A guarantee initiating module 300, configured to, when receiving a guarantee initiating request initiated according to the guarantee validation record and corresponding to the confirmed purchased transaction item, initiate a guarantee processing request to a guarantee service party corresponding to the guarantee implementation manner according to the determined guarantee implementation manner.
Specifically, a guarantee initiating control is set on the order page, and when the buyer clicks the guarantee initiating control, the buyer enters a guarantee program. If the guarantee implementation mode is contract guarantee and the contract of both parties signed by the buyer and the merchant, the corresponding guarantee service party is the merchant and initiates a guarantee processing request to the merchant; if the guarantee implementation mode is contract guarantee and the contract of both parties signed by the buyer and the platform is adopted, the corresponding guarantee service party is the platform and initiates a guarantee processing request to the platform; if the guarantee implementation mode is transaction state guarantee or transaction flow guarantee, the guarantee service party defaults to be a platform and is supervised by the platform.
And a result feedback module 400, configured to receive the guarantee processing result fed back by the guarantee service provider, and feed back the guarantee processing result to a preset account.
Specifically, the result of the security processing given by the security service party is generally divided into refunding all money, partial money and not refunding money, and the money is refunded into the account bound with the security validation record, and the account may be the account paid by the buyer or the account agreed by the buyer in the contract.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the information of the transaction items with the guarantee service is provided on the transaction guarantee platform, corresponding guarantees can be obtained by purchasing the transaction items through the transaction guarantee platform, and guarantee processing requests are initiated when needed, so that corresponding rights and interests are obtained. In this way, the buyer can purchase without worry and can purify the shopping environment of the whole e-commerce platform.
Referring to fig. 6, a second embodiment of the guarantee implementing device of the transaction guarantee platform of the present invention is shown, based on the first embodiment of the guarantee implementing device of the transaction guarantee platform of the present invention, the guarantee implementing device further includes:
and a distribution and verification module 500, configured to distribute and verify the guarantee processing request.
In this embodiment, the guarantee service side distributes the guarantee processing request to different processing persons according to the guarantee type, the money amount, the evidence obtaining difficulty and the like, the processing persons review the guarantee processing request, specifically, the guarantee processing request can be reviewed by lawyer or a third party, and the guarantee processing result is fed back after the review confirmation passes.
Referring to fig. 7, a third embodiment of the guarantee implementation apparatus for a transaction guarantee platform according to the present invention, based on the second embodiment of the guarantee implementation apparatus for a transaction guarantee platform according to the present invention, the distribution auditing module 500 includes:
a distributing unit 501, configured to send the guarantee initiating request to a corresponding processing account according to the determined guarantee implementation manner and guarantee type.
Specifically, the guarantee initiation request is sent to different processing accounts according to different guarantee implementation modes and guarantee types, and corresponding affairs are processed through different processing accounts according to the idea of special affair specialist management, so that the work efficiency is improved.
The first auditing unit 502 is configured to obtain an auditing rule set by the processing account, perform automatic auditing on the guarantee initiation request according to the set auditing rule, and obtain the guarantee initiation request that does not meet the auditing rule.
Specifically, a manager logs in the transaction security platform through an account, enters a working interface, and a menu, namely an audit rule configuration interface, is additionally configured on the working interface for the manager processing the security initiation request. And the manager enters an audit rule configuration interface through the navigation identifier, and configures audit rules applicable to the requirements of the platform on the audit rule configuration interface according to the basic principle of ensuring the setting of the transaction platform. And when a confirmation instruction input by the manager on the configuration interface is received, the back-end server acquires the auditing rule configured by the manager on the configuration interface.
And a second auditing unit 503, configured to distribute the guarantee initiating request that does not meet the auditing rule to a corresponding acceptance mechanism for manual auditing.
Here, the case flow of the guarantee initiation request on the transaction guarantee platform is realized by means of a workflow. Workflows are a class of business processes that can be fully or partially automated and can be passed and executed between different actors based on a series of process rules, documents, information, or tasks. And controlling the process trend of the guarantee initiating request and a processor on the workflow of the guarantee initiating request, and pushing the workflow of the guarantee initiating request to an auditing post set by the platform for manual auditing for the guarantee initiating request which does not accord with the auditing rule. Optionally, the pushing of the guarantee initiation request can be done by sending a prompt mail to the audit post or adding task items to the claim system.
In this embodiment, the guarantee initiation request is automatically audited according to the audit rule, which is beneficial to improving the audit speed and shortening the guarantee implementation time.
The invention further provides an intelligent terminal, in an embodiment, the intelligent terminal comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to realize the steps of the guarantee implementation method of the transaction guarantee platform in any embodiment. It can be understood that the intelligent terminal can be a television, an IPAD, a PC, a mobile phone, etc.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the guarantee implementing method of the transaction guarantee platform in any one of the above embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. A guarantee implementation method of a transaction guarantee platform is characterized in that transaction item information is provided on a visual interface of the transaction guarantee platform, the transaction item information comprises transaction item parameters and guarantee types of guarantee services corresponding to the transaction items, wherein corresponding relations exist between the transaction item parameters and the guarantee types, and the guarantee implementation method comprises the following steps:
providing at least one guarantee implementation mode on a visual interface according to the selection of the transaction item parameters and/or the guarantee types;
when a purchase instruction for confirming the purchase of the transaction item with the guarantee service is received, generating a guarantee effective record corresponding to the transaction item confirmed to be purchased according to the confirmed guarantee implementation mode;
when a guarantee initiating request which is initiated according to the guarantee effective record and corresponds to the confirmed purchased transaction item is received, initiating a guarantee processing request to a guarantee service party corresponding to the guarantee implementation mode according to the determined guarantee implementation mode;
and receiving a guarantee processing result fed back by the guarantee service party, and feeding back the guarantee processing result to a preset account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of initiating a guarantee processing request to a guarantee service provider corresponding to the guarantee implementation according to the determined guarantee implementation comprises:
and the guarantee service party distributes and verifies the guarantee processing request.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of the assurance service distributing and auditing the assurance processing requests comprises:
the guarantee service party sends the guarantee initiating request to a corresponding processing account according to the determined guarantee implementation mode and guarantee type;
acquiring an audit rule set by the processing account, and automatically auditing the guarantee initiating request according to the set audit rule to acquire the guarantee initiating request which does not conform to the audit rule;
and distributing the guarantee initiating request which does not accord with the auditing rule to a corresponding acceptance mechanism for manual auditing.
4. The method for implementing security of transaction security platform of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the security processing result fed back by the security service provider and feeding back the security processing result to the predetermined account comprises:
after the guarantee processing result is executed, providing a countermeeting window on the visual interface;
judging whether feedback information of the repeating window is received within preset time;
if so, sending the guarantee initiating request and the guarantee processing result to an arbitration mechanism;
if not, closing the double-meeting window.
5. The guarantee implementation method of a transaction guarantee platform of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the guarantee implementation manner comprises: one or more of contract guarantee and transaction flow guarantee.
6. A guarantee realizing device of a transaction guarantee platform is characterized in that transaction item information is provided on a visual interface of the transaction guarantee platform, the transaction item information comprises transaction item parameters and guarantee types of guarantee services corresponding to the transaction items, wherein corresponding relations exist between the transaction item parameters and the guarantee types, and the guarantee realizing device comprises:
the guarantee management module is used for providing at least one guarantee implementation mode on a visual interface according to the selection of the transaction item parameters and/or the guarantee types;
the contract establishing module is used for generating a guarantee effective record corresponding to the transaction item which is confirmed to be purchased according to the confirmed guarantee implementation mode when a purchase instruction for confirming the purchase of the transaction item with the guarantee service is received;
the guarantee initiating module is used for initiating a guarantee processing request to a guarantee service party corresponding to the guarantee implementation mode according to the determined guarantee implementation mode when receiving a guarantee initiating request which is initiated according to the guarantee effective record and corresponds to the confirmed purchased transaction item;
and the result feedback module is used for receiving the guarantee processing result fed back by the guarantee service party and feeding back the guarantee processing result to a preset account.
7. The guarantee implementing device of a transaction guarantee platform of claim 6, wherein the guarantee implementing device further comprises:
and the distribution and verification module is used for distributing and verifying the guarantee processing request.
8. The guarantee implementation apparatus of a transaction guarantee platform of claim 7, wherein the distribution auditing module comprises:
a distribution unit, configured to send the guarantee initiation request to a corresponding processing account according to the determined guarantee implementation manner and guarantee type;
the first auditing unit is used for acquiring an auditing rule set by the processing account, automatically auditing the guarantee initiating request according to the set auditing rule and acquiring the guarantee initiating request which does not conform to the auditing rule;
and the second auditing unit is used for distributing the guarantee initiating request which does not accord with the auditing rule to a corresponding acceptance mechanism for manual auditing.
9. An intelligent terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for implementing a guarantee for a transaction assurance platform according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for realizing a guarantee of a transaction assurance platform according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
