Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a library book renting system, which includes an intelligent bookshelf system 100, a book management terminal, and a mobile client.
The intelligent bookshelf system 100 comprises a plurality of book tag positions 400 with unique positioning coordinates, which are arranged on a bookshelf and used for placing books in a one-to-one correspondence manner, wherein each book tag position 400 is provided with a two-dimensional code tag 600 and a trigger unit 700, and the trigger unit is activated by the two-dimensional code tag 600 to return the books.
The positioning coordinates of the book tag position 400 are the combination of the positioning number of the bookshelf and the positioning number of the bookshelf on which the book tag position 400 is located.
The positioning coordinates of the book tag positions 400 are formed by combining the positioning numbers of the bookshelves and the positioning numbers of the book tag positions 400, the positioning numbers of the bookshelves can be arranged according to English letters, a large library (the number of the bookshelves exceeds 26) can be arranged according to letter combinations, the numbers of the book tag positions 400 can be arranged according to Arabic numbers, the numbers of the book tag positions 400 on different bookshelves can be the same, namely the arrangement rules and the sequence of the book tag positions 400 on different bookshelves can be the same, but the positioning coordinates of all the book tag positions 400 are different due to the different positioning numbers of the bookshelves.
For example: recording the book shelf as A, and if the number of a certain book label position is 5, then the positioning coordinate of the book label position or the corresponding book is A5; the triggering component of the book tag position 400 and the positioning label of the two-dimensional code tag 600 may also be 5, or a label uniquely matching 5, such as 5', may also be established.
The book management terminal 200 is configured to store index information of a book and a positioning coordinate of the book tag position 400, and establish a unique association relationship between the index information of the book on the same book tag position 400 and the positioning coordinate, and the book management terminal 200 is in communication connection with the intelligent bookshelf system 100.
Further, the book management terminal 200 is further configured to store the trigger signal of the trigger unit 700 and the activation signal of the two-dimensional code tag 600, and establish the same group association relationship among the index information, the positioning coordinates, the trigger signal, and the activation signal.
The meaning of the association relationship of the same group is:
books, trigger components and two-dimensional code labels in the same book label position 400 are in a group, and the corresponding positioning coordinates, index information, trigger signals and activation signals have a unique matching relationship. The trigger components and the two-dimensional code labels between different book label positions 400 have no relation.
The index information includes index information of the book at the book tag position, such as the name, author, and version of the book.
The mobile client comprises APP software which is uniquely matched and connected with the book management terminal and is used for self-service renting operation in the library, and the user mainly depends on the APP software to realize autonomous operation in the library through the book management terminal 200.
In order to bring greater convenience to the current users for returning books without needing to go to the library to return the books each time, based on the system, the invention also provides a book renting online sharing and transferring system, which mainly takes the APP software 30 as a platform and is realized by relying on the library management terminal 200.
The APP software 30 includes a catalog module 31, an object matching module 32, an execution selection module 33, a lease module 34, a sharing module 35, and a return module 36.
The catalog module 31 is configured to search and query index information of a target book required by a user, and the target matching module 32 is configured to automatically match a positioning coordinate of a book tag position 400 where the target book is located from a database of the book management terminal after the user confirms the target book; the execution selection module 33 is used for the user to select the usage mode of the book, and when the user selects a lease, the lease module 34 is skipped, and the lease module 34 is used for providing the lease condition of the target book for the user to select;
the sharing module 35 is configured to, when a current user needs to return a target book, selectively issue a lending request in an online sharing manner on the APP software 30 for a third party to review and select, where the third party completes handover of the target book by receiving the lending request and contacting the current user; when the sharing module completes the handover of the target book, the book management terminal 200 updates the information of the target book and the third party user in real time.
The user uses the APP software 30 to display the interface of the returning module 36 when scanning the two-dimensional code label 600, the returning module 36 is used to confirm returning and send an activation signal to the book management terminal 200 to activate the triggering component, and the triggering component generates a triggering signal to the book management terminal 200 when being crowded by books, that is, the book returning is successful.
The activation of the trigger component must be such that:
when a user rents only one book, the activation signal obtained by the user through scanning the two-dimensional code tag 600 by the APP software 30 is consistent with the activation signal of the two-dimensional code tag 600 initially corresponding to the book rented by the user on the APP software 30;
when a user rents a plurality of books at the same time, the activation signals obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code tags 600 through the APP software belong to the activation signal sets of the two-dimensional code tags 600 initially corresponding to all the books rented on the APP software 30.
That is, the book tag bit of the book returned by the user must be the originally rented book tag bit 400, and the two-dimensional code tag 600 scanning the other book tag bits cannot activate the trigger unit. That is, when the two-dimensional code tag 600 is not scanned and the trigger unit 700 is activated, and the book is returned, the trigger unit 700 cannot generate a trigger signal to be fed back to the background, and the APP software 30 continuously displays the unreturned state. By adopting the mode, the user can operate according to the management standard of the library, but can not return books or place the books at will, and returning the books according to the standard is a matter of every reader.
The borrowing system is particularly suitable for a campus library, the book renting amount of the campus library is large, the concentration of rented people is high, after students or teachers rent books at each time, the students or teachers need to go to the library to return when the students or teachers want to return the books, based on the borrowing system, a target book can issue a request on line, and online borrowing of the target book is achieved, so that students in the same dormitory building can borrow the books according to demands anytime and anywhere.
Of course, when handing over the target book, the user receiving the book needs to check the integrity of the book in advance. As for the specific lending rule, this embodiment is not considered for the moment, and the lending rule can be actually formulated by the library according to the situation.
In order to enable books to have unique book tag positions 400 according to requirements, a chute mechanism 500 is arranged on each book tag position 400, a book bundling plate is arranged on each book, the triggering part 700 is arranged at one end of the chute mechanism 500 close to the inner part of the bookshelf, the triggering circuit of the triggering part 700 is a circuit structure integrated in the inner part of the body of the library bookshelf, the circuit structure is connected with the book management terminal 200, and the triggering part 700 is a triggering button or a triggering pin arranged on the book tag position 400 on the library bookshelf; the chute mechanism 500 is a groove structure embedded in a bookshelf base plate of a library, the book bundling plate is a clamping plate structure matched with the size of the end of each book, and the clamping plate structure can slide and be fixed in the groove structure.
The user only needs directly when acquireing books with the book end board roll-off can, when returning books, with the book end board according to the mode of giving up books fixed well, slide in the groove structure that corresponds can.
The chute mechanism 500 does not occupy the space of the book shelf, and the book binding plate not only can play a role in fixing books and well storing the books after use, but also can play an additional role in actually reading the books for the user, for example, supporting the books, so that the books are at a certain angle to facilitate reading, and can be used as a tool for ballasting the books when reading a certain page, and the like. Although the book bundling plate has a common function, the common function is combined with the function of managing books and is used for being butted with the chute mechanism 500 when returning, so that the function that the books can be returned in one-to-one correspondence with the book label positions 400 is extremely innovative, and the width of the book bundling plate can be set to be small and the book bundling plate does not occupy redundant bookshelf space.
The chute mechanism 500 and the book binding plate can be matched with each other to slide, for example: one end of the book bundling plate, which is used for placing books, is cotton arranged on one side of the book bundling plate through the groove, the T-shaped groove is formed in the other side of the book bundling plate outwards, and the T-shaped plate which is matched with the T-shaped groove and slides is arranged in the chute mechanism 500. Other approaches may also be used.
The book binding plate can be a wood plate in nature, the functions of clamping the end of a book and sliding are realized in a slotting mode, and when the book binding plate is matched with the sliding mechanism, the opening of the sliding groove mechanism is just closed.
The trigger function of the trigger part 700 is easy to implement, a large number of device circuits similar to radio frequency tags, readers and the like are not needed, only a starting end for triggering and starting and a corresponding simple trigger circuit are needed, and the purpose is to obtain a trigger signal, so that the trigger part is simpler and more convenient than sensor devices and has lower cost.
The position of the book can be quickly inquired, and the book on the bookshelf of the library can be effectively kept in a good keeping state all the time.
The intelligent bookshelf system aims at not specifically marking book classification information on a bookshelf in a library, and also not placing books in a classified manner, so that all relevant information of each book can be accurately corresponded, a user can conveniently obtain the books, more importantly, all functions of the sharing module can be realized based on the book classification information, and the situation that a third-party user can place the books conveniently when returning the books is also avoided.
Although the book label position 600 is shown as being separated by vertical lines in fig. 1, in practice, the chute mechanism 500 and the book binding plate do not need to be separated by a single position to achieve unique positioning of the book label position 600.
Example 2:
based on the system provided by embodiment 1, the invention provides a library book renting method, which comprises the following steps:
step one, arranging a plurality of book tag positions with unique positioning coordinates for placing books in a one-to-one correspondence manner on a library bookshelf, and arranging a two-dimensional code tag and a trigger component on each book tag position;
secondly, storing index information of the books, positioning coordinates of label positions of the books, activation signals of the two-dimensional code labels and trigger signals of a trigger component in a database of the book management terminal, and establishing the same-group association relationship among the index information, the positioning coordinates, the activation signals and the trigger signals;
downloading APP software which is uniquely matched with a book management terminal of a library on a mobile client by a user, registering an account, searching index information of a book through the APP software, and automatically matching positioning coordinates of a label position of the book where the target book is located from a database by the book management terminal according to the same group incidence relation after the index information is confirmed, so as to obtain the target book;
step four, before returning of the current user of the target book, a borrowing request of the target book can be published on line on a shared interface on APP software for a third-party user to look up and select, and the third-party user completes transferring of the target book by receiving the borrowing request and contacting the current user according to personal wishes;
when a third-party user intentionally leases a target book which is leased completely to a library, the third-party user issues an online renewal request on a shared interface through APP software, the current user of the target book can receive the renewal request through the APP software, and the third-party user is contacted to complete the renewal request after the third-party user and the library confirm together.
And after the borrowing request and the renewing request are completed, all the renting information of the target books is converted into the third-party user to be updated and stored in the book management terminal, the current user is equal to the returned target books, and simultaneously, the online payment of the renting cost is realized.
And the current user and the third-party user jointly confirm the transfer request on APP software as a necessary condition for completing transfer of the target book.
And the contact between the current user and the third party user adopts a hidden display mode for the telephone contact modes of the current user and the third party user on the APP software through an APP online communication mode or a telephone contact mode.
The method is particularly suitable for campus libraries, which have large book renting amount and high concentrated renting crowd, students or teachers need to go to the libraries to return when wanting to return after renting books every time, target books can be issued on line to realize on-line borrowing of the target books, and thus, students in the same dormitory building can transfer the books at any time and any place according to requirements.
In addition, after a certain kind of books on the library bookshelf are lent, the user can issue a request through the system, and return information of the books can be acquired faster than that of the existing system, or the books can be acquired directly from the current user through an APP system-based operation method faster.
Step five, when the user returns books to the library, the APP software scans the two-dimensional code labels to activate the same triggering part of the book label position, the triggering part is squeezed to send a triggering signal after the books are returned, and the book management terminal receives the triggering signal and feeds the triggering signal back to the APP software to prompt the books to be returned successfully.
Generally, when a user does not need to replace the position of returning a plurality of books maliciously or unintentionally when the user is considering renting a plurality of books (that is, when the user has a plurality of books rented on the APP software), the index information of the corresponding books can be displayed on the APP software in real time when the two-dimensional code label is scanned. Therefore, the probability of the above two cases is extremely small, and even if feedback is given when other users rent it, some users actively correct it or notify the librarian to correct it.
Need not specifically mark books classified information on the bookshelf in library, also need not classify books and place, all books information can be inquired to the APP software that the user only need download through mobile terminal to confirm the real-time position (being the location coordinate) of the books that need read or rent, can directly find required books fast, can directly acquire books, if read in not the library, but need carry out the library, then further carry out relevant operation on APP software can.
The method of the embodiment does not need to perform other operations when the books are taken, can directly obtain the books, only needs to perform the operations according to the process of the method when the books are returned, and is particularly suitable for some large libraries, such as school libraries, national libraries and the like.
The method of the embodiment can not only quickly acquire the books, but also restrict the user to return the books according to the rule, and if the books are not returned according to the rule, the returning fails.
In order to not influence other people to use the book on the APP, a general library manager can successfully return the book according to the display of the system for more than 24 hours or the next day, but still limits the APP software functions of the original user, at the moment, the user needs to go to the library manager to remove the limitation, and in this way, the general user does not want to be limited by the functions of the APP and also needs to remove the limitation.
In addition, other measures can be taken, for example, a deduction system is adopted, the credit score of the APP account of each user is deducted according to a certain rule every time limited operation occurs, and when the credit score is lower than a certain value, the account is lost in the library and needs to be processed additionally according to the fixation of the library.
All rules in the whole process are determined according to the conditions of the library, and the management department of the library can be set in the system according to the actual conditions.
Since the book tag bits are left out after the book is rented, in order to better utilize all the book tag bits, the embodiment provides a book tag stream dynamic management method based on the above, which specifically includes:
when a user acquires a target book at the book tag position, renting selection is executed on APP software, and meanwhile, a renting selection signal is transmitted to the book management terminal;
the book management terminal assigns the index information of the book tag position of the rented target book to be a null value, stores the index information of the target book and the positioning coordinates of the book tag position in a third-party storage medium, and takes the book tag position of which the index information is the null value as a standby tag position;
when a user returns a rented book to a library, return operation is executed on APP software, index information of the target rented book is extracted from the third-party storage medium, the book management terminal selects one standby tag position as a new book tag position and feeds back the positioning coordinate of the new book tag position to the APP software of the user, the user returns the rented book to the new book tag position, the positioning coordinate of the new book tag position corresponding to the target book is updated in the system, a plurality of standby tag positions are reserved on a bookshelf of the library all the time, and the standby tag positions are used as new book tag positions when a new book or an original book tag position fails.
Other management measures of the library do not belong to the improvement points of the embodiment, for example: the access control system, book access management, payment management, etc. are not described in detail.
By the method, all book tag positions of a library can be managed flexibly in an open mode, redundant vacant positions can be used as standby, a plurality of standby tag positions are reserved on a bookshelf of the library all the time, the standby tag positions are used as new book tag positions when new books or original book tag positions are introduced and have faults, flexibility of book management of the library is greatly improved, manpower management cost is saved, books on the bookshelf do not need to be arranged frequently, citizens are restrained from complying with book management rules, and operation efficiency of the library is greatly improved.
The existing mode of adopting monitor and radio frequency label is higher in cost, and the radio frequency label needs a corresponding reader, the volume of the reader is generally not small, so that the cost is high, and the occupied space is larger.
