, the main body 110 has a horizontally long shape, and the content in the depressed portion 111 is brushed and drawn out in the horizontal direction by the applicator 120, so that the content can be easily taken out (PICKING). In the conventional cosmetic container, the left-right and front-back widths are substantially the same, the brush is not sufficiently moved in the left-right direction due to the narrow width, and the brush is rotated in the clockwise/counterclockwise direction, so that the lower surface of the brush from which the content is applied may be accumulated due to the rotation.
The applicator 120 may be a cosmetic applicator for delivering the contents to the skin of the user, for example by means of a brush comprising an applicator body 121 consisting of a brush and a handle 122
In particular, the applicator 120 of the present embodiment has a rod shape, and a portion of the side surface of the applicator 120 is caught between the thumb and the index finger of the user, so that the side surface of the handle 122 of the applicator 120 can be simultaneously supported while grasping the portion adjacent to the application body 121 of the applicator 120, thereby being stably used.
That is, in the case of applying makeup to a local area such as the periphery of the eyes, the makeup such as a brush can be gently applied because makeup is applied to a small area even if the overall shape of the brush is small. However, in the case of a foundation, a sunscreen cream, or the like for making up the entire skin, a relatively long time is required for making up a tool such as a cosmetic using the brush, and thus makeup cannot be performed efficiently.
Thus, the handle 122 of the applicator 120 of the present embodiment has a length of 5cm to 20cm, preferably 7cm to 9cm, and support points for supporting the applicator 120 are formed in a plurality of regions in the hand of the user, whereby stable holding can be achieved. Further, since the applicator 120 is supported by the front portion, i.e., the portion adjacent to the application body 121, of the applicator 120 and the central portion or the rear portion of the applicator 120, i.e., the side surface of the handle 122, the applicator 120 does not shake when a makeup method of applying the content to the skin is performed, and thus the applicator can be used stably.
Specifically, the applicator 120 includes an application body 121 and a handle 122. Here, the applicator 121 is configured to deliver the content to the skin, and may be formed of a brush. The handle 122 may be formed in a rod shape having the applying body 121 at one end and extending in a length in a direction opposite to the applying body 121, and the handle 122 may be made of plastic, synthetic resin, metal material, or the like, but is not limited thereto. However, as described later, in the case of being magnetically connected to cover 130, magnet 1223 may be provided in a part thereof or may be made of a metal material.
Meanwhile, the plurality of application bodies 121 may be provided on one handle 122, for example, the plurality of application bodies 121 may be provided on one end, and the application bodies 121 having different forms may be preferably provided on both ends of the handle 122, thereby providing an effect of using a plurality of brushes by one applicator 120.
The applicator 120 may be stored above the recessed portion 111, for example, on the cover portion 130, without being stored separately from the cosmetic container 100, and may include the magnet 1223 to be fixed to the cover portion 130 as described above.
Further, the applicator 120 is shorter than the left-right length of the cosmetic container 100, and the applicator 120 can be stored on the cover portion 130 without additional operations, but the length of the applicator 120 may be formed to be the same as or longer than the left-right length of the cosmetic container 100.
Here, when the length of the applicator 120 is equal to or greater than the lateral length of the cosmetic container 100, the applicator 120 may be adjusted in overall length in order to store the applicator 120.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the handle 122 includes a 1 st stem member 1221 provided with the application body 121, and a 2 nd stem member 1222 coupled to the 1 st stem member 1221 or separated from the 1 st stem member 122, and is extended in length by the 2 nd stem member 1222 detachably attached to the rear of the 1 st stem member 1221, and the 2 nd stem member 1222 is separated from the 1 st stem member 1221 during storage, and stored together in a front-rear side-by-side manner on the cover portion 130.
Alternatively, although not shown, the applicator 121 is held inside the 2 nd stem member 1222 during storage, and the applicator 121 is stored in the 2 nd stem member 1222 while reducing the overall length of the applicator 120, thereby preventing the applicator 121 from being damaged or preventing the cosmetic applied to the applicator 121 from being applied to the cover portion 130.
As another example, referring to fig. 7, the handle 122 is slid to adjust the length so that the other end is close to or distant from one end. At this time, the 2 nd handle part 1222 flows into the inside of the 1 st handle part 1221 or is pushed to the outside from the inside to adjust the length. Although not shown, the 2 nd stem member 1222 includes a stopper to limit a sliding distance from the 1 st stem member 1221.
Such an applicator 120 may be fixed to the cover 130, and for example, either the applicator 120 or the cover 130 may include a magnet 1223 (see fig. 5, which may be provided between the 1 st and 2 nd handle members 1221, 1222), and the other may be made of a metal material to achieve a magnetic connection.
However, although the magnet 1223 is shown as being provided on the side surface of the applicator 120 with reference to fig. 5, the magnet 1223 is provided on the surface abutting against the cover portion 130, and the position thereof is not limited. Further, the magnetic coupling may be realized on the mounting surface 131 which is the surface of the cover portion 130, but may be realized in a manner of protruding from the mounting surface 131 similarly to the rib 135, and various modifications thereof are possible. Meanwhile, the magnet 1223 may be made of neodymium having a larger magnetic strength than its size, but is not limited thereto.
In contrast, applicator 120 may be structurally connected to mask portion 130, as will be described below.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, although one applicator 120 is provided on one cover portion 130, the space of the cover portion 130 has a larger area than that of the stem-shaped applicator 120, that is, the width of the handle 122 of the applicator 120 is narrow, and thus a plurality of applicators 120 can be accommodated on the cover portion 130. At this time, the shapes of the application bodies 121 of the plurality of applicators 120 may be different from each other.
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, although the case where the applicator 120 is provided on the upper portion of the cover portion 130 has been described, the cover portion 130 may be configured to simply cover the recessed portion 111 (the cover portion is hinged to the body portion or the cover portion, or configured in a flange shape and placed in the recessed portion), and the applicators 120 may be provided side by side in the front-rear direction on the same layer as the recessed portion 111, and may be formed in the following shape as an example: the cover 130 is provided on the front side opposite to the hinge when hinge-coupled to the cover 140, and has the recessed portion 111 on the rear side and the applicator 120 on the front side.
The applicators 120 can be stored below the recessed portions 111, and in this case, the recessed portions 111 and the space for storing the applicators 120 are arranged in the main body 110 in a vertical row. In this case, the applicator 120 is stored in a groove provided below the recessed portion 111 or in a drawer that is slidably inserted and discharged, and various modifications are possible.
The cover 130 covers the recess 111 and stores the applicator 120.
The cover portion 130 and the recessed portion 111 of the present embodiment have a form having a long lateral width and a short front-rear width, and correspond to the shape of the applicator 120, so that the applicator 120 in the stem form can be stored as described above, and the user's request for a product having a new shape can be satisfied by the shape distinguished from the conventional cosmetic container.
The cover 130 or the lid 140 is provided with the mirror 134 as a reflecting surface, and the user can confirm his or her own appearance at the time of makeup, and preferably the mirror is provided on the back surface of the cover 130 and stored separately in a space independent of the applicator 120.
Accordingly, the applicator 120 with the content does not collide with the mirror 134, and thus the mirror 134 is prevented from being contaminated with the cosmetic to lower the reflection function, and the shape of the lid portion 140 covering the applicator 120, particularly the inner surface, does not need to be flat according to the shape of the mirror 134, and thus the design of the lid portion 140 is more free. Further, since the mirror 134 of the present embodiment has a longer left-right length than a front-rear length in plan view, the mirror 134 has a wider field of view, and thus the user's face can be easily checked when applying makeup.
Further, the applicator 120 is stored in the upper portion of the cover portion 130, and a restricting member is provided on the mounting surface 131, which is the upper surface of the cover portion 130, to fix the applicator 120.
The restricting member restricts the applicator 120 in the rod state when stored in the cosmetic container 100, thereby preventing the applicator 120 from shaking or colliding in the cover portion 130 or the lid portion 140 during carrying, and enabling safe storage.
Such a restricting member may fix the applicator 120 by a magnetic force or may restrict the applicator 120 according to a structure, for example, the restricting member may be composed of the magnet 1223 or a metal as described above to fix the applicator 120 magnetically.
In contrast, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the restricting member may be constituted by a rib 135, and the rib 135 is provided on the mounting surface 131 of the cover portion 130. Here, the rib 135 is in a form in which the end portions are protruded to the upper portion of the mounting surface 131 in a spaced manner according to the width of the handle 122, and the rib 135 is made of a material such as plastic and has a certain elasticity, so that the insertion and the detachment of the applicator 120 are easily performed. The pair of ribs 135 are formed in a spaced-apart manner or in a semicircular manner with an upper portion opened, and have inner surfaces corresponding to the applicator 120.
Alternatively, the restricting member may be formed of an elastic band (not shown), and therefore both ends of the elastic band are fixed to the mounting surface 131, and the applicator 120 is inserted into the elastic band to be restricted.
On the other hand, the cover portion 130 is formed in a concave shape corresponding to the shape of the applicator 120, and thus, the movement is restricted in a state where the applicator 120 is accommodated in the cover portion 130. In this case, in order to easily take out the applicator 120 stored in the cover portion 130, grooves are further formed in both side regions of the handle 122 for fingers to be inserted, and various modifications may be made to the structure for storing/fixing the applicator 120.
In the above embodiment, the case where the applicator 120 is fixed to the cover portion 130 has been described, but unlike this, the applicator 120 may be fixed to the cover portion 140, and the cover portion 140 may be provided with the restricting members, i.e., the magnet/metal, the rib 135, and/or the elastic band, similarly to the cover portion 130, thereby fixing the applicator 120 to the cover portion 140.
The cover 130 may include an upper protrusion 133 and a lower protrusion 132, in addition to the mounting surface 131. Here, as described above, the mounting surface 131 may be provided with the applicator 120 and form a flat surface.
The lower protrusions 132 extend from the opposite side of the mounting surface 131 toward the recessed portion 111 so as to seal the recessed portion 111, and when the cover portion 130 covers the main body portion 110, the lower protrusions 132 are sandwiched between the upper surface of the recessed portion 111 (see fig. 3) and the outer edge surface of the recessed portion 111 (see fig. 1), or, although not shown, abut against the inner surface of the cover portion 130, that is, the lower side of the cover portion 130 abuts against the main body portion 110, thereby sealing the space of the recessed portion 111.
The upper protrusion 133 extends upward from the edge of the mounting surface 131, and is bent outward after extending upward from the mounting surface 131, so that the cover 140 is tightly attached to the upper protrusion 133, thereby sealing the space between the cover 140 and the cover 130 in a state where the cover 130 is disposed inside the cover 140.
The cover 140 may cover the upper portion of the body 110 or may cover the cover 130.
For example, when the edge (outer contour) of the mounting surface 131 of the cover portion 130, that is, the height of the upper projection 133 is lower than the height of the applicator 120 placed on the mounting surface 131, the cover portion 140 is formed in a curved shape from the lower end to the upper end to form a dome structure, and the edge surface of the cover portion 140 covers the applicator 120. At this time, the cover portion 130 is configured to be disposed between the body portion 110 and the cover portion 140 and not to be exposed to the outside, so that the upper end of the body portion 110 and the lower end of the cover portion 140 are brought into contact with each other.
In this case, the cover 140 may be formed in a planar shape, and various modifications thereof may be made.
Such a cover part 140 is hinge-coupled to the cover part 130 at one side in the same/similar manner as the cover part 130, and rotates with reference to the hinge to open and close the upper part of the cover part 130. Here, the other side of the cover 140 may be coupled to or spaced apart from the body 110, and the coupling and decoupling of the other side of the cover 140 to and from the cover 130 may be achieved by a structure in which the stopper protrusion (not shown) and the stopper groove (not shown) are engaged with each other, and may be replaced by a known mechanism, and therefore, a description thereof will be omitted, and it is needless to say that a coupling method according to another known embodiment may be applied, for example, only the cover 140 abuts on the body 110.
In this way, in the present embodiment, the applicator 120 that performs makeup stably without shaking can be stored and used in the cosmetic container 100 together with the cosmetic, and therefore, there is no trouble of storing and carrying the applicator 120 in the form of a rod separately, and it is possible to prevent the applicator 120 from being lost.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and as another embodiment, a combination of the above-described embodiments or a combination of at least one of the above-described embodiments and a known technology may be included.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is apparent that those skilled in the art can change or modify the technical idea of the present invention.
The mere fact that certain changes and modifications are included in the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
