Disclosure of Invention
It is a primary object of the present invention to provide a cable connector and a connector receptacle for mating with the cable connector, which solves at least one of the above problems of the prior art.
According to a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a cable connector comprising: an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, one end of the inner sleeve is provided with an armored cable connector joint, the other end is provided with an electromechanical cable connector joint, the armored cable connector joint is connected with the electromechanical cable connector joint through a connector threaded sleeve, wherein,
the armored cable connector joint comprises an armored cable connector joint tail part and an armored cable connector joint front part which are matched with each other, an armored cable shell and an inner layer shielding sealing ring are arranged at the armored cable connector joint tail part, an insulating isolation net, an inner layer shielding leading-out electrode, an armored cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode clamping ring fastening structure and an inner layer shielding leading-out electrode part locking mechanism which are matched with the inner layer shielding leading-out electrode are arranged in the armored cable connector joint, and the inner layer shielding leading-out electrode is welded on the inner side of the connector screw sleeve;
the organic cable connector joint comprises an organic cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode, an organic cable clamping screw rod and an organic cable clamping structure matched with the organic cable clamping screw rod, wherein the organic cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode is in contact connection with the connector screw sleeve;
the outer sleeve and the tail part of the armored cable connector joint are fixed through an outer sleeve supporting piece, and an armored cable clamp is arranged at the tail part of the armored cable connector joint.
Preferably, the armored cable connector joint further comprises an inner-layer shielding leading-out electrode anti-retraction structure, and the inner-layer shielding leading-out electrode anti-retraction structure is matched with the inner-layer shielding leading-out electrode part locking mechanism.
Preferably, the inner shielding leading-out electrode anti-retraction structure comprises a first fixing piece, the inner shielding leading-out electrode part locking mechanism comprises a second fixing piece, and the first fixing piece is connected with the second fixing piece.
Preferably, the armored cable connector joint further comprises an inner-layer shielding leading-out electrode part anti-drop contact structure, the inner-layer shielding leading-out electrode part anti-drop contact structure comprises a locking piece, and the inner-layer shielding leading-out electrode is fixed on the locking piece.
Preferably, the organic cable connector joint further comprises an organic cable outer shield corrugated tube.

Example one
The present embodiment provides a cable connector, as shown in fig. 1-2, comprising an inner sleeve 107 and an outer sleeve 105, the inner sleeve being provided with an armoured cable connector contact at one end and an electromechanical cable connector contact at the other end, the armoured cable connector contact being connected to the electromechanical cable connector contact by a connector insert 110, wherein,
the armored cable connector joint comprises an armored cable connector joint tail part 104 and an armored cable connector joint front part 108 which are matched with each other, an armored cable shell and an inner layer shielding sealing ring 122 are arranged at the armored cable connector joint tail part, an insulating isolation net 120, an inner layer shielding leading-out electrode 119, an armored cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode clamping ring fastening structure 106 and an inner layer shielding leading-out electrode component locking mechanism 117 which are matched with the inner layer shielding leading-out electrode are arranged in the armored cable connector joint, and the inner layer shielding leading-out electrode is welded on the armored cable inner layer shielding;
the organic cable connector joint comprises an organic cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode 116, an organic cable clamping screw rod 112 and an organic cable clamping structure 111 matched with the organic cable clamping screw rod, wherein the organic cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode is in contact connection with a connector screw sleeve;
the outer sleeve and the connector tail part of the armored cable connector are fixed through an outer sleeve supporting piece 103, the connector tail part of the armored cable connector is provided with an armored cable clamping tail clamp 123, the armored cable clamping tail clamp is fixed through an armored cable shell clamping sleeve 101, in order to avoid sealing failure of a sealing gasket in a connector screw sleeve interface in the embodiment of the application, clamping sleeve assemblies or flange plates are welded at two ends of the sleeve, and clamping sleeve sealing or flange sealing at two ends is adopted to seal the connector butt joint interface in the sleeve; in order to avoid failure of the ferrule seal or the flange seal due to stress, an outer sleeve is additionally arranged on the outer layer of the inner sleeve, so that the stress originally applied by the ferrule seal or the flange seal is transmitted to the outer sleeve through an outer sleeve support part, and the stress protection of the ferrule seal or the flange seal structure is realized; and the clamping structure of the sleeve is sleeved outside the welding point, so that the stress failure of the welding sealing point of the armored cable shell is avoided, and the stress of the welding point is reduced.
In one implementation, in order to describe the cable connection device provided in the embodiments of the present application in detail, the following description is made with reference to fig. 3. Specifically, the method for installing the connector joint of the organic cable end connector comprises the following steps: the organic cable is stripped, a clamping ring sealing sheath 207 is sleeved on an organic cable corrugated pipe shell, a clamping spring socket is welded on a cable core wire, the insulating isolation component, the organic cable pushing screw rod 112, the organic cable clamping structure 111 and the organic cable inner layer shielding leading-out electrode 116 penetrate through the cables of the components as shown in the attached drawing 4, the organic cable is fixed by screwing the organic cable pushing screw rod 112, the organic cable inner layer shielding extension electrode component is in contact with the inner layer shielding metal net, and the clamping ring sealing sheath 207 is welded at the proper position of the organic cable corrugated pipe shielding layer.
In the embodiment of the application, the locking mechanism of the inner shielding leading-out electrode part of the inner shielding leading-out electrode anti-return structure is matched, specifically, the locking mechanism of the inner shielding leading-out electrode part comprises a first fixing part, the locking mechanism of the inner shielding leading-out electrode part comprises a second fixing part, and the first fixing part is connected with the second fixing part. When the fixing device is applied specifically, the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are provided with screw holes, so that the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are connected together through bolts and nuts.

It should be noted that the cable connector provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided with an inner layer shielding lead-out electrode retraction prevention structure and an inner layer shielding lead-out electrode component contact prevention structure at the same time, and in practical application, the inner layer shielding lead-out electrode retraction prevention structure and the inner layer shielding lead-out electrode component contact prevention structure may be alternatively provided with reference to fig. 3, which will not be described in detail here.
Example two
The embodiment of the application provides a connector socket, as shown in fig. 4, the connector socket 600 includes a socket body 606, a triaxial connector 601 and a dual-coaxial interface 603 are arranged on the socket body, and the dual-coaxial interface is fixed on the socket body by screwing a pressing sheet 602, so as to fasten the dual-coaxial interface 603. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a resilient jack 605 is provided in the triaxial interface 601, and a resilient jack 604 is provided in the duo-coax interface 603, so that the resilient jack can be plugged into the cable connector when in use.
In application, the connector socket 600 is usually fixed on an electrical connection box, specifically, the triaxial interface 601 is used for connecting a cable connector outside the electrical connection box, the dual-coaxial interface 603 is used for connecting a shielded conductor connector inside the electrical connection box, and since a dual-coaxial connector plug capable of directly butting with the dual-coaxial interface 603 is installed on a shielded conductor inside the electrical connection box, there is no electromagnetic shielding gap.
In a specific application, a single piece of metal can be processed into the triaxial interface 601 and the bi-coaxial interface 603.
